I had a tenant move out, and new tenant moving in rather quickly. Brian actually accomodated us to fit me in his schedule, because the tenant was moving in on such short notice.Ive used Brians company twice now, and will definitely keep using his services. I actually used another company before, and they left our carpet sopping wet and still dirty.What he quotes over the phone is what he charges. You know how that goes.The quality of the cleaning was excellent, especially as our carpet is a lighter cream color.Brian and 24/7 Carpet Cleaning service is my go-to company from now on, and Im pretty sure Ill be calling him often with the way these tenants have been leaving their carpet. Brian was great and we will continue to use his company for carpet cleaning. We learned about them during a remediation in one of our bedrooms for a burst water heater. This time was for a standard whole house carpet cleaning. Brian was on time and even texted to say that he finished his last job early so we got started sooner than we expected which was awesome. Brian worked cleanly and professionally and was done in no time. It has been 5 days and the carpets look wonderful. My only regret is that we waited so long to reach out to 24/7 Carpet and Floor Care. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this company because I called them on a Sunday actually it was a Monday holiday Martin Luther King Day and I asked them to replace a carpet in my rental condo and they did it that day no questions asked they stick by their name 24/7 carpet & floor

My move out service clean w/animal enzyme treatment was done so GOOD! My carpet looked BETTER than when I moved in! I also was a last minute needy customer and they are responsive, understanding, and GREAT price, such good work, THANK YOU!
