Like 2 weeks ago.. My experience was pretty good in this store. The cashier with the blonde hair in glasses was really respectful and the other cashier ignored me and picked her nails when I walked in. The person named Sandra was really nice to me finding clothes. And the other young man in the shoe department with the high hair do, did a great job found the shoes. The guy with a green shirt and beard was being immature with another female coworker. Obviously they werent working, but the sales associates were. But great prices and deals. Good selection of items.

Sandra is an incredible worker and very kind. She helped me find everything I was looking for and more. She is the best worker there who definitely deserves a managerial position and a raise. Daniel was very rude, however, and I am very disappointed in his service and behavior towards me. Vincent was also rude. I would give Vincent and Daniel 1 star if I could.

I was able to get in and out in a hurry with 2 little kids. Employees were very helpful and kind in showing me to the items I needed. The manager even made sure to pump up my daughters soccer ball before I left.

Tylor was an amazing help and reason I came back to this store!!! He was knowledgeable on any inquiries I had and was super helpful in all ways!! Will start shopping here because of him and great sales you have!!

Went there today to get my husband some work shoes and the staff was all very nice and helpful. They were quite busy and they still made sure everyone who needed help got it quickly. From the shoes sales man to the cashier to the manager everyone had great customer service and got great deals on everything we needed!

Big 5 has been my go-to sporting goods store since the mid-90s. Great selection of products/gear for all types of sports and recreational activities. Tylor (who helped me find a pair of hiking boots) was SUPER helpful and friendly. I really appreciate his great attitude and high-level of professionalism. Hes an asset to your company. This place is to small for all the stuff they have. You can barely walk through the aisle ways. I went there to see what they had in bike cycle tire tubes. It was a waist of my time. They only have 3 different sizes. You would think for a city that have a lot of cyclists they would at least have a good selection of tire tubes. Amazon it is I guess.

We were able to find exactly what we wanted. The store clerks were very helpful and nice.

Great sporting goods store. The staff is very helpful and polite, even when my kids are running around in circles like bratts. Prices are comparable to Amazon. I try and shop here whenever I need sports gear year around to suppt our our local businesses!!! I shop here about twice a month. Great store!

For the size of the store, they carry a wide array of items. The salespeople are easy to find and more than willing to help. Not always the best prices, so make sure you check for coupons online.

The white boy in shoe department ignored me i had to walk to the front and ask for help the kind of short Mexican lady helped me get my work boots 11 & a half she even brought out a size 12 if that one didnt fit thank you for helping me and not acting like I was invisible

We went into the store looking for one thing the people working the store were very helpful got that taken care of within minutes and walked back out from the looks of the front of the store its not one of the biggest big fives but it had what we needed 😃

I was immediately greeted when I went into the store. They are all so friendly and willing to help you find anything you need.

Typical Big 5 store. What I found out about them that will keep me going there forever. I needed a new pair of running & cross fit shoes. Every other place I went to was a minimum of $75 to well over $100 per pair. I was told to check out Big 5. I purchased 2 pair at Big 5 for $50 total. Great quality shoes. I will Always go here First for these type shoes. Why pay so much more? Big 5 forever.

The best part about Big 5 they have most everything you need. Maybe not the top quality but not junk by any means. If you need it today they probably have it. Everything from archery to wiffle ball. The manager is a super good guy. He cares about customers and wants to make them happy. Dont hesitate to ask for him and his knowledge.

Poor attention to customers. They could have sold me more than what I bought if the employees we attentive. I was ready to spend $ but was not getting service so I bought what I could on my own and left with spending half or less than I would have.

What a GREAT STAFF! Vanessa was the kindest professional Ive purchased anything from in a long time! When she can, Vanessa goes the extra mile to help a customer! And Big 5 has a lot of sporting goods you dont find at competitors, especially wide width shoes!

Staff is polite and friendly. The prices were competitive but their selection was on the low side due to the space. It is a small sporting good store.

The best Big Five that I have ever been to. We were greeted and received in the kindest and most respectful way. The manager gave us a discount on sleeping bags because its bag had a small tear. I also needed to use the restroom and was walked to it.There are many products to choose from and great deals!

Everything possibly will be needed for an activity can be found here with very affordable prices. Staff is also nice and very helpful.

Very helpful staff. Very well stocked with many sizes and variety. Not many stores keeps customer service very high on the scale. Greatted us upon store arrival. Didnt have look for them to ask a question. They were there to ask a question. Upon check out only 1 person was in front us but they opened another register to check us our. What great service. What an A+ experience. I will come back to this location again.

Excellent sneakers selection and price

I had a very good experience coming in. I normally dont like Big 5 for my personal sports store. However: this store has friendly staff. They greeted me and most stores are losing that touch. I came here to buy some lotto cleats for myself. Sadly they didnt have my size. That didnt stop me from buying sports leggings that where on sale. Very happy with my purchase. Only hope they had those sports wear on sale all the time.

Whenever we need soccer, workout, or basketball equipment and gear, we go to Big 5. Ive never had a problem finding what I need, returning goods, or getting help in this store. They are friendly and very helpful. The prices are also good. There are a lot of promotions and sales. Overall, its a great store.

Very helpful staff. I always go to big five for cost savings and quality boots. They used to carry a specific kind of boot years ago that they have recently no stocked, while I was unable to get wide toe in the shoe Id preferred, Brian was very helpful and patient (ex military and very picky on what my feet take) therefore I have found something comparable to what I would prefer and was helped with finding various shoes to try out; no wait and very responsive service.Thanks Brian!

Decent choices and good selection. I mostly go for the shoes. If youre a serious runner consider a specialist store with trained techs who can film you running and recommend the right type of shoe for your foot fall. Otherwise lots of good stuff.

Big selection of sporting goods. They always have a good sale. The manager Pete was really nice.

Amazing customer service. I needed running shoes and one employee stayed with me while I was trying on multiple pairs. He never got tired and was easy to strike up a conversation with.
