Amazing customer service and I love the fact that they give law enforcement and military discounts with just your badge or ID unlike sunglasses hut who has you go through ID.ME and deal with that hassle. Highly recommended. Two glasses, added insurance for each pair at $40 each and sub total was $251....bet!!

Staff very helpful. Store had many selections in stock. Picked up new lenses for my frames. Cleaned frames and lenses looked almost new again.

Came in to look to see if we find anything interesting. My husband and I love Oaklay and usually always find something that catches our eye. We walked in and there was a greeter but she just looked at us and looked the other way. We were looking and she never asked us if we needed any help. After a couple of minutes another associate came out from the back, she also just looked never asked if we need help and just walked away. Well we were there for about 10 minutes looking at the merchandise and neighter of them ever asked if we needed help. Unfortunately another customer walked in and he got all the attention. Maybe they need to be retrained that all customers should have the same attention.

Oakley at Fashion Show in Las Vegas has a great selection of sunglasses, backpacks and apparel. Their in store staff are very nice and helpful.Oakley designs great sunglasses. Every time my husband and I are in Vegas we visit this store. Recently we stopped in and inquired about some glasses then informed an employee, Angelica, about a recent situation that we encountered in 2 Colorado stores where we received appalling service. Angelica called FIVE stores to find the glasses we were looking for. She secured a pair at a neighboring store. She really went above and beyond for us.

Great staff and excellent selection of sunglasses!

I visited on black Friday and attempted to buy a pair of glasses. Something went sideways with their special order system, so after waiting for a while, we were asked to come back in a hour and they would have everything worked out. An hour later, I was told they just couldnt process my order. No rain check, no suggestion of a solution, just well, I guess you just cant buy that product. Apparently Oakley products cant be back-ordered either, or so I was told. Pretty poor service, although the staff was friendly.
