We found the Refinery by chance, and I felt like I wont the jackpot. Everything is well maintained and the savings are something to really celebrate. This is my favorite stop in Vegas. Dont forget to check out the sunglasses, great designer glasses for a fraction of their cost.

If you are a local or are visiting Las Vegas and you live for designer goods, this is the spot. The BEST selection, ok it may be a little crammed in there but you will not find a larger variety in the city. I have been shopping at refinery resale for years. When I am in Vegas, I never miss my favorite shop and always find the most amazing designer pieces at great prices! And, I truly appreciate the staff who have always gone the extra mile to make my shopping experience the best!

Please all and any customers do yourself a favor do not shop at this location. The owner Caroline is very condescending and looks at you from head to toe when you come in. They are very pushy and try to to sell their old and very outdated high priced items . I used to shop here and consign a lot of my high in pieces when razz work there, when razz quit, Caroline the owner never paid me on some of my items and she will not contact you if any of your items sell hoping you won’t come in and collect the money .Caroline the owner has become very greedy and she also wears the clothes pieces that come in shoes and handbags so beware!

Top shelf prices for used items....many of which are worn, stained etc. - not the finest quality. Store is overloaded with merchandise so not the best shopping experience. Staff very nice, helpful and friendly.

If I could give 0 stars I would, treating people like they might steal and not respecting personal space. Dont bother wasting your time or money unless you enjoy being watched, followed and feeling like a burden instead of a customer.

Great shop with large selection of gently used Designer items. I was looking to place my Diane Von Furstenberg dress and Giorgio Armani (Black Italy Label) pants in consignment, but I found so much more. Super easy and hassle free process to place items on consignment. Huge inventory, I would recommend this store for those seeking Designer- treasures. Prices are comparable not necessarily priced to sell quickly. The owner is very knowledgeable and has a great eye! This is the oldest Designer Resale store in Las Vegas!

Iv traveled all over the world and Google designer consignment stores to shop bc Retail is boring n expensive. This Refinery store LV is the worst. Filthy store, pls dust your items. Outrageous near full price for many old and dirty items. Not taking care of stuff in your possession is a turn off especially when your prices are exorbitant. You research to price items comparing new merchandise price not 2nd hand. Rude and greedy management!

The customer service is outstanding and I am in love with my Gucci shoes. This store is a must see and visit.

Great place to shop! Why pay retail when you can find great deals at the Refinery. Best handbag and shoe selection in town. Spend some time going through the many racks of fabulous clothing. You won’t be disappointed!

No bargains here. This store is so jammed with way overpriced used clothes you can hardly move around in it. They have upscale designers, like Versace, but want too much for them. I dont care what the label is, they are ultimately just used and OLD clothes. I dont want to pay $250 for a casual dress or over a hundred for a pair of semi designer, nothing fancy, white sneakers.

Refinery reassured the Louis Vuitton handbag I bought was authentic. I paid $700 for a fake!😥 authentic

They do have some good stuffs but their prices are too high comparing to other consignment stores online. If the people who has the money and willing to pay thousands of dollars for an item, for instance, $500-2500 for a designer dress or $100-$400 for a top then they wouldnt go to consignment stores. A lot of stuff I saw for years and they still couldnt sell because their prices are way too high for a consignment store. Doesnt matter how much an item worth/cost at retail price but what matters is that it is affordable to people who shop there? A clutch I saw there for $750 while I found it at another consignment store online for $250 with great condition. Staffs are unfriendly!

Refinery Resale has an amazing selection!! I feel so lucky because they have many designer shoes in my size plus a great handbag selection. This is a perfect outlet to get on trend high priced items at a discount! Ask for Carolyn....she know her stuff! Killer deals!!

Walked in hoping to sell some of my high end clothing. The lady wouldnt even look at what I had for sale and said they werent buying. She wasnt even the owner. Ended up going to Ritzy Rags up on Rainbow and Sahara. Shes been in business there almost 17 years and was super great and enthusiastic about the items I brought in. Also, Lisa who works there is fantastic.

Upon walking in, I was greeted by a less than friendly woman - I assume she is the owner. I was just running in to sneak a quick peek and steal a deal while running errands on that side of town. Apparently I didnt look worthy of shopping there and was treated as such. Lord forbid you have a child with you...the womans looks could kill. Will not return...and yes, I can certainly afford it.

There is a lot of variety of everything! The bad thing is that the prices are too high to be second, for example a tennis Nike in average condition $ 40! For 10 or 20 more I better buy some new ones!
