Went to Savers on Rancho Dr as I am new to the area. The store was clean and organized. The staff was nice and it was a good shopping experience. I went on Tuesday - Senior day, so I got 30% off my purchase. I bought an Old Navy denim shirt dress, a denim beaded clutch, a pair of platform camouflage combat boots, a pair of Schultz yellow suede heels and a vintage necklace on a leather cord with precious stones.

I love this Savers on Rancho and the one on Tropicana . They always have reasonable pricing and color of the day tickets no matter the day of the week compared to others in Vegas. The staff is always friendly and always available to help load big purchases in the car. They keep everything somewhat organized considering how sloppy customers can get especially on a Monday. Keep up the good work!!

Savers at Cheyenne and Rancho is always a great place to shop. Today I found much needed Alkaline Batteries AA & AAA in ample supply which lasts twice as long as regular batteries for only .99 cents for each 4 pack. And Original Smart Balance Buttery Spread 15oz for only .99 cents each. Are you kidding me?? I stocked up on that one. You never know what great buys youll find at the .99 Cent Store.

What a rip off. I get all sales are final, but I also trusted you guys wouldnt put out broken items on the floor to sell. I bought a stem cleaner from this place. Remind you there is no way to check to see if it works. Will, when I got home it didnt. The manager refused to return. I would of settled for store credit. I hope you guys are happy ripping of a single mom of 3 kids 🤬

Was great. Was surprised that they have self checkouts.

I went to donate a box of things and they yelled at me thru the door that it was closed. I said I have things to donate but he said, I dont care. We are closed. I took my things and donated them somewhere else. This was within the time to donate, same ones they given the door. I am very disappointed with that behavior.

At the most part, everything was okay. Some prices were high imo. Girl dresses $12.99, $15.99 and some 9.99.. no thank you ! Adult dresses were about the same price. Women shirts were $6 to $10... i asked for veterans discount, they dont offer it in this location, strange, they offer it at other locations, but no biggie. Clean store, nice employees, good stuff if you get lucky !

Some good casual clothes for less than 5 bucks, store is surprisingly organized even though it appears random.

The store has great variety for the most part is clean all the employees except for one night manager whom I almost never returned because of his rudeness are kind courteous and helpful. My favorite favors which I recommend you check out is on lake Mead and fort Apache the store is always clean always will start all the employees are very professional and kind and helpful its huge and has an outdoor separate furniture area for an even bigger shopping experience careful you will spend a lot of money. LoL but youll get a whole bunch of stuffI would say 40% is a clothing is brand new Ive had so many with the original tags on them. I might be going there next week so Ill snap some pictures for you guys and post them. And dont forget Monday is 50% off day at all locations 😁💰🎉

This Savers is one of the better locations in the area. The store was brightly lit, clean and neat and in good condition. The prices are good and lower than other Savers in the area. Checkout was slow and confusing. There was no marked off area for the queue.

They have self checkout now. Not sure how I feel about it. I felt like I was working for them. You have to scan, bag take off hangers hang them up on racks. Why did they install these. Some of our items werent even in the system.

Always something neat and thrifty found a really cute outfit today along with a pc game I thought Id never see again

My kids and I went into this Savers location for the first time. We were greeted at the door and a nice employee gave us a clean cart. The store was very well kept. So much stuff to choose from. We went on a monday and everything was 50% off. We found some great stuff:) when we went to check out, a very nice man was our cashier he was very friendly, had wonderful customer service skills. We had so much stuff that he helped us with our bags. Great place to get used clothes and they are well organized.

I love savers but they have high prices. I was just in there and wow 13.00 for a used sweater. Man are you guys for real? Especially in the times were in. I think Ill start saving my money and just go to walmarts. They have the same price and Ill get a new sweater.

The place has daily tag specials. Ask when you arrive. Nice arrangement of clothes. Easy checkout with Covid awareness.

Uh, its thift store! Second bargains galore. Its were I get my back log of older music and movies. Useful if your off the interwebs. Occasionally you pick up and old computer. They are still good enough to run linux on and rip your movies and music.Most of the store is used clothes generally in good condition. Sometimes even new condition.Good spot for finding that random cord to get your electronics up and running again although that might take a few tries before you cross it.

Very clean and not to many people. My daughter and I were able to get allot of what she was looking for in clothing, to update her wardrobe.

I went to 2 savers today and both were very clean. The Rancho location seemed a bit bigger but both had good finds, clean floors/racks/areas, and friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always donate here and you also get discount coupons when you donate.

Poor customer service, cashier on phone couldnt make customers aware door was not an exit. Just a tip but seems you guys dont want to sell your items. They seemed over priced for thrift store items.

For donated /used items its very pricey.

2nd time at this location, 2nd time having an unpleasant experience! Something is fishy with this location! I’ve been to many savers and zero issues. This one, makes my head shake! The cashier literally took items from me stating they were collectibles. She would not sell the the items she said were collectible. It was crazy. My family was there as well, and they also experienced the BS. Go anywhere else but here.

Things have gotten a little bit pricey for second-hand merchandise in my opinion.

Wouldnt recommend shopping here they sell you used things like if it were brand new!!! Their cashier was rude and very unfriendly

Its a very large location with a huge variety of items such as clothes, furniture and a bunch of other assortment of things. Im usually able to find either used or sometimes even new products here. The other day I went they didnt have any fans or screens for windows. Three stars not because they didnt have it but not one person who worked there provided any kind of customer service. I hope u guys improve on that.

I LOVE the Savers location at Cheyenne and Rancho. Twice I have gone there looking for something very specific and both times I was successful. Im not sure what they do with their profits, seeing as how they arent Salvation Army or Deseret Industries who use the income from their thrift stores to fund employment programs for people in need. That being said, people are clearly donating some high-quality items and the selection is phenomenal! I definitely recommend it if you are the thrift-store type ❤

This place is very neat, clean and well-organized. Prices are hit or miss. Some clothing items are $2 and some are $8. I found some nice well-packaged lotion/hair items and my daughter found some clothes. They also have a great selection of jewelry. They did have the vintage stuff my daughter was looking for, its just unfortunate that the rings didnt fit. They have the biggest selection of hats and slacks I have ever seen! I actually felt overwhelmed, and had to walk the perimeter for a while! Haha

A thrift store with lots of things. They have stuff here for everyone... They also have deals each day, and depending on what day it is, the color tags for that day are 1/2 off.I recommend you see this store for yourself.

I love to shop here. They always have something but i agree with every one their prices our too high for a thrift store. $7.99 for a decent blouse... I rather add $2 on, go across the street and buy a brand new one for $10 at kmart. I really like this store because its so organized. If it wasnt for the high prices Im sure everyone would give it 5 stars hands down. Their competition is on Craig and Decatur which is an excellent thrift store as well.

This location is pretty ok. Customer service is really good for my first visit. Store is in pretty ok standing. Parking lot area is trashed and the surrounding stores are in alright condition. Not the best place to enjoy a shopping trip at the least. Savers has decent prices.

This Savers, much like the other ones throughout Vegas, is a great thrift store. The clothes are properly organized and categorized. I tried to shop at Goodwill or any of the other rinky dink stores, but it wouldve taken all day to find something nice. With Savers, I can walk in and immediately know if theres anything for me.

Senior day is on Tuesday. 30% off of everything. Great place to shop to save $. Household items for all rooms. Clothes, shoes, and more. Be prepared to spend a little time looking.

Store is ok. Some good prices on clothing but it seems the prices are going up. Not good considering that we shop here to save money. You really have to look closely to find a good deal. BTW shop here during the day. Dont bring the family after dark. There is a bar and liquor store nearby . After dark there are allot of people hanging out in the parking lot that are looking for something to keep them busy.

I enjoy shopping here, but I do not enjoy bad customer service or no customer service. It makes the experience nevative. Other locations have friendly staff, and Im sure this location is capable of it, but not the day I visited. I always enjoy the low prices, wide variety of selection and the deals.

I have been shopping here for years and now i feel compelled to leave a review. The prices have gone up so much its just insane. I remember when shirts were between $2 and $4 - now they are jacked up to $5 to $8 - they do that so they make you feel like you are getting a deal when you get the 30% or 50% off but in reality you are just paying their old prices - total ripoff. Plus dont forget at SAVERS you ALSO pay tax so 8% of that percentage you have discounted is simply paying the tax on your purchases. I used to spend alot of money in Savers, now its going to goodwill - where the prices are far more reasonable and no tax. SAVERS: you keep overpricing and people will run away in droves.

Pretty clean and organized for a thrift store. Fairly pricey for used goods but its easy to find good things there. Lots of variety.

It seemed as if the prices at this location are $1-2 dollars higher than the other locations. :(

I love savers you find all such a good great surprises all the sabres have their own little specialties like if you go to the one Cheyenne theyre good for really good tops for females and baby clothes an interesting stuff to like unique football jerseys and great purses and if you are DIY girl oh my God you will love it just like I am the management is great the people are great and not just at that savers but I will say thats kind of like one of my favorites but you could always go to the savers on Maryland parkwaytheyre great chill theyre good for custom suits like if you would like to have a nice Ive gotten Giorgio Armanis and theyve got great shoes and boots you can get a nice suit at Ellen Tracy if you know what that is Le suits they have a lot of Le suits Ive even picked up believe it or not some Norman kamali so dont be slipping on saver theyre great

They have great prices and there a great place to go for CRT displays so I go there at least once a week

Two years ago I gave this Savers a 5 star review. This place has gone downhill since then. Their customer service skills suck. The cashiers and supervisors will stand around by the front registers talking to each other when there is customers waiting in line. The person ahead of me had to run out to her car to get a coupon and then had a problem. The cashier never called for a 2nd cashier or ask the 2 chatty Cathys to get on a register and help customers Extremely rude. The parking lot always has shady people hanging around out front. Some of them are employees that look like homeless people All my many many donations will now go to the Goodwill.

I always find jeans and shirts here.

The prices are great theres always something my family needs.
