I normally do not take the time to write a negative review, but I had a negative experience yesterday with sales associate Yuqi. I was extremely bothered about the situation because I have always had positive experiences at Dior, and to no surprise I noticed another customer having issues twice with Yuqi as well. Yesterday I was looking to purchase some shoes, but throughout my time there Yuqi acted like me asking for shoe sized was an inconvenience for her. She had a horrible attitude every time she saw me look at t a different pair. When I told her I was not sure what my shoe size would be she immediately asked “you don’t even know your shoe size?”. I brushed it off until she offered for me to try on the display shoes, which she “handed over” by slamming them on the table. I ended up leaving discouraged by the customer service, but ended up having amazing service at the Wynn.

First time ever visiting Dior. Olga was FANTASTIC. Excellent customer service and suggestions. She helped me pick out a gift for my girlfriend and even special ordered just the right product, and was communicative throughout. Thank you Olga! Highly recommend this location

DO NOT VISIT THE DIOR STORE AT BELLAGIO, Las Vegas!!!!My friend and I went to the store yesterday to see if we can find a cardholder that we like. Our sale’s person called Yuqi. She showed us only a few options, so we asked for more options. Although we found the card holder that we like, but we felt like she didn’t want to serve us because of her attitude. She just took our credit card and walked to the back, not even offer us for a new one. After she came back, she just gave us the wrapped card holder without saying anything. Yuqi just turned to the back and did her own thing. After we left the store, we wanted to make sure everything was in the bag. We opened the bag and checked the receipt. The price on the receipt was not as the same price as Yuqi told us earlier. Therefore, we went back to the store to confirm if there wasn’t any mistake. While we were waiting in line to get into the store, Yuqi saw us and approached to us. We asked her about the price on the receipt, and she immediately said “if you don’t like, you can return it.” We were shocked because we just want to confirm the price. Yuqi kept saying we can return it, if we don’t like it and said she just offered us a solution. I questioned her attitude because she was REALLY disrespectful to us. We were not even in the store, but IN FRONT of the store since she didn’t even bother offer us get into the store. The security guy saw everything, so I asked him if there was anything wrong with Yuqi’s attitude. He even agreed with us that she had an attitude. We were really mad so we left the store.Unfortunately, this is the second time that we have a bad experience in THIS STORE! My friend also bought some product in this store couple weeks ago. She went home and found out there were NOTHING but the box. Although they apologized for their mistake, it was still unacceptable and unprofessional!!!Anyways, with the two bad experiences in THIS STORE, I would strongly recommend NOT TO VISIT THE DIOR STORE AT BELLAGIO, Las Vegas!!!!

Best experience... top of the line feel in this place... the room in the back...is a model of the designer room... over all bring that $$$$ it’s worth every second in there

My mom and I went into the Dior Bellagio store to purchase my favorite perfume. The associate was professional and courteous. Great experience.

Had a wonderful experience shopping at this store! I highly recommend Ali as he was really fun to work with and knew the styles that fit me well. He accommodated all my friends and gave us bubbles while we shopped. I originally went in looking for a purse, but he was able to pair my purse with a pair of J’Adior slingbacks. I’m in love with both purchases and will definitely see Ali the next time I visit Vegas!

If you need something unique and you appreciate good service, you should definitely come here. Come to this shop first and leave the rest of the shops for browsing. They have a great selection. I cant list everything here. Anna helped us a lot, amazing customer service. She treated us like a friend. By far the best shops we found while here. It was worth our time.

I honestly enjoyed my visit to the store. As soon as I walked in Anna assisted me in finding my favorite pair of shoes. If you want outstanding customer service please do ask specifically for Anna because shes sweet and patient. I will call this store for any future Dior orders!

I had a very good experience here at the Dior store at Bellagio. Don was extremely friendly and gave me a really good education about the history of the iconic Lady Dior bag. I didn’t buy anything as I wasn’t prepared to buy something this expensive. But he’s the guy to see. He showed me this amazing croc Lady Dior. I can’t remember the price, $46k I think?

From a customer who love Dior, I had really unpleasant products from your store in Las Vegas by the Bellagio hotel and casino. The associate recommended the Amber. I took it home, after I used couple times no one smell the perfume. It will give a smell for like 5 minutes and will disappear. I asked all the people around. They said the same thing. Very disappointed.

Definitely upscale luxury.
