Located in the Bellagio Hotel on the Strip, I always make it a stop... just to see whats new and to wish !! However, I can always find a one of a kind pair of sunglasses that I love. Outstanding customer service.... ask for Monica, shes the best!!!

I like to visit Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. I like to shop in Chanel store in Bellagio hotel. The staff in the shop are very friendly. You can find some newest collection items there. It is a very big store and you can find everything you need to purchase. It is a good location because it is in the center of Bellagio hotel, so you can go shopping after you finished your lunch or dinner at the lobby restaurant.

I walked in looking for some sandals I had been on the hunt for and was greeted by Rochelle. She was so kind and hospitable. I was nervous to visit the boutique because for the very first time I had visited the m Chanel boutique located inside the Wynn and was rushed, discouraged and barely even helped at all, it’s like the woman there didn’t even want my business. Rochelle took her time to search for this specific sandal for me and took the time to explain how the process worked if another location had them. She made me an account and made me feel so good leaving there. I visit Las Vegas often so I definitely will be back to this location.

Im not one to be picky about service but when I walk in to a store expecting to purchase 3 bags at $7k+ each I expect my experience to at MINIMUM be sharp or at least attentive. Instead we were greeted by a small lady who was more interested in yawning audibly, texting on her phone and mocking us as we asked for bags that we know are in high demand. We asked for 5 bags that we were interested in and since those were out of stock would have expected a NORMAL sales person to suggest what was available. Instead we left with our pockets still full, horrible experience and spent our money elsewhere.

I came in to look for a card holder and was quickly greeted by several staffs. They were all friendly and welcoming. Vicky was the SA that helped me. She was very sweet and not aggressive with the sales. She let me browse at the different card holders that I wad interested in buying. When I was done looking at them, she suggest a mini wallet. For additional $75, the wallet has more function than the card holder. I completely agree with her suggestion as I didnt consider it from the beginning. I appreciate her patient for letting my browse before making suggestions. Her actions showed that she wants to please her customer and want them to enjoy the experience.I highly recommend Vicky Lau if youre ever in the market for any Chanel products. She will also help you register your item for their 1 year warranty.

I bought the brand new Chanel Sublimage serum that came out and my local Nordstrom didnt carry it and I was told I would have to purchase it through Harrods which I didnt want to so I was very surprised that Chanel carries it here in the U.S. now.. Feeling bad. I only used it for less than 30 minutes only 1 day. The color is turned. I went to the store to find a service. For four days, I couldnt return it. Repairing the package is at your own expense. Ask me how to use it. Light colors cannot be worn with dark clothes, and jeans cannot be worn. Cant wear new clothes. This is the case when carrying a bag. Cant do that. I wonder if you dont say it in advance when you sale bag? There is staining, you say so much. This small yellow boy is very easy to dye. The most important service after 4 days of dyeing is very poor. For four days, I have to pay for it myself. The service is very poor. From the manager to the sales to the maintenance department, no one will takecare your feelings. Shirk responsibility, we will sell it to you. After-sales and service have nothing to do with us.

Discriminative Manager (Marilee)I went to this store on a recent trip to Las Vegas and the lovely security guard asked for me to wait in line behind another gentleman who was waiting due to the store being at its capacity of patrons during COVID guidelines. I obliged and waited with my friend quietly until an employee approached me and made the comment that it would be a while until they will allow me in. She didnt tell anyone else in line only me and I was the second person in line. She was looking at me up and down while telling me this. I was surprised that she seemed to be judging me and determining if I should even go in and have her team assist me. More surprising was the fact that I was wearing a Chanel coat, shoes, and waist bag as she had reached that determination. Finally after 15-20 minutes, my turn came. At the same time as it was my turn, another asian woman came and not in line asking to speak to a specific associate to assist her. She was asked if she had an appointment and answered she did not. Even though the asian customer had no appointment and I was next in line, Marilee (who told me she was the manager) was allowing her to go in before me and bluntly told me to wait longer and next available associate will be with me. I could not believe my ears, Marilee was treating me this way for no reason and although I let go of her demeanor, she was still going out of her way to humiliate me and refuse me my turn in line to better accommodate another customer who had no appointment and was not asked to stay in line like everyone else.I finally spoke up and insisted that I would be next as it was my turn and she did not have an appointment and she must wait in line like everyone else. Even the customer was agreeing with me but Marilee was being persuasive. I demanded to be seen next and finally she gave up and I did. I was in there for a total of 15 minutes to purchase the bag that I needed. I went back to my hotel room and was just feeling really challenged from her attitude and demeanor. The fact that Chanel had her posted as their manager blew my mind as I have never had any issues with any Chanel store before and the whole thing just didnt settle with me right. I went back the next morning to return my item and repurchase at my local store because in all honesty, I did not want to give her any credit or business after the way she targeted me for no reason. I felt humiliated and I am shocked to not see any other mention of this on here. In my experience, a person in that caliber is a bully and has many victims not just one. Perhaps I am the only one spending the time to speak up for the principal of it and filing a formal complaint with Chanel as well as BBB but I hope my message here will encourage others who have been her victim to come forward.

Very bad customer service from Lynn. No follow through over an issue I had. When you are spending this kind of money, you would expect customer service to be above and beyond. Very disappointed. Not that she couldn’t help me, the issue was out of her control, but when you tell a customer you’ll look into it and contact them, that’s what we expect.

Highly recommend this store! The service here is by far the best out of all the Chanel stores I have been to worldwide including Toronto, Paris, and Hong Kong. The sales associate that helped me was Wen Hu, she made my shopping experience very comforting and never pressured me to purchase anything. She carefully explained everything about the purse to me and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. She even told me to contact her if I have any further questions about my purchase. Even though I had my eyes already set on the Chanel le boy in caviar leather and gold hardware she still brought out other colours and leathers of the same bag for me to try on to see the comparison. Next time I come to Vegas I definitely would love to purchase another purse from her! Wen, if you’re reading this review, thank you very much for all your help with my first Chanel purchase! I am very happy with your customer service!

Wanted to quickly grab something at about 640pm, only to show up and find the store already completely closed down for the evening with the employees leaving the store. Everywhere online the hours are posted as closing at 7pm. Very disappointed to not be able to shop during posted business hours. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

Located on the way to the Bellagio, in the walk-way. They are one of the most posh retail outlets available in Las Vegas. Service was impressive. Found a classic Chanel Flap bag and the saleswoman was very polite and friendly. After my stop, I slid into the Bellagio for a lunch buffet and some long-shot horse racing. Grade A+.

I went in to buy a zip pouch and this woman had no idea what I was looking for. She didn’t even offer or suggest similar items. I had asked to see the wallets. I had to lean over another woman to see some cardholders and they saw me. They should have assisted me more. My item was sold out and they just said well when it’s out it’s out. I felt horrible. I understand items are sold out but I would have appreciated more suggestions and curtousy. I must say the last time I was there a different woman helped me and she was pulling out trays and knew the item I wanted. I guess it’s a hit or miss experience.

Visited this boutique last week looking for a pair of sunglasses that were sold out online. When I walked in there were two employees, male and female behind the jewelry counter looking at their phones. Neither of them spoke to me or acknowledged my presence. I asked the male where the sunglasses were and without saying a word, he pointed in the direction of the opposite side of the store. I walked in that direction and began looking at the glasses. There were two female employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves. Not one of them spoke or even noticed my presence. I finally walked out after having experienced one of the worst displays of customer service ever! Dont waste your time or money in this boutique because these folks dont deserve the commission!!! Instead, head over to the CHANEL boutique at the Wynn and be prepared for the red carpet treatment!

I had never been to Chanel store in my life, so while walking through I knew I had to stop. I was wearing a tattered pair of jeans and a jacket and I was half expecting the pretty woman treatment, but thats completely NOT what happened! I was greeted by a lovely lady named Lori (I hope I remember her name right) and what a wonderful person. She really took the time to talk to us about the sunglasses and the cosmetics. I was blown away by how nice and soft spoken she was. I was unfortunately not able to get back to make a purchase, but if anyone who has any clout with Chanel or just this store in general sees this please give Lori a huge raise. Shes a gift to your company.

Beautiful store. Timeless merchandise. Terrible service.There was one employee at Chanel Bellagio that was wonderful, Akemi Delos Reyes! She was so sweet and she was the only one who greeted my boyfriend and I when we walked in. She had a smile on her face and helped show us all of the clutches around the store. Not once did we feel like she was judging us by the casual clothes we were wearing.We walked out with a small classic lambskin crossbody/clutch. I hope she got a commission from the sale because everyone else looked at us as if we couldn’t afford anything in the store.Akemi, thank you for your excellent customer service!

I was looking for the side-packLambskin & Gold-Tone Metal handbag as the Seattle store didnt have it yet, so while I was in Vegas, I went in to Chanel Bellagio store to see if they had it. I had on jeans, tee shirt and my LV bag when I walked into the store. (Its Vegas, middle of the day and thats how I dress when Im casual and it SHOULDNT MATTER!) There were at least 5 sales people, NO customers and NOT one salesperson approached me to ask me if I needed help. They just stared. Finally I (yes me the customer) walked up to one of the sales people and asked do you normally not greet customers and ask them if they need help? She said we let the customers walk around first. OMGOSH! REALLY?? I was in there to buy a $6900 handbag and every single one of them ignored me. I walked out and went to the Gucci store and every one of the sales people bent over backwards to help me buy my $4500 worth of Gucci goodies. I asked one the Gucci sales people what the deal was with the Chanel store next door and he said they are known to treat customers as Museum shoppers - looking but not buying. They base your status on what you wear - clothing, jewelry and nationality. I think that this Chanel boutique needs a history lesson regarding Howard Hughes. Never will I step foot in there again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this store.

Wow not what I was expecting called the boutique to see if I could find a specific shoe my wife was looking for before I could even talk to a sales associate they wanted to know if I’d ever done business with them before then argued with me over the phone about not being able to send me an order if I had not previously ordered online with them before I was pretty much just trying to find out if the style was still available was not helpful at all and treated me horribleIt was like a 10 minute screening process and I never even got to talk to a customer rep they better change this I am a previous customer but if I was a new customer getting ready to purchase something I would think twice crazy

Bought a wallet and had horrible customer serivce. Was given no advice, suggestions or care advice. I had to approach a sales girl to even buy the one I had questions about. Every time i tried to ask her a question she would blow me off. I was looking at a wallet online and they did not have it i had to ask if they had a similar one. The girl did not want to help at all. Since we stayed at the Bellagio it was natural to walk buy several times. We took several days before deciding on that small anniversary gift for the wife. We appreciate the no pressure sales team. Whether it was on the busy weekend or the weekday, whenever we had a question someone was there to answer. Shoutout to Riku (hope I spelled correctly), who assisted my wife with an over the phone last minute purchase. Would buy here again.
