Love Inglot but will never go into this store. The girls did not know anything about the products. They said the medium highlighter was discontinued. All the items that we wanted to buy the girl said they are discontinued. Which I checked the site and they are on there. Poor service.

Love Inglot products but had a bad experience at this store. The 2 girls I was seeking assistance from seemed more interested in their cell phones than helping me. Finally mua called Jessica came over who was incredibly rude and cocky. Overall: Inglot great products as usual, staff in this store not so good

I walked in with the intention of buying gel eyeliner. (I really really wanted it) and a few other things. NO ONE greeted me and they most definitely saw me. The female worker was helping another customer and failed to acknowledge me at all. The two men just looked at me. I felt extremely unwelcomed, uncomfortable, and insulted. My friends also noted it. I left. I can take my hard earned cash elsewhere.

Went into here right after checking in and dropping off our luggage, right around 3:30 pm that day. Store wasnt busy at all, I saw maybe 2 customers and 7 staff. Staff greeted me upon walking in. After browsing their eye shadows for a minute, an employee came up and greeted me and ask if i was looking for anything in particular, and she helped me (with relevant suggestions) create my own freedom system palette. Workers were very professional, unlike some Sephoras ive been into. Extremely pleased with the product performance, service, and overall a great experience! This store is marketed towards professional makeup artists, but anyone can come in here and create a gorgeous custom palette or pick up some products!

The service in the store was great, but thats were it stops I was given the wrong color in my bag. I got home to California when I noticed it, I have been calling and only get a recording and NO ONE has returned my calls.Such a small high end store you think they would at least have 5 minutes to return a phone call.:(
