Kelvin and his manager took great care of me. This problem has been ongoing and the source appeared to be unknown. This is my first time owning a Chevy and admittedly I was becoming a little discouraged and disappointed in the product but the two of them helped me through getting my vehicle repaired & rebuilding my faith in their team.

When I purchased my vehicle I did not receive a second key. A few weeks later I got a call from Karen saying the key was ready. When I went to the key it was no where to be found. My salesman Alejandro assured me he would get to the bottom of it and contact me, as of today I have yet to be contacted about my second key. This dealership has been inconsistent since my first day of purchase. I’ll be happy to pay off my vehicle and part ways.

I was prepared to have my car in the shop for a couple days because of all the appointments scheduled but I got my car back and fixed within a few hours. When reading service report they noted 2 items that I was not told about and report stated I declined service to fix them. At time of check out girl said to just sign it she would give copies. Then the next day I got email stating there where items of service that where need but never mentioned the other two items.This kind of service is why I stopped buying from fairway 8 years ago after being a long time customer.

The body shop rep and service rep handling my insurance claim and repairs are incompetent beyond compare. The managers do not hold their team accountable and sadly after I’ve been a loyal customer of Fairway for 7 years I will never again do business here or with any of its affiliates.

Mr. Cris Lemus was very exceptional, he was understanding, caring, attentive and out going. He brought SUV options to the table, pros and cons and answered all my questions. His floor manager was a little aggressive to my liking, he stormed off after I told him I couldn’t be more flexible on the monthly payments and he told me not to get too excited because I wouldn’t even be able to obtain the car at the end. I was approved and the floor manager was fairly nicer and optimistic after that. But I will give 5/5 stars just because of Mr. Lemus.
My vehicle was there for nearly 6 weeks. Bad enough but Christian my service tech did not keep in touch. Very frustrating .... I called often he called 2x in response. Seems he was out a week and nobody communicated to me or returned his calls or even checked on his work. I will never recommend Fairway Chevy to anyone. I wish I had moved the car the 1st week.... womens intuition

Made an appointment to get car serviced. Brake warning light had come on. Took it in early the next day. Called and called for THREE days to get their repair estimate. Finally was told my Chevroletneeded brakes and rotors. Almost $700. Decided not to wait for them to do repairs any longer and to take my car elsewhere Was charged almost $200 for their estimateOther repair shop told me my brakes and rotors are fine. Needed brake fluid was all.Beware. Place is a big rip off!!!!Does not even deserve ONE star rating

I had to call Everytime to check on the status of my vehicle. When it was completed and I was told it was ready for pickup. They said they were unaware that I was coming. They stained my back seat using it for parts storage. An employee left his old sweat stained hat in my vehicle. They put my dirty tie down straps in my back seats as well. This was a brand new 2021 Colorado.
I already filled out one of the surveys so I’m not sure why I’m getting a second one. I came in for an oil change and my car happened to need an update to the computer for the radio. I had to plug in a USB to my center console. I get back in my car to leave and all my contents of my center console are in my front seat and my phone charger cable is not plugged back in. Nothing was put back the way I left it. Very annoying. Then I had to ask for my vehicle checklist which no one was able to print off but the manager for some weird reason. The cost of the LOF was outrageous. I will be going across the street to Chapman Dodge for future LOF as they offer but one get one free LOF.
DO NOT take you vehicle here! I do not know what is with the good reviews but in my experience this has been the worst mechanic shop I have been too - and this is a dealership. The first time I went they did their vehicle inspection based upon car mileage and suggest I replace my control arms, which I did - over $1000. Next I need to replace my water pump and fan clutch which I got 3 different quotes ranging from $800 to $1800....yeah ok. So I go ahead and replace the water pump because my advisor says that the fan clutch has already been replaced ( I wanted to get the fan clutch replaced alongside the water pump since they are close to each other and I would have to pay over $1000 again to get to the fan clutch replaced separately due to labor ) . So we trust the mechanic and replace the water pump and flush out our radiator = $1025. I dont mind paying if they fix the issue BUT the car still overheats. Then our voltmeter on our vehicle started acting up so we take it in ($190 for inspection) and they keep the car for FIVE days only to finally tell me that it is just the meter itself that is reading our battery wrong so there is nothing to worry about and that I would have to replace my whole dash $$$ if I wanted to fix that particular meter. No. I trust them and run errands then when I try to turn my vehicle it is dead so obviously it just isnt the voltmeter reading wrong Chevy. So I take the vehicle to another mechanic only to find that the reason my vehicle is still overheating is the fan clutch isnt working and the reason my car battery is malfunctioning is because the negative terminal post needed to be replaced, the bolt specifically. ( Side post battery common issue ) You can buy that part at a auto shop for literally $5 but we spent $190 for an inspection and 5 days without a vehicle. I buy the $5 bolt for the negative side post and that took care of my voltmeter and battery problems. The fan clutch I could have replaced alongside the water pump but Chevy told me it was already replaced where as my other mechanic (2nd opinion) literally put his hand in the fan clutch and stopped it from spinning, that equals a bad fan clutch but I guess being replaced doesnt mean it functions properly. Also they said they flushed out the radiator fluid but the fluid is still dirty so I dont know what they did or if they did anything at all. Anyways the water pump was the only thing that gotten taken care of I will give them that but when you spend money and our willing to spend money to get your vehicle fix so you can have peace of mind you expect better performance from an actually dealership.
Worst experience ever!!!!!!😡😡 I was lied to repeatedly, They kept me there all morning long, They try to trick me into a lesser vehicle, I had to leave and come back To receive my vehicle and it wasnt there when I get back. They knew that they had messed up really bad. They were completely unprofessional and misleading. They apologize for messing up and said that They would give me a call on Monday and make sure I get the best deal possible That didn’t happen. I couldnt get a salesman a manager a parking lot attended anyone to answer any of my calls. I left messages after messages I left message for the manager and my message for the salesman I left message for the other salesman no one still has not called me back yet. This is not the place you want to buy a vehicle from they cannot be trusted and they do not stand by their word.
My only issue was with the delivery of the vehicle. They didnt go over any of the features of the vehicle, in fact, the only thing they did do was have me sit in the vehicle start it and push the On-Star button then they left. Although Ive owned Chevrolet vehicles for 20+ years there are always new items or items that are in a different location and such. Another area that could be improved was dealing with the trade-in. My vehicle price was reduced because of some minor paint issues but somehow it was already listed online the next day. Seems a bit quick since they made a big issue out of having to re-paint parts of the vehicle. I also think the Concierge program needs to be re-vamped. You used to give us 3 oil changes with a new car purchase and now we only get 1. I dont think that a couple free oil changes is going to hurt your bottom line but it sure would make the customer feel a little more appreciated considering that we just spent a fairly large sum of money on one of your vehicles.

Advisor stated it was only him working and he was trying to keep up. They run my truck through the carwash and it came out dirtier that what it was. Terrible experience.
The truck buying experience was super easy. Chema was outstanding! I would highly recommend others to see him about purchasing a vehicle. He was super responsive and the time spent to finalize the purchase was great! This is the first time I bought a truck that was in transit. It came in much quicker than anticipated. It took 5 days to assess that the 18 month old battery was bad.The car had just been washed and waxed The morning, it was towed to the service center. They left it out in the Vegas rain, and returned it to me covered in DUSTand WATER SPOTS.
Your sales advisor Allen Mccormick and sales manager Virginia Moten.... unprofessional!!!..the shop was a week behind on fixing vehicles leaving me without transportation for almost 5 days when promised a phone call back by service advisor that never happened leaving me to have to contact him only to have to leave a voicemail which was not returned . Virginia has some type of personality disorder I have experience this behavior on more than one occasion ...being that I have had my car there for several servicing ...she can be rude and nice nasty depending on what has occurred during her day ...unfortunately I will not return for any further servicing but will reach out to a different Chevrolet dealer hoping that I can get better customer service then I received this past week The review is showing that I gave one star that one star is one too many!!!

Was leaving Las Vegas to go back home Sat morning and our Denali would barely idle. We called Martin in service and he said bring it right over and he would do his best to get us taken care even though they were busy. He and his team figured out it was a dirty throttle body, cleaned it and reset all the codes and an hour later we were back on the road. We were unsure of the extent of the repair and found no rental cars were even available. Thanks to Martin and his team we were fixed up and back on the road in a short time and the bill was very reasonable.Thanks Martin!
I waited for nearly 15 minutes with an appointment, went inside to see 3 personell sitting at their computers, only to be asked to sit inside of my vehicle & wait. Then for another 5 minutes, before I watched the service person help the vehicle behind me. Not impressed with my first oil change service experience. I dont even think they rotated my tires as requested. Unhappy customer. 😨

Erik is the best service advisor. He recognizes auto repair issues quickly. He communicates well and has been honest about the cost. What else can you ask for? I have worked with him since 2016. The new lady in payments was not aware of the Chevrolet Rewards Voucher. That needs to be corrected.

Took my car into to get serviced. They had to replace the fuse block. After having it for 3 weeks the hood was no longer lined up and a slight dent in the fender. This is what you get for $1,400. Hey at least the AC works and the driver front blinker. Thats why I have it 2 stars not 1

Your failure to identify a ripped boot on my CV joints resulted in an expensive repair that could have been avoided with due diligence oon vehicle inspection during my recent oil changes and rad flush. I feel that Fairway Chevrolet had seriously let me down. Added to the more than 22,000 overpaid for the redline traverse I feel that I was not treated fairly.

I had made an appointment to see a specific vehicle and upon arrival they said it had sold, understandable. After discussing a couple of other options its like a miracle that the vehicle could still be available, if I committed to buy it. According to the salesman the manager sold the vehicle to friend but if I committed to buying for full asking price right then they could get it for me. Sure sounds like a bait and switch to me. Very disappointing the approach that was used.

I knew what vehicle I wanted and had a monthly payment in mind. I made that very clear. Chris was great. Put together all the numbers and I agreed. Passed to off to Alex in finance. He went over all the warranty and options. I He was so good he got my interest rate down to 3.4 so I could get all the other coverage and my payment only went up $35. Great team and I’m impressed. Who trys to sell someone a used car for more than what its worth? FAIRWAY CHEVROLET DOES!!! A 2020 Altima SV w/11,000 miles on it for $31,000? FOHWent to Henderson Nissan got the exact same car for $6000 less with under 1000 miles. I didnt feel cheated, my deal wasnt forced, and the ethics and respect i was shown was appreciated. There apparently are no ethics at this dealership. CROOKS......

I was charged 200.00 for something that did not get fixed in the column lock but what made me so upset is my keys was not left in the vehicle nor my invoice as I traveled 120 miles to pick it up and was not able to get there during business hours and arrived to find no paperwork no keys and cat scratches on my vehicle. I will not go back nor would I recommend this business. My keys was not sent for a week when I called to complain. Mr pomeroy was not very professional nor caring about my vehicle!

The cashiers gave amazing customer service and continuously checked on me while waiting for my car. I would definitely come back just by the service received. Brought my car in for service 2 days after having it detailed. It had a light film of dust, and when asked did I want it run thru the car wash, I said sure. When I saw my vehicle drive up and be parked after the car wash, I also noticed people drying off another car, so I assumed they were drying off the cars. I waited about another 15 to 20 minutes before I could get my keys and when I went outside to my car, there were dry water spots everywhere. Not even an attempt to dry the car. I brought it to the service reps attention and she told me it would be about an hour for someone to detail the car. The whole time she was very monitored, no apology or anything. All it need was to be washed and dried. So I dont think Ill be coming back across town for service again.
The personal changed and isn’t updated on App, the young Asian kid didn’t introduce his self and doesn’t know anything about your products or rewards program. He has a really bed habit of saying “I don’t know’ to everything you ask him. He couldn’t provide any information or service that was need on the out Trax, what we went there for never completed. The cashiers are another story…

To the dealership because I thought thats where you should go when you have a brand new car but upon reaching your dealership and getting an oil change your service worker told me that I had $1,000 worth of problems I told him that I have a maintenance warranty with endurance so go ahead on and fix it or call endurance and see what all can be fixed but your service manager told me that I dont have that type of insurance warranty they dont they do not make that type of warranty very very rude so I told him thats okay Im coming to get my car but for him to tell me what type of warranty I pay for wasnt cool at all so the next time your dealer want to run your money away look like to me you need to train them better because they dont know what another person have you only know what I tell you so I took my business somewhere else with my warranty and thank you.

I’m usually satisfied with the service and customer service at the dealership, but this time I left with a unpleasant attitude due to this one girl at the cashier area. Her costumer service skills were so poor ! The worst thing is that she wasn’t even helping me!! she was just answering the question and concerns I had from her chair very annoyed just because their system was down, even the girl that was helping me since the begging notice she seem embarrassed from her coworker attitude towards me.
I had a young man named Chris as my sales rep he went out of his way to find us the perfect vehicle I just want to compliment him very much on showing us everything on the lot and looking something up and finally we got in a vehicle that we absolutely adore he needs to be commended also Chris in the finance department did the same thing he went above and beyond and got us a lower payment than what was originally told to us by just requesting a couple of more documents I appreciate him going to that trouble also please let these two young men know that they are very good at what they do and we appreciated them and well be recommending them two are friends and family

Took my vehicle to get serviced. I needed an oil change, brake flush and a fuel system service..How is it that my fuse box or something gets broke and I have to pay for that? They said when they were doing the fuel system service it broke. So tell me why I have to pay for that if they broke it while working on my vehicle. They said it would not start if I did not fix it. That was Bull!
