Great deals for Memorial Day weekend!I’ve been looking at these duffel bags for a while and couldn’t find colors I liked. I was pleasantly surprised to come across them at the outlet location for an unbeatable price in colors I like!My husband got lots of shirts. I also got a nice jacket for over 50% off.I love my North Face backpacks. There were lots available for great prices at this store.I was surprised to see normal items that people want to buy in a good range of sizes, instead of all the ugly colors and odd sizes you typically find at outlets.

I often shop here. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Kevin and one of the girls are helpful when it comes to deciding what looks good on myself. Im one person who wants the honest truth and theyre legit. I appreciate it a lot!

Nice place but they will not turn on the misters to cool the walkways. Instead they direct hot air down onto customers. Maybe reverse the fans upwards.

Just came in for a return for a pair of shoes that the company wrongly sent to me. The store is really good but sadly they dont sell shoes. What was really great is the customer service i received from Victor, he went above and beyond to help me return and find another store (outside of the state!) where I was able to purchase the right shoes. He was really patient and professional, I really hope that the company takes care of their employees like Victor!

The selection was great, and the sales they had going on were great. What was bad, was the customer service. I asked AJ several times for help but he either ignored me or stared at me the whole time. Poor customer service.

Fun to shop, outlet stores are the best. Clean and safe place to shop. Some stores have great prices, some just okay. Only some stores have dressing rooms open so you need to know your size.

I really enjoyed this outdoor shopping mall! I found some really fabulous prices on excellent quality merchandise. I purchased a fabulous, lovely Dooney & Bourke handbag and that outlet store is just phenomenal! this is a great outdoor mall, it has a really good selection of retail stores to choose from, as well as a food court. Parking was very easy and accessible. Enjoy!

This place is great. Bargains everywhere. And covid safe protocols followed as far as I could see.

Lots of clothes to choose from with most of it discounted. Store was very busy but was Covid Compliant.

I went for the first time to the outlet and Tory Burch was robbed Just next to me by two big men, I had a panic attack and lost my flight.. they need more security in open places like Tory Burch also the employees told me it happens a lot, also the store have only womans working so it is an easy target. It was an awful experience.

Staff in Ugg and Under Armour store were very pleasant and helpful. Not so much in Northface and Columbia stores though.

My bud tender William is always professional courteous and has all the patience with me even after I asking 100 questions.

OUTSTANDING customer service! The store was kept clean and organized. Some racks were a bit over crowded but thats me just being too picky. They literally have enough of all sizes. I was super happy with deals I was able to score .

This place has a lot of nights elegant stores to shop at its outside so it doesnt help whoever created the setup of the design you consistently feel like youre walking in circles Youre getting the loss trying to find a store its just exhausting they need to put something up that shows the location of places more simplistic and more clear because the little guy that they have is way too complex it does not help

Have everything you need

I went to the store today with my family and asked a worker (whom I had never talked to and didn’t know she was a manager until told later by another worker) a question based on the pricing of an item.I asked her nicely and expected her to treat me the same way. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. Her name is Donna(?), and her attitude was incredibly rude and impatient. As far as I’m concern, a manager should set an example for their employees... well she wasn’t doing that.I think this will be my last time shopping at this establishment. Everyone else was nicer than the person in charge of running the store.

The establishment overall is okay because of its products but at the same time its a fact some of its staff need to watch how they approach/treat customers especially if theyre apparently judging/discriminating people etc.

Nicer selection than back home on warm winter coats at great prices so a great place to find a great deal to take home if you live somewhere cold like me and have room in your bag.

Dreadful customer service and signs of discount are lies.Jacket price 99 dollars, sign above started 60% discount, Offer did seem to be to good to be true so i asked a member of staff. he confirmed it was correct as discount sign stated thermal which the jacket was.Got to the till to be told it wasnt and the jacket was 99 dollars plus tax. queried it and told him that a member of staff had confirmed it was discounted to be told that it wasnt and they were wrong. In the UK if this happened the would have honoured their mistake.he then had the cheek to say do you want it out not?Left without the purchase and would never shop there again.Terrible customer service, misleading information, shop floor staff that have no clue about there own pricing structure.

I have went here on several occasions and usually find at least one good piece of clothing.Sometimes you have to look, but the employees will help you find it if you can not.They have outlet made clothing plus clothing that is from other stores along with salesman samples which are great as well.

Lines in front of several shops. Some shops closing at 5pm, even though the mall closes at 6pm. No new merchandise, mostly stuff from earlier this year.

Great outlet mall. If youve ever been to the Orlando outlet malls this one is the same style. Pandaora outlet, Puma, Aeropostle, etc. Room service - $15- will deliver your thimgs to your hotel.(Keep in mind it was cheaper to take a Lyft for myswlf ro MGM Grand)

Donna does a great job making the store feel like an extension of your walk in closet.

This LV store is the largest w most selection of all TNF outlets I visited: Berkeley, Gilroy, Livermore, LV North... its very busy mostly overseas tourists, prices seem the same discounts as other outlets, this is the first time I seen irregular a w/o warranty, they use a marker on the label and the discount is not steeper on irregular items, watch out, Id avoid these items, - 1 star for this!

Good deals!!

This is a great shop, still expensive, but very good. They had a lot of stock for various seasons. I do love their Thermoball jackets especially because they are not using down. We all know how cruel that is, so its great that they have a good alternative. Lovely colours and cool products.

Great selection and prices were very good. Customer service was excellent. We shopped right before Christmas. I will definitely be back.
