Everytime I come to Vegas we stop by MadHouse on Eastern and see Amirah! She is so awesome and generous, always had free snack bags for the kids! The food is always consistent and the croissant breakfast sandwiches are amazing!!!! 5 stars for food speediness and hospitality! Can’t wait to come back!

This is a family owned and operated coffee shop. It is a pleasure to spend an hour here with a delicious cup of coffee. The artwork is lovely. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Great jazz music creates a mellow mood.

Love this coffee shop!!! It has a charm of its own when you go inside, very nicely decorated with super cool art all over. Ambience is relaxing and fun. The drinks were great, we had our favorite lattes: Nutella white chocolate mochas and they are very tasty. Its a really good coffee place and they have great sandwiches and vegan options too. Great service, fast, and nice people!Everytime I come here for coffee they always have great customer service and the coffee there is always great !! They have drive-through too.Highly Recommend!

My favorite is the iced latte called Nuts and Berries made a tad less sweet. I also add almond milk. Its perfect and wayyyy better than Starbucks. Also the service here is always friendly with a smile. I love this place! Always a 5 star experience!

I like this coffee shop. I normally do drive thru and they always have a treat for my pup! They have a few vegan drink options you just have to make sure you ask about milk in the flavoring they use. The Mexican mocha is really tasty!

Really neat shop, but definitely a place for boujee “coffee” drinkers and not so much for local coffee explorers. Staff was a bit slow (like only 1 person was working the cafe and the drive thru) but friendly. Otherwise, drinks were all fairly priced. My issue was everything was so stinking sweet. The staff member warned us of that and made our drinks less sweet as requested. It ws still too much. I should’ve just ordered plain Joe after seeing the sugar bombs they concoct. Overall, neat art and cool vibe, but it’s definitely not the place for me.

I loved the service I got from Maddie. She was very patient. She also helped me pick a great drink. Since I havent been to this Madhouse. The menu is different from the Summerlin menu at that Madhouse. But its just about as good. My overall experience was the environment was very chill and and unique. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Oh and dont forget the not-so-secret secret menu!

Super great coffee shop! Just visited twice while my husband, I and family are visiting Vegas and the staff is really wonderful! They truly are pleasant, happy, energetic and get you whatever you need! The food is also REALLY GOOD! The avocado toast is so delicious and spicy! The innocent bystander sandwich as well. Coffee drinks are on point. Great quality! Definitely recommend!

Got a wildberry smoothie, it was so light and refreshing.Triple chocolate latte is what my husband got and it was delicious as well. Blended quite well as he says. The people in there are quite friendly as well. It was like a Mad House in there, but in a good way.. 😆🤣😂 Hubby said this is new spot, I agree, and I think you would too!!

Great local coffee. Even better pricing. They offer a large menu with lots of ways to customize your drink. I got an iced nuts and berries w/oatmilk. Def will be hitting them up when Im over that way again. Drive through is on the south side of the building in the back.

The iced Red Velvet Latte was really good! My daughter ordered the blended Irish Creme which was also good. I only wish they had kids drinks that didnt include coffee, and adult prices to go along with it. I was also happy they didnt have 2 women kissing on the cup label since I had my youngest daughter with me, Lol. The other reason Im giving 4 stars versus 5 is because the coffee is very pricey.

I like going here on my lunch breaks, super tasty food and drinks. Kind of pricey but worth it.It does take a while for the food to be prepared.

I have to say that I love the atmosphere its very quaint and subdued. Theres indoor and outdoor seating and I host of coffees to choose from. The pastries are a little sad because of their size, however, it was not that bad as far as taste. Its on to have a coffee house so close to a Starbucks however its been around for quite some time with over a hundred reviews it must say something about it.

The blended drinks are a must try here. We tried 2 different drinks; triple chocolate and white chocolate (hot and cold) and they were all fantastic.The wait is not bad at all through the drive thru and the drinks came out on point.It maybe a little pricey but its definitely cheaper than what youd pay at Starbucks and much better quality so definitely worth it.

We decided to try something new this morning and we decided to try Mad House Coffee. First off, it has a charm of its own when you go inside, a very nice and chill feeling with super cool art all over. The drinks were great I got the Irish cream iced and blended and my wife got the nut job and we completely recommend both, worth repeating over and over. We also got some great breakfast/lunch sandwiches that just made the experience that much better called the Innocent Bystander that gave the sealed stamp of us being a returning customer. Amazing customer service as well. Definitely recommend and worth every penny.

Years ago, I stopped by and got the Mad Max coffee and then forgot about it. So, my husband and I were feeling really tired the other day and stopped by to get a Mad Max. It’s a coffee drink with espresso beans blended into it. So it really packs a punch. The staff at the counter was super friendly and suggested a different way to make the drink without milk. We have been back several times since then. In fact, just this morning we went through the drive-through and asked for a BLT (which is not on the menu), and a gentleman and made us an amazing sandwich. All staff are friendly, outgoing and just all-around kind . Starbucks has become the normal place for everybody to go and that’s a shame because this place is amazing. Definitely give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

Love this place!! I definitely recommend the Mexican Mocha if you havent tried it. The breakfast sandwiches are super yummy too. I usually do drive thru and the customer service is 10/10! Today I went in for the first time and loved the atmosphere! Dine In or Drive Thru - you cant go wrong and HAVE to try this coffee. You will LOVE it and its made with love too

Terrible customer service. Guy made no eye contact then just walked away. He was very ride. The sign says happy hour on Saturdays. He said that changed for covid and they only go till Thursday but they had not gotten around to changing the sign. Its been 9 months...

Ambience is relaxing and fun. Loved the grasshopper blended. (Chocolate and mint) - hubby got the caramel blended.... very good

I stopped by because I was waiting for a phone call and found a thoroughly unique place. There are so many coffees and teas to choose from. The young man patiently waited while I perused the coffee selections. My large Irish creme latte was excellent. There is a bookshelf with an eclectic collection of books waiting to be read, and I will have to go back again for more lattes to finish the one I started. Next time, I will also have one of their enticing pastries. They also offer various teas and other drinks. The decor creates their uniqueness. The background music is quiet and peaceful. Definitely a place to go for a great coffee drink. I was there late morning between the breakfast and lunch rushes, and it was just a very good experience.

The Madhouse in Summerlin is better. At least the cappuccino is better. I threw the one I got from here out after the first sip. Chocolate croissant was pretty good. The guy working was very nice.Not saying dont go here, Im just very picky with coffee and that is what the 2 stars is for. The cappuccino was sour which I personally dont like. Its about on par with most of the coffee shops in the US. If youre familiar with and like coffee in Europe, you might not like it here.

The service was great, coffee is ok, but the cups, lids and carriers are so flimsy coffee spilled out simply walking to the car. Then the food bag has no handle so there’s no good way to grab it.

I liked this place well enough. The cafe is cozy but has a good amount of seating. There are games to play if you feel so inclined.The coffee was fairly good. I treated is as more of a treat/dessert so I wasnt too disappointed when I realized the sweetness level was really high.The employees are very nice and helpful and there is a station with all the items you would need to make your coffee to-go.I noticed a bit of a wait because they do the drive thru too but I didnt mind.

Probably mostly my fault but I ordered a mad max. I wasnt told this was a blended drink. Fine ok. But the gentleman literally filled the entire blender up with ice. My drink was not what a blended coffee drink should be. It was more ice then anything. Im not even sure it has almond milk or the extra shot I ordered. I never saw him go to the espresso machine even once. When I asked about the beverage I was told this is how it comes. I will never go back. Especially now with a Dutch Brothers right across the street. Ive never been told this is how it is when unhappy with a beverage there.

I will not be returning here EVER. The owner was rude. The coffee was sub par at best and was priced outrageously. Everything was heavily sweetened. Not worth it at all.

A quaint place, one without uniforms and the constant buzz of others drowning you in their days exploits. the kind of place with a bookshelf (with real books and board games) and the hint of something older and traditional... one with a tv, but without the reg two channels everyone else seems to play, and also one with music, but not the expected 10 or 12 songs that seems to be in constant rotation on all the pop stations and playlists. Most importantly, its a place where I found myself with a choice: either do some work or simply relax. more often, I found myself relaxed, chilling out completely with a cup of mint tea in one hand and some small snack in the other...

The coffee we had here was much better than starbucks. Although, the cups were only half full for a Latte still better than theS word place, the flavor was good and after four hours of travel it was still good. Id definitely go back if Im ever in that part of Vegas, but Ill probably never get there because who wants to leave Costa Rica where we live now. The employees were busy but still personal and seemed to be dedicated to good customer service.

Coffee has always been good. Tried a London Fog day and it was made with regular lipton tea which is not how you make a London Fog!! Guess its a coffee only place.

I bought a cup of black coffee (batch brew), I was really good. Personnel is very nice and attentive. The location is very safe. Parking is adequate. The venue is clean and small. Price is slightly high, but not too bad.

My go-to coffee spot! The larger iced Americano is huge! Service is always quick and friendly. Ive yet to wait in line in their drive through. The baristas are great and knowledgeable about coffee. Supporting a locally owned business is a great plus. No ashy taste like Starbucks.

We have been going to Madhouse coffee on Eastern for about a year now. After getting stale pastries and watered down coffee from the manager who works on Saturdays, I was concerned when two of their best employees left.When I called the store to find out when the owner was going to be at the Eastern location, I was unaware that the manager’s relative put my call on speaker phone so the manager could hear my comments without my permission.The next day, the manager confronted me in front of 10 customers and asked if I was the one who left a message to speak to the owner. I was not prepared for the conversation and nor did I want to voice my concerns to someone who was looking for a fight and in a crowded coffee shop.If you don’t care how hard you work for your money, then you can continue buying your coffee fix from them. But if you want to be respected for your business, then find another place to purchase your fix. This place does not care about customers since the manager was being confrontational with me in front of customers and lied about the product being fresh. She cant even make a good cup of coffee. Customers shouldn’t be expected to defend themselves if they have a problem with product they are paying for.Side note: the owner did call and try to make a mends but it was a little too late for that. With their prices, its not worth it.

Everytime Im in Vegas I make sure to grab a drink here. They have some of the beaded combination of drinks out there. I would definitely recommend the Monkey Mocha if you like peanut butter and banana combination. The store is clean and is a great place to get work done. They also have a variety of board games on the shelf if you and your friends are staying long.

The workers inside need to wear their masks too, not just the guy at the window...and dont touch the lid of my coffee (where Im about to put my lips) with your bare hands when you give it to me.

Delicious drinks and food, very cozy inside and the music was good and interesting. Cant wait to come back. Only negative was that the sandwich we had was a bit small but thats probably a good thing.

Service wasn’t that great and when asked to make one of our drinks LESS sweet 7 pumps of syrup still went into it. Can’t taste the coffee at all, basically spent $20 on milkshakes. Will not be coming back

Only has pastries until they sell out. Most items are shipped to store and then are baked. They will not bake more if they run out at any time of the day. #badbusiness Only one power outlet for Free Wifi. Coffee r strong but tasty.

This location is by far better than the Desert Inn location. Owner is nice and friendly. The coffee always comes out how you would expect it to. Occasionally you get a off/bad one, but cant be perfect everytime.Definitely give the iced white mocha with an extra shot a try.

Such a great place to get work done, great location and incredible drinks. The employee and owner are really nice. Gave me a free drink because they made a small error on the cash register. Totally unnecessary but very much appreciated. For sure making this a frequent spot of mine.

I started coming to this place to support the local joints and because they serve almond milk. My drinks are consistent and very good. Staff is very friendly. A few times theyve accidentally overcharged and theyve also forgotten my order a couple times, but they did their best to make up for it. Go through the drive-thru if youre in any sort of rush, because they definitely cater to those customers first. Bagel sandwiches are good. I would still be going here if the new coffee shop down the street didnt open up. Check it out for yourself and enjoy a latte and bagel and maybe stay a while and play a board game.
