Having any recall can be scary, Mine was the airbags as I am sure all Chevys.I went in and was greeted by Don who I must say is an asset to the Chevrolet team. I did witness a few others that could care less but Don was not one of them.He took care that I had a ride to and from and made sure my truck was done in a timely manner.A huge thank-you and a sigh of relief knowing that my passenger side is safe.

Scheduling my appointment was easy.Checking in and out was done completely professionally by Lyndsey.Updating other needs, which have been scheduled, were explained to me.I have had my other vehicles into other dealers in the past six months, based upon my being in another state for the Summer. While they did their work very well.Findley Chevrolet just seems to show that they are still the best for my vehicle needs.

Best experience I have had with buying a vehicle. I just knew going into Findlay they would not be able to help me, due to my trade in being so upside down. I really needed a bigger vehicle. Walking out I went from a compact car to a New SUV equipped with everything I wanted plus more and my payments was lower than my trade in vehicle. I recommend I recommend :)

I did most of the work at home online. Having said that, Ray the internet manager was very helpful with my needs and desires concerning the Truck I purchased. I found out the hard way that it was actually less expensive to buy new than used today. We managed to come to an agreement on the final price, which was higher than normal because of the covid crisis created but still $3K less than other dealerships in the area. I am happy with the truck and want to get a few accessories for it to suit me. Overall Im happy with the purchase...

Fantastic customer service from Nick in the service department. I received several texts throughout the day on the status of my car with details of the work on my car and how it was progressing. Once it was finished it was washed and presented ahead of the promised time. Highly recommend Findlay Chevrolet and especially Nick in the service department.One note to add, the vehicle I took for service is a 26 year old Buick Park Ave. They gladly offered to service it regardless of its age.

I was told that the things that I thought were wrong with my new Truck were normal and they couldn’t be fixed and why was I wasting their time or mine by having them checked out. I didn’t know that the door locks on my new Chevy Colorado couldn’t be locked unless I had the fob to lock themWow, Don’t buy that truck!They were able to fix the loose door panel and a plastic cover that covered the metal as the drivers seat slid back, the piece, the guy checking me in for my appointment said, couldn’t come off unless I or somebody kicked it off.RUDE MANOh by the way, I am going on 70 year old disabled femaleThat is not tall enough to kick anything

I had an appointment for 9am and didn’t leave until 11:40am or so. Cristian was a nice guy but I was unhappy with the amount of time I spent there. I was offered a car wash which I accepted of course. The windshield was dirtier on the outside than when I brought my truck in. The inside of the windshield has greasy streaks all over it and the outside mirrors had dry water spots. The rims were filthy and obviously not touched. On top of all that, they didn’t bring my truck to me where I waited for almost three hours, they parked it in a small parking space really close to older vans and trucks and pointed me in the direction of where it was. I could barely get in to drive away but they had no problem bringing the lady ahead of me her car.Overall and unlike previous visits, I wasn’t happy with the service I received, it kind of sucked!

I bought two cars here they put a lot of effort into the sale-before and after!The general manager has been very helpful with some out of state tax issues since you paid it Nevada tax first now days when you leave the state... and then you have to pay the difference ...but California was trying to over charge!A lot of personalized attention and a lot of choices because this dealer has several brands and if you want a quality low mileage certified pre-owned car its the place to go.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A COSTCO AUTO CUSTOMER!!!Everyone you talk to will say of you can handle that later with the next department and then their finance department will try to rush you out the door with a finished purchase without mentioning this discount program.You are a member paying for a service you will never receive in my experience. Costco needs to look into this considering Findley is the Costco Auto Dealer for most brands (Chevy, Honda, Toyota, etc. . . )

A bit slow first thing in morning at the beginning of the week even with appointment. I would call it the not so quick lube but their service is good and the people are professional and polite. Purchased an Equinox at Findlay Chevrolet about 10 days ago. Sam was a knowledgeable, low pressure salesperson but I did have an issue after the contract was signed when I looked at the final numbers the following day. I noticed a service agreement for $4000 which I do not remember discussing either the coverage or cost. (Admittedly I signed and initialed all paperwork put in front of me without reading-my bad). Yousef finally returned my calls about a week later but there really wasn’t a satisfactory resolution. Bottom line is I love my car and while I believe extended service and maintenance agreements are unnecessary ways to inflate car costs, I will bring my car in for everything. I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership as I question the integrity of their practices and how much they value their customers. BUYERS READ EVERYTHING SLOWLY.

I would recommend advertising that you have an Enterprise office in your Service bay - that was a nice find, and quite convenient.Will return if I need any major repairs done.

Professional,.friendly. I would recommend anyone who lives in the Las Vegas area to use Findlay. We were from out of town and my car needed an oil change. They told me it would be about 1 1/2 hour til it was done. They were finushed in kess than an hour.

Honest review. Appointment made in advance for 2 wheel alignment at 0930. I dropped car off on time for service and was told they would need a few hours because they’re behind. Now I don’t mind waiting for service, but if I have an appointment for scheduled service and I arrive to be told it’s going to be a few hour before they get to it, that’s unprofessional. Now my day has to be adjusted because I didn’t drop car off with an additional person thinking I would’ve been notified before arriving of a huge delay.This was my only complaint, but I can’t complain too much as this happens all too often when using any dealer.

Whenever we need to take our car in to Findlay to have it repaired no matter how small or big the job is. They always take good care of us. They supply us with a rental if needed or a pickup or ride home for any inconvenience. And they always do a great job fixing the problem. We have purchased 4 vehicles for our business this year. 2 passenger vans and 2 electric bolts. Working with Ed in the Fleet department has been a pleasure. If ever we had a challenge through the purchase process he dug in and took care of it. The vehicles were delivered to us.When taking the vehicles in for repairs the fleet service department is also a pleasure to work with.I notice the dealership is always clean, tidy and stocked with items to tide you over while you wait.I have had the parts counter help us and they jump right on our needs as well.Wherever you may be in the North Las Vegas, Las Vegas Henderson or Boulder area it would be worth the drive over to Findlay Chevrolet off the 215 to be well taken care of.

I brought my Spark EV to Findlay Chevrolet in Las Vegas with the main battery below the capacity level required for warranty replacement (warranty is 39 amp hours and my battery had 38 amp hours). After weeks of struggle with the dealership refusing to replace the battery under warranty, Findlay finally called GM and GM told them to replace the battery. Unfortunately, the battery that they put in my vehicle has less capacity than the one I had in it originally. I took it back to Findlay and they refused to do anything about it. They wont even put my original battery back in. So I am worse off having gone to Findlay than if I had done nothing at all.

I’m usually very picky and difficult when it comes to making a decision on what I like but Scott was very patient with me which Made my experience that much better. By far the best experience I ever had, I’m not big on reviews but had to share my experience. I hate dealerships they remind me of lawyers. However, when the time came that I had to get a new vehicle I was very reluctant and uncertain of how things would unfold. I didn’t want to deal with the pressures of salesmen/women pushing me into a vehicle that would end up not meeting my needs or end up getting locked into a price that would end up costing me than what the vehicle would be worth. However, Mike Arthur who is the manager in the sales Dept and his amazing team were so helpful, knowledgeable and genuine that I could not have asked for a better experience. They helped me find a vehicle that was tailored to my needs not just in transportation and safety but also in savings. I was worried about any hidden fees that would increase during negotiations but they were honest and did not rush me to sign anything that I did not feel comfortable in price. Hands down the best experience in my life. Not only did they gain a new customer but they also gained a new pack of family members and friends that will be buying from them in the future.

Ask for Niksa ! He and Yosef helped me to make my first ever car purchase a complete success with lower interest rate than I heard others getting for their first cars, and monthly payments. I felt genuine and helpful vibes from them. The service folks also did great fixing whatever they needed to on my car because for a used car it sure is in great condition. I called previously to ask the price of an oil change...was given a low price, and high, depending on amount of oil I needed, which is understandable. High price was 59.99. Well, as usual, they price gouged as the actual cost was $77 when I went to pay. And I feel the service guys were just rushing me along, pretty much unfriendly and seemed distracted when I was asking questions about other service. Definitely wont be going back here, thats for sure.

Experience was not bad at all, it took a bit longer than expected but I got a car wash out of it and unlimited free coffee, for this I would have given 5 stars, unfortunately, it feels like my car isnt the same after having my maintenance check. For some reason my Drive Assist keeps coming on in the middle of me driving and sometimes the park light will come on when I am stopped at a light and then release the brake to go, there is like a delay. Not sure if this is apart of the Drive Assist or is my car really having some issues. Its a bit frustrating because I didnt have this issue before taking it in.

I purchased my 2014 Chevy Malibu at Findlay Chevrolet. I’m still amazed after these years and many oil changes my engine is still messy from oil spills. Sometimes a few drops other times large drops/runs. When I’ve brought it to the service advisor’s attention they’ve helped with cleaning. I’ve stopped consistently going to Findlay because of this. I shouldn’t have to worry and/or be cleaning my engine almost every time. Just seems a simple process, if it’s spilled tech who’s doing change should ensure engine is clean. I did receive professional, kind and timely customer service from the Service Advisor, Danny Pacheco.

Vinny at Findlay Chevrolet was super helpful. We were on vacation, 800 miles from home. When the AC went out and the check engine light came on in my car, I explained to Vinny what was happening and he told us to bring the car down. He had our car fixed, made sure our warranty was used for the repairs (less than 20,000 miles on the car). He even arranged for a Lyft back to our hotel! Great guy, super service and so happy everything was fixed!

Customer service is a 5 star, but I took my suburban in for an oil leak and faulty driver light that works whenever it wants.. I paid over $2,600 and the oil is even worst than when I took it and the light still is was not fixed... will schedule to take it in again and will update my review based on how they handle it

Everything from start to finish was great. We worked with Anthony Garcia with getting a battery changed and then needed to bring back to fix radio and usb issues. He was super helpful and got us in and out quickly getting the battery changed out. We brought it back in two weeks later to fix other issues and they got it all completed quicker than estimated. I would 100% recommend them!

Service is almost always great, and the staff friendly. I wont be going back for basic services as their prices have increased drastically. An oil change used to be $60, a great deal for a full Synthetic oil change and an incentive to drive the extra distance to Findlay Chevrolet. Now it is $90 for the same service and not worth it.I dont understand why they would increase the price of an oil change this much. Especially considering that they make most of their money by up selling other services once your in the door. Either way, Ill either change my own oil or go somewhere closer that costs less.

Special THANK YOU to the team at Findlay Chevrolet!!! I towed my truck to Findlay Chevrolet after another shop incorrectly installed a new oil pump. My point of contact was Nick Manning, who was able to help me understand what went wrong at the original shop as well as offer me a few options on how to proceed. Nick understood what my needs and budget were and never once tried to pressure or up sell me, I was actually given some time make my decision. This was the smoothest visit I could of asked for after two terrible service experiences at Ed Bozarth. Wayne was very professional and efficient. The air in my tire was going out and they found a nail, which they repaired for free. The oil was changed and tires were rotated and it only cost me $76.00. I also waited for the service at the dealership and everything was clean, comfortable and pleasant (the music helped make the work I was doing feel relaxing). I will definitely be back - thanks for taking care of my Camaro 💙

I called from out of state, Ray Jimenez answered and immediately I was at ease. He took video footage of the car and sent it to me before my trip. after seeing the videos, I put a down payment to hold the car, flew in to Vegas, showed up at the dealership and he was waiting for me, had the car ready, test drive complete, all questions answered, paperwork complete. AWESOME TRANSACTION!!! Quick and effective communication from Ray and all others at the dealership. Highly recommended!!!

Charged me 170 and a whole day without a car to diagnose a problem. Tried to say the car might need a new battery and wanted to try and put it in and charge me for it regardless of whether it fixed the problem or not but I knew the battery wasnt the problem so I took it to another mechanic who confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the battery. Was actually talking to a sales guy and was about to buy a second car but decided not to after they tried to take advantage of me. Dont do business with these people.

Had all the fluids changes, complete tune up and 2 recalls done. Took about a week and a half which isn’t a big deal because I know they’re very busy. Service advisor was awesome to deal with - open and honest. All work was completed successfully and now the dash is cracked where the airbag was replaced. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the final price was more than they quoted and the cracked dash.

Gary Mamiya is the epitome of what an OUTSTANDING salesman is! He got to know me on a personal level and knew exactly what I wanted. I went into Findley Chevrolet knowing exactly what I wanted. I did my home work and Gary had obviously done his. He is a master salesman and the team at Findley Chevrolet is the finest car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Findley Chevrolets got all my future car business and I will recommend all my friends and contacts to them. I made a 400 mile trip and would gladly do it again! Honestly I had the worst car buying experience ever using this dealership. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.I thought it was great first. Things quickly went down hill.First off, they let me drive off the lot in a brand new car not even sure if I was actually approved or not. I have never had this happen, in Washington I wasn’t allowed to actually take the car until it was approved.Well a week in they are contacting me wanting a co-buyer. Mind you I went to a “no credit/ bad credit” event.I was frustrated and upset because I’ve never needed a co signer before and I don’t have any family in Las Vegas.I jumped through all their hoops and found a co-signer despite not wanting to go that route. My co signer lives in Washington so it extended the process because he had to send me pictures of everything to actually send to them and then to the lender. They never explained the registration process to me either which is another huge deal because buying a car here is totally different than in Washington.I wasn’t told until after that I would have to pay for my registration and plates and that they don’t get sent to the dealership and paid for with the purchase of the car like I’m used to. Which is fine if this would have been explained to me. My temporary plate expired on 06/12/2021 and they didn’t call me to come get my “green slip” until 6/24/21 therefore my temporary has already been expired by 12 days.I went to the dmv today on 6/25/21 and had to pay 56 in late fees on top of my registration fee because it was expired.Again none of this was ever told to me by the dealership.They try to make it seem like a real simple quick process to get the money and get you out the door, and then their customer service is absolutely horrible after.The lender had reached out to them about needing clarification on something but they didn’t contact me until days later, drawing out this process even longer.I only found out because I contacted the lender directly rather than calling the dealership to check on everything.Oh and the final payment is totally different through the lender than all the paperwork I signed said. I also still have not received all the paperwork so that’s another issue.I will tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership like the black plaque.

When purchasing my Colorado, I purchased extra packages (including tire warranty). I called for an appointment for an oil change and to have a tire looked at. I was able to get into the Service Department the following day! My oil was changed, tire repaired and tires rotated in an hour. I was very pleased. All at no charge!

I usually dread any purchase of a new vehicle. But Findlay Chevrolet has been to go to dealer for me and my family for years now. This experience was even better than the past couple. Cassie was absolutely amazing. I originally went in looking for a used vehicle and ended up driving out with a new 2021 Colorado. I didn’t think it would even be a possibility to get into a new vehicle but Cassie is a magician! I recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle to make sure you stop here before you make a final decision

Although my service was good, my vehicle was not ready at the promised time. I had a scheduled appointment and my car was still sitting in the “waiting” area more than an hour after I had arrived. It wasn’t ready until more than two hours after the time I was given!There was also a coupon for one of the services rendered & I had to let them know of this special and show them the advertisement on their website. Finally, I was also promised that the SMOG certificate was “in my car” and it was not. I certainly hope that it is in the system when I go to register my car!

It was a great experience at Findlay Chevrolet! Carlos was very attentive and courteous during the entire business transaction. He gave us options and explained to us in detail everything! I was very pleased with Findlay Chevrolet from the beginning. I told them about the three cars that I was interested in before arriving. Once I arrived, they informed me that two of the three had already been sold over the weekend. I test drove the third and it option that remained. After the test drive I was even more interested in the vehicle. The whole process went fairly smoothly after that. The only hiccup came when it was with the value of.my trade-in and an email offer that I had received. It was quickly resolved to my liking and I was driving home with my new to me car in less than two hours. I had my reservations about going at first because of my personal situation but they were able to work with me. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Thanks Findlay Chevrolet.

Everything worked out well. We managed to negotiate some service related diagnostics dynamically and I greatly appreciated the dealership understanding and considering my point of view. The service was thorough and I was advised of a condition the dealership found that could have caused me future issues. The issue was diagnosed and fixed. I appreciate the professionalism.Good work overall with my thanks. My service rep Jesse Pastor did a great job managing my service and keeping me informed. Even once on his day off.I wish Chevrolet would have continued the Volt. I drove the Bolt as a loner it was fine. I would prefer a car that looks normal over the Bolt design and keeps a gas engine or an alternative to battery only drive. They currently take too long to charge. When we hit 5 minutes to fill and have at least 250 mile range we can switch over to battery only. Just my two cents. Thanks again.
