I got the All Nighter with a cranberry bagel and it was perfect. Not dry at all and just so satisfying. Cold brew was not bad either. Pretty fast service considering how busy they are.

This place is so dirty. If we can’t eat inside then you at least should clean outside because it’s extremely disgusting to eat somewhere where there’s mold growing and water pipes broken. Dirty dusty musty tables. They are gross. Really bad customer service. You all that work there should be happy you even have a job.

As always, the best bagels! I almost buy these bagels every other morning, the whole family loves them. However, today was the first time the bagels werent fresh. Kind of dry and not as soft as they usually are. Probably a glitch only as usually the bagels here are awesome.

Todays experience was not pretty good. Our bagels were prepared roughly and without a sense of good quality service.

So I went again this morning on my way to work I thought I would give it another try......they were somewhat busy. The guy that took my order was handling the bagels from the display to the slicer holding them against his clothing wow. They had jus brought out some cinnamon raisin he told me I couldnt have any. I also asked for some vegetable smear and he said they didnt have any only wha r was in the case. So I asked if they had some in the back he said no what they had out was all they had which wasnt much. Really!!!! Little did he know I was going g to write this review. The bagels were cold and hard.. not fresh.. I will never go back to this Einstein again....!!!! I gave you guys a second chance.....It took the employee asking several times what my order was. I guess he was new. However I took my bagel with me to work bit into it (the top was face down And the garlic was burnt. Seriously!!!!

Whoever is running this place is extremely unprofessional and rude. I came into this location as I always do because I live down the street so I’m here pretty frequent. I always order off the app so I can just run in and grab my order. I ordered off the app as usual and came in and my order wasn’t there. I was asking what happened considering my payment has already gone through on the app and on my bank account statement. The manager was clearly right behind the counter but wasn’t addressing the issue himself he was telling the employee what to say to me (mind you I can see him telling the employee what to say) I was told there’s nothing they can do about this issue. Although this is frustrating, I accepted the outcome and said I would pay for my meal again because I would still like to eat. The employee rang up my order but I realized I forgot my wallet (I thought I was just running in to grab my order) so I go outside to my car to get my wallet and I come back in to the manager yelling at me saying I can not eat here and that i need to leave. Another by stander that heard what was going on got very angry at the way the manager was talking to me and handling the situation and told him to calm down. The manger continued to tell me to leave over and over again. I come to this location A LOT and have never been treated with such disrespect before.

I like the food, but the few different places Ive gone into, I dont know what it is, but one of the people I deal I deal with seem to always have an attitude like Im putting them out by them having to serve me...and Im an easygoing, nice guy, but come on Einstein, employ better people or treat them better so they have a better attitude, because part of the reason people go out to eat is to be served with a good, friendly attitude.

Great fresh Bagels! but kind of expensive for just a bagel with cream cheese. Also why does nobody outside of New York know what an egg bagel is?

Recently around 12 they running out of bagels and if you come at 12-30 or 1 pm, there nothing to buy. And dough flavor and consistence changed...bagels often very chewy. Whats up with that?! I so love this place before...support them thru pandemic, and now they doing this! Why?!

Well after 2 years living in Vegas I finally decided to have some Einstein bagels.I really have gotta say - Las Vegas has probably the lowest bar for the service industry. 😕 it seems like every time I try want to try a place, there is ALWAYS an issue with items not being available.I placed my order online and have already been standing in the store for about 10+ minutes while others customers are placing their orders and receiving their food before me.I waited in the area labeled online order pickup - but apparently there was a separate area entirely if you placed a mobile order online through Doordash. So Im standing there in the mobile pick up area and the employees just put my food in the doordash area without even acknowledging me.

So we hadnt gone in here in a while but man it was well worth it today. So my husband is recently new vegetarian. By that I mean hes been eating a vegetarian diet for almost 2 months now. So its been a bit difficult for all of us to include these changes into our own diet. But this place made it so easy, we had the egg white 🥑 on a bagel. I had mine with 🥓 but it was so undercooked so I had to take it out. W out it, it tasted amazing. Then we got chocolate chip bagels for the kids. Which they loved. You have got to try the green chili bagel toasted with cream cheese and the 🍎 cinnamon bagel toasted with cream cheese. Those will keep u coming back the next day I can guarantee it but Im not cause its not my job lol. Enjoy guys.

Wish I could give no stars. Keep my reciept and my refund reciept. Stack my food, smear more smear. Worst enistein bros bagels place in the city. Rude staff. Run out of half and half so fill containers with skim milk. I wanted to get a refund on my coffee, the woman gave the wrong amount for my refund was more than abrasive and raised her voice at me when i informed her she gave me the wrong change. Just because you messed up dont take it out of the customers. Should have been given a full refund. Dirty and unprofessional, waste of time and money.

Bagels are fair, service is often slow here.The very last time here I ordered a bagel that was in the v basket, paid and waited. Next I hear they were sold out due to someone phoning in an order. I had to get a refund and leave.The time previous they were out of options 1 through 3 for me. I asked how long before some fresh bagels and was told 20 minutes. The very next person in line walks up, gets a new clerk who actually looks and is told 5 minutes.I work close by and used to come here almost daily but its a never ending struggle to just get a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Im not even that picky. Just any 1 bagel of 3 options.Go to NY bagel on rancho and Charleston or the bagel Cafe on Buffalo. Both are worth the commute.

Covid has affected the vibe in this place. What a shame. Used to be a nice atmosphere. Good is still what it is. GOOD!!

Used to come here all the time but the past year they are always out. I would come in early to beat the crowd and they hadn’t even prepared pastries at all for a weekend morning. VERY often they don’t make use of their separate ordering station. Employees leave you standing at the “order here” sign and take orders from people that walk up to the cashier. If they decide to use one register to order and charge, they need to put a sign up so customers don’t waste their time being ignored. Overall this location is extremely unorganized. I ordered a strawberry cream cheese bagel and there were bits of cheddar cheese and jalapeño as if they used the same knife from other sandwiches to spread my cream cheese. It was really gross. Just done coming here. To top off my last visit here they gave me a bag that was torn at the bottom so my bagel could fall out onto the floor. (See pic)

Long lines. New employee taking orders and had no idea what she is doing. Had to keep asking someone to help her enter orders. 3 times I had to correct my order. Kept charging me for items I didnt order. You dont train new employees on busy Saturday mornings!

MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ENFORCE THE WEARING OF MASKS!I visited today. A lady with no mask was leaning on the front counter glass case. The case was filthy.No one said a word!I ask the employee behind the counter to please clean the glass befor I approached (after the woman).She politely wiped the top of the glass, however, She was not thorough. The ledge and front of the glass was visably dirty. The staff did not appear to be trained.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

The employees always look at me funny when I order a plain sandwich. This time the cashier offered me a kids sandwich so I didnt have to pay for all the extra items I didnt want on it. I appreciated it, it saved me money and I didnt have to seem petty. It was a good lunch.

Grimilda is an amazing stylist. She is very social and has always taken care of my hair. The salon is nice and tidy and is always playing great music. Would recommend this salon.

No Waze top of the line very tasteful fresh bagels. We go in Monday through Friday to get the eight dollar box of bagels that have 12 bagels in it and this time the manager was out of the boxes. so the manager let me choose 12 bagels randomly that they had just made. Amazing customer service and very clean atmosphere.

Couldnt stop thinking about how great my experience here was. I had never been to this location before and just stopped because I forgot to eat breakfast that morning. When I walked in a whole group of employees said hi and welcome like they knew me! And then it was the most pleasant ordering experience I had. And when they brought me my food they gave me a cookie for free! They were so smiley and happy and welcoming! I want to go again just to support those employees! Thank you for being so kind!!

This eintein in particular is the best one in my opinion! For as busy as they get, they always treat everyone like family. You feel welcome and at home here. I know the food is the first reason you visit, but their attitude and excellent customer service is why you keep coming back! Thanks for always making it an enjoyable experience!

Ive been in the food and beverage industry for 50 years in mostly the front of the house operations. I was very impressed with Einstein Bros. Bagels with their selection and service. One cannot go wrong with their QUALITY, SELECTION, PRICES and PROMPT and I MEAN PROMPT QUALITY AND EXTREMLY FRIENDLY SERVICE! GREAT JOB GUYS!

I love this place for the expanding bagel selection and the great taste, I tried 2 of there bagel sandwiches and enjoyed both very much . 1 crispy chicken & tater sandwich on everything bagel & a spinach, mushroom & swiss bagel on asiago bagel . And we were greeted and taken care of here. I suggest coming here for a fantastic breakfast

I have never had a bad experience at this location! Even when they are out of the item I want, the girls working there are always very kind in suggesting other things I might enjoy. I would never have tired some of the things on the menu if not for this location! Its always very clean and pleasant inside and out. I plan on coming here on every break when I get the chance to!

And good bagels!I had the pleasure of stopping in for a quick bite while waiting for a bus one morning, and was pleasantly surprised by the etiquette, friendliness and efficiency of the staff.The bagel (an asiago bagel with cream cheese) was quite superb, and the young man taking orders and cash remembered me from a chance meeting at a bus stop some two months prior, which surprised me. I felt, even as a first-time customer, like I was one of the regulars and had an instant rapport with the friendly bagel-bakers. The lady behind me in line (an actual regular) was greeted with the same sincere friendliness that I was, and both our orders were prepared with notable quickness and accuracy.Ill definitely be back.

15 minutes for 2 plain bagels...not even sliced.. 6 workers behind the counter 4 of them having the conversation of their life 1 helping customers and the other one just looking at her co-worker... By the way had to get 2 plain bagels because they only had 3 kind of bagels

What I thought would be a quick in and out because it wasn’t very busy turn into a 15 minute fiasco because the girl couldn’t figure out how to slice the bagels then she decided to slice half of them walked away serve food to two tables I didn’t forget what she was doing when she came back so when I finally asked the other girl to go finish it all the bagels were not in the box I left and had to come back because she put the wrong Schmeer on the box this is the second time this is happened to me at this location I can only imagine how terrible if they were busy

This location you can never get any seating cuz people camp out at 7 in the morning and take up all the booth so they can buy their $5 breakfast and I walked out many time this was the last time Ill be there. Management should put limits on how long boots can be occupied for one person to spread out to rent a booth at 6 for to do non-existent work is on necessary. I wont go to that establishment again, if you looking for a place to get a good bagel go somewhere else
