I went into this polo store just to look. An associate Arianny explained the sales and helped my husband and I to find our sizes. She was very professional, well dressed with a store brand polo shirt as she directed herself to me as yes maam. In addition to that, i couldnt see her smile, yet I could hear her contagious laugh which was inviting. The store was clean and well organized. I would come back because they have great customer service and great Sales. I had an amazing customer experience. Thank you US POLO and Arianny. Cheers !🤩

It was a poor experience, the salesperson was a person completely disconnected from his work, not interested in his customers at all, I would have liked to tell him what I thought of his behavior, unfortunately my English leaves something to be desired ..... I left with great frustration
