This is where Im buying my next RV. The service department fixed every problem I had and maintained contact with Winnebago Towables warranty department. Winnebago cut the hole for the 2nd AC in the wrong spot above the bedroom, it was too close to the bathroom wall. I bought some aluminum rails and drilled the needed holes to extend the ceiling assembly. The techs saw my proof of concept, said okay and went to work. Big thank you to Ray for agreeing to look at my toy hauler when no one else would and Kirk for making things so easy and dealing with the warranty issues. Also thanks to your technicians! Thank you.Our experience on this purchase was extremely different than our last. Keith was very patient, and knowledgeable about our trailer even its functions. It really inspired confidence that I will be able to run this trailer without any hesitation. Our first trailer experience wasnt even close to this time. It took me several trips to figure out all the ins and outs of it. Im sure there is still stuff I was missing. But the fifth wheel is on a whole new level of awesome. Keith is definitely the true meaning of customer service. He told me everything that had to be replaced, or repaired, and not just because it was broken but because it had the potential to fail at any moment. This is integrity at a top level if Ive ever seen it. Most of the repairs could, or would have been a problem within the next few usages if hed been less that honest. Like water heater that could have easily been overlooked, and been a inconvenience for me. Thank you doesnt quite cover the amount of appreciation I feel for you guys right now. I love being able to have stress free camping experiences, it should be a enjoyable experience with the comforts of the trailer. Please pass on my appreciation for Keiths knowledge, integrity, and workmanship.

The salesman, Charlie, was about the only tolerable man in the purchase process. I didn’t want to stay in their campsite for 2 days because this is our full time living situation. The sales manager came in, spoke to me like a child and irritated the situation. They were very bad at accommodating our situation even with both titles and a check for the trailer we were purchasing. At delivery day, the driver was in a bad mood and there was NOTHING as far as hoses or anything given to us with the purchase. I’m only giving the 2 stars because of Charlie.I edited and added the extra stars, again, for my salesperson. He doesn’t deserve to be grouped in a review with the intolerable.

This was our first trailer and they took the time to really show us how to use everything and made sure we were comfortable. We stopped here on the way back from out of state. Really glad we did. The staff is very friendly and very low pressure. We picked one we liked and was told to sleep on it and come back in the morning. So we did. All in all it has been a very enjoyable buying experience. We were in the process of searching for our first RV trailer when I came across Johnny Walkers RV. Our salesman Kevin was not pushy at all and very informative when I let him know it would be our first trailer. Immediately he started asking questions about our car, the hitch and let us know what we were missing. I appreciated that because none of the other places I’d called had taken the time to make sure I was set up. When I mentioned I wanted the Retro 135, he offered the different options for inside. I was even more excited to find out I could order this trailer with the modern style inside and keep the retro look outside..…..again not an option the last dealer had offered. The order was delayed by the manufacture but Kevin kept in touch every step of the way. He’d follow up on the day he had originally told me it would come in. This made me feel comfortable ….like he hadn’t forgotten about us and was on top of our order. Once we arrived Jody took care of us! Walked us though everything on the trailer. What I admired the most was that Jody noticed us Californians wearing our masks (yes covid), and wore his as well. Overall we were taken cared of! Our car was being worked on, so they gave us a monster truck to get around in, let us stay the night to familiarize ourselves with the trailer and supported us the entire time! Giving 5 stars for Kevin at the first JW location we stopped at. He was very informative and helpful. Engaged in more than just the “sale”. Listened to what my friend was looking for and gave great advice.As for the other 2 locations it seemed like we were shunned immediately when they found out he isn’t purchasing right away. (Waiting for his house to sell). They kind of just looked at you crazy and let you know “None of this inventory will be here then” “Purchase with a loan now, and pay it off as soon as you buy your house, there’s no penalty”. So they didn’t want to show you anything really. Or acted super put out to do so.After watching a million YouTube videos of what these RVs look like, it’s nice to be able to see, touch, and feel. Really nailing down what you love and don’t love. I purchased a Pacific Coast Tango 2610 from Johnnie Walker RV on 4784 Boulder Highway in Las Vegas, NV. My salesperson was Eric and he made the purchasing process quite simple with no glitches. We were going on our first cross country RV trip. We broke off our passenger mirror at a toll booth 2 hours into our trip. We called many places across the country and Johnnie’s in Vegas was the first place that had a mirror in stock. They were very polite and friendly.

Easy to deal with on the telephone. Once I got there, great reception and signing of the docs was less then 10 minutes. Recently purchased a Jayco travel trailer from the 4784 Boulder Highway location. This was my first RV purchase, and it was a great experience from just looking to final delivery.My salesperson Tommy helped me pick out a trailer that fit our needs at a good discount from MSRP. Delivery time was longer than expected due to the overwhelming demand for travel trailers. Tommy kept me posted throughout and was quick to return my calls and texts even on his days off.On delivery the service department did an excellent job installing my Pro Pride hitch. During the final walkthrough, Jose explained how everything on our new trailer worked and even gave me some lessons on how to back into a tight RV site.As part of the delivery service, Johnnie Walker lets you camp out in one of their full hookup RV sites. This was a great way to learn how to RV for first time RVers like us.The people, sales, service and thoughtful extras are what really make Johnnie Walker RV an excellent place to buy an RV.

Mark our sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Lance In service did a fantastic job ensuring we understood everything about the travel trailer. Joe in parts had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable and helpful recommending items we would need.We did have an issue with a tv and Brad in service corrected the problem immediately. I definitely recommend Johnny Walker RV. They have a great selection of recreational vehicles.

We were just thinking about buying an RV, as soon as we met Shari we knew that we had come to the right place! Her enthusiasm and knowledge are the main reasons that we bought the Retro RV!! It’s the right size, light and it’s nice to look at!Dave, our instructor, was awesome! He walked us through all of the users operations! He answered all of our questions and them some! We spent the night here and even though it was a parking lot (we just imagined that we were in the forest) it was a great way to get to know your RV! My wife and I made our 1st travel trailer purchase about two weeks ago and love the Winnebago Micro Minnie 2306BHS. Although we have not officially took it on an overnight trip, we will shortly. Went to this location on 25JAN2021 to recon some trailers, as I never visited a RV lot. Many people might not remember, but it was cold, gloomy, and raining that day. My perfect weather to go shopping for a travel trailer when no one is around, and COVID-19 distancing is at a max. Maybe the military side of me, growing up outdoors, or because I spent plenty of weeks living outside in the freezing cold rain of Washington, but shopping in the rain does not bother me. I can say that my sales rep that day, did not seem to appreciate it. I will not drop his name, but he was very short with answers and explanations of what a novice buyer should know. None the less, the trailer my wife and I were looking at was just sold and we really had our eyes set on that purchase. Was told that the same trailer should be in transit from the factory and would be given a call when it arrived.I called back a week later and the sales representative (Walker Finch) I talked to was outstanding. It was a completely night and day conversation with the previous sales rep. I received more information and felt more candidness in the 15 min conversation we had on the phone, compared to my hour long visit in person. My wife was able to get some time off work mid-week so we could check out some similar units, while the one we really wanted was still in transit. Walker went above and beyond, no pressure sales, very friendly, explained things that I never even thought about asking, and most importantly, provided us with honest opinions on different travel trailers (pros vs cons). We felt comfortable purchasing a new trailer that we have not even seen. After our purchase, the great customer service did not stop there. From the moment my wife and I meet Walker, to the sales purchase, the parts department, and Kyle (Service tech trainer) with going over our “rig” and explaining how everything works, was great!Cannot really fault the first sales rep on not wanting to go outside in the rain looking at travel trailers, I can understand most people would not want to do that…however, I believe that anyone shopping in the rain, would be a serious buyer and I would go above and beyond to earn their patronage. Walker Finch is highly recommended if you are looking for your first RV purchase, as he also helped change my feelings that a customer’s experience matters. Found us the perfect travel trailer and made the experience very smooth. CJ knew what we wanted, answered all our questions and knew everything about the travel trailer we bought. Just bought a trailer from JW RV. Great experience from first phone call to completion of purchase.Todd was a great salesman that knew his stuff.The final walkthrough was thorough and was able to take as much time as needed to learn this rv. Being a pre owned trailer, there were a few minor issues to address. They completed those items while I was finishing the paperwork. I talked to at least three different techs and each one was excellent.Service all around was excellent and would recommend visiting Johnnie Walker if you’re in the market.
