We come here every year and this is the best consignment shop in vegas the owner and her staff is so very nice.. We went in yesterday enjoy another visit..

Really cute stuff and huge selection on clothes and shoes. I have a size 6 1/2 which is hard to find in consignment shops most of the time and there was a decent sized selection here! Found some great hats and dresses too!! Its tucked away next to the Nail salon in the same shopping center as the EoS gym.

Great!. Clean, quiet, great quality items. Friendly lady at the front. We had a great time. We all found something. We are plus sized also. Good energy and spirit. We will return the next time we are in Los Vegas.

I cant say enough good things about A Second Chance and the great people there. Ive been both a shopper and consigner here for many years. From the first day I walked in I was treated with warmth and kindness. I have always been delighted with the bags, shoes and clothing here and still have many items purchased years ago. I ALWAYS feel I get good value and beautiful items! I also like consigning here knowing they will do their best to find new homes for my items. Everyone is professional and knows their business. If you ask about bags or anything else, they are very knowledgeable. I so appreciate this shop and am delighted to be able to say a few good words! Theyre great...Im a long time resident here and there are no other consignment stores that come even close in terms of lovely items, great prices, sales, nice atmosphere (some other shops are simply grubby inside) and just the feeling youre among friends. This store doesnt sell much of the truly upscale designers unless you think Michael Kors, Chico and Bebe are upscale. They do have low resell prices, as they should, and you might be able to find something nice at a bargain price.

I have been going to this store for 15 years. I used to like this store before it was sold to a new owner a year ago. The last owner was a mother and daughter. They were nice and friendly. I even followed them on eBay. I was just in this store yesterday and I was browsing around when the lights turned off for 3 seconds. I thought they were closing so I asked the lady that worked there if they are closing. She said, No. So I continued browsing. Five minutes later, I asked the lady if I can use their dressing room to try a pair of pants. She said to me, Well, you can, but make it quick. So I asked for the second time if they are closing. She said, We are already closed ( with an irritated voice). I was on my way to the dressing room when I realized that this woman had her purse and keys on her hands and wanting to get out of there. I turned around and told her that Its okay Ill just come back the following day. The truth is, I will never go back there ever again. I used to work in a customer service industry. I know how it feels to want to leave and go home when its time to leave work. But its always a courtesy to let our customers know that we will be closing soon. I always tell them what time we close and what time we open in the morning. Incase the customers didnt know our hours of operation.

I stopped into this wonderful shop while visiting in Las Vegas. The owners are fantastic! Nicole went out of her way to help me and even drove me to the bus stop to make sure I didnt get lost. I would recommend this gem to every woman looking for consignment treasures.Nadene TipperCosta Rica

I googled thrift and consignment shops and this boutique by far had the best deals I got out of all the shopping I did while visiting Vegas!...I had a lot of fun at her shop.

Tried to go there today (12/7/18) and wasted $10 on Uber! They are closed! Out of business with no signs indicating that! Just a vacant store front!

I called to try to set up an appointment. Basically got the blow off on the phone. I am not sure if it was the owner or an employee but tjr customer service was lacking.
