Employees dont ware mask I had to leave that place they have signs ware a mask but yet they dont one of the employees sniss with out a mask just like nothing

If your general contractor uses this company, I would have them recommend another flooring company. HM does not disclose costs to the customer and grossly overcharges for product and labor...plus they add charges for work not done at the site. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The only thing they did correctly was the flooring, which is the main point of their business but thats not the only aspect of the business. Things were broken, left outside or lost for quite some time.

Paid with debit card and when returning the unopened material with receipt and debit reciept was unable to refund. Called first and was told as long as i had original receipts. After driving over 100 miles would not refund do to the fact i didnt have the debit card used [ was not a credit transaction was debit same as cash ]. My pay for installing was also based on what i returned so now im stuck with im sorry.. Thanks for taking care of me the installer that brings you customers. Never again Andrias
