Dream Design is the best flooring store in town. The materials they have are great and theres a very large variety at the best prices. The installation services were also incredible. They are a very reliable company and I am so happy with the work they did.

Never again. Two stars for their amazing job with our flooring, but failed miserably with the backsplash. I want to say they sent two different team of installers on those projects. The backsplash…was a mess. Like they sent out two trainees to do our kitchen. Two months after the flooring was done, we’re still waiting for the backsplash(we complained at the store and they decided to redo the backsplash so they need to rip off what they initially installed)Very bad customer service too, specifically with Albert/John who both doesn’t care give to us updates. You’re lucky if either returns your calls/texts. Piece of advice…go talk to the owner, or deal with anyone else but Albert/John.

Dream design did carpet in all of my bedrooms along with baseboards and I’m incredibly happy with the work that was provided.

Excellent experience! They did demo of existing tile/carpet and installation of luxury vinyl plank in 2100 sq ft of our house. Their employees are experienced professionals, polite and punctual. Their level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is unlike any other out there. We were given an estimate of 2 weeks and the job was completed in 6 days, beyond our expectation and with immaculate cleanliness. Look no further for anything related to floors or kitchen upgrades!

Beware of this family business! If you want work done where the warranty is not backed up then by all means use them. Because if you have any problems dont expect them to do anything. Albert is very good at not answering or returning calls. After just a few months of my floor being installed cracks started showing up. Albert has decided to do nothing and tried to blame me for these cracks. And believe me there is barely any traffic at my house as I live alone. This family has no integrity or customer service. I will next be reporting them to the Nevada Contractors Board. Too bad this site does not allow to post with no stars because 1 star is to much.

For 6 days straight I have called and come by. Albert never return my call or text – oh he did respond once to say he would call in a bit – NEVER happened. When I go in person I am blown off. Where is the customer these days and QUALITY work? I paid for a QUALITY Service. Dream Design here is the deal if this is not fix by next week I will contact the news and an attorney and every organization you are licensed through. When you come, Attitudes and Comments can be left at the front door.I will not be spoken to any kind of way in my home. Come and do your job and do it RIGHT. No one seems to have time to do the job RIGHT the first time BUT ever one has all the time in the WORLD do TRY and do it right the second time. In this case I am chasing for the do-over. Not anymore I will no longer call, text or come b. I will let the media and the attorney do the rest!!!!!!!! I have been patient and kind for 6 days NO MORE! 1 resource can come and redo this job in 2-3 hours. What if someone treated your wife- mom- family like this ? Here are a few examples of your piss poor work ethics. Other baseboards now have hairline fractures waiting to pop off of the walls....Use this company at your own risk and Lumbar Liquidators please locate another vendor they are wayyyyyy to comfortable. Hmmmm what is the next step - to blame the customer right - yeaahhhh

Great experience! They remodeled a shower. I loved it so much I had them replace all my flooring, baseboards and build a new fireplace feature wall. My house looks like a million bucks and the service was excellent. It only took two weeks and they started right away. They have expert installers that really care and do good work. The project was on budget and on time. Their show room has a great selection and prices are lower than Home Depot. Don’t wait to get the home of your dreams. Call them today. Ask for Gary!

I wanted to share my experience with Dream Design .They installed my kitchen granite and cabinets. Granite they brought was broken and glued back together hoping it will go unnoticed by me. Cabinets got all damaged during installation. They didnt even do their measurement right, my refrigerator can’t fit back in, it is sitting in the middle of my kitchen. They are willing to fix the cabinets but not the granite. They say that granite came like that and they are not responsible for it. The main boss contacted me over the phone and threatened to put a lien on my property. I told him that I will pay the rest of the money when they replace the granate, and fix everything but he said NO!! I filed a case with Nevada State Contractors Board and now waiting for resolution. I will keep you all updated !!!!!

Should be called nightmare design. They never return calls when you have an issue. Did not prep my floor for the vinyl planking. Which I paid for. They laid my floor down on uneven ground. Totally dissatisfied with dream design. Don’t hire them you’ll be sorry

Quality service from amazing people. I got a full run for my money, and I am in love with floors. Everything was installed by them and it ties my home together perfectly. I definitely would recommend and definitely would come back to Dream Design.

This is the 2nd kitchen that Gary and Juan have done for us - they do great work at an affordable price. Garys price for an entire new kitchen - cabinets and granite was the same as than Home Depot wanted to reface our existing cupboards. Juan, the installer, does great work - very neat, detailed and professional. They also installed our flooring and painted the entire house interior - Manuel, their painter was very detailed and did an excellent job.

Called for a tub to shower conversion. Said they could do it. Took pics and gave them measurements. No reply means no business

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT; working with them was a very bad decision. There are better options in Las Vegas for floor installations. Every step of the process from the in home estimate and measurements to closing the bill was a hassle. NOTHING WENT SMOOTH!!!I too was referred to Dream Design by lumber liquidators. Their process is very disjointed, and communication was lacking in all aspects of the project. They could not answer basic questions i had anytime I talked to them.1)They were 1.5 hours late on their scheduled in home estimate.2)They told us that it was going to be a 3 day job which turned to a week. The reason for the busted timeline was because 1 of their installed went on a pre-planned vacation leaving me with one guy installing floors for the whole project. I had to step in and help the ONE installer just to stay close to the timeline. The project manager JOHN did not have the foresight to get another guy. In fact he was totally clueless throughout ever step of the process. I the customer essentially became the project manager and the installers helping hand. John was not only useless, but made tons of errors and ended up just slowing everything down. Every time I called him with issues, he sounded like he just woke up. I had to re explain everything from square one on every phone call because he was so unorganized.3) They installed the incorrect stair-nose, after i specifically addressed the issue.4) They left a mess in my garage. Saw dust was everywhere.5) They could not get the billing correct. I had to ask them to correct errors on the bill multiple times. Every time they fixed something they would mess up another thing. I had a feeling that they were trying to make me pay for things i didnt buy. They finally fixed the invoice after multiple iterations.6) After explaining the headaches to Albert he thought that giving me a $60 discount for a $7,000 job would justify such an amateur performance.

All that gave one star if there is negative zero i would, believe them more. Long wait, try to hustle our money, job left undone, you have to always deal with them to do the job done, we waited like almost a month to finish the floors all our plan of moving was on hold because of this lousy “dream design” company... lumber liquidator should not recommend this company at all, we were convinced that they will send a reputable work... no not true.

This company is very bad do not do business with dream designs the installers drink beer in your home while working they hooked up my washer and cross threaded the water lines and flooded out new floor I called and it’s 1 lie after other Albert will try to hustle you out of what ever he can get we waited 3 weeks for missing base boards and quarter rounds I have filed with the bbb and in process of complaint with contractor boards
