The outrageous attitude of the staff, the biased attitude of the administrator, namely Nadezhda Korobeinikova.Not only did she hurt me in public and made me look like a homeless woman in the eyes of those standing next to me.Daring to express her unsolicited comment about my wealth, she also refused to provide us with the service, referring to the fact that we want to pay for the number partially by card and cash. (The hotel does not accept payment by card, but online transfer please) and excuse me that I did not have money right away either this way or that way! Compliance with the chain of command and any etiquette is an integral part of the work of service personnel, especially in the hotel business!As a result, having asked for a book of reviews and suggestions, I was first refused, saying that it was not there, after all, they gave me and I tried to explain the essence of the problem in as much detail as possible, to which Nadezhda, being very angry, began to rush me, condemn, disgrace and tear out the book, expelling by threatening a police squad! !!! A- adequacy? And such people are sitting at your reception? What happened next, I generally keep quiet. Such a scandal, a leader or a higher-ranking director, the owner of this hotel, please look at the cameras and do not pass by. There are good hotels and hotels that give you confidence in humanity, this is one of those. Its a mini-hotel on the top floor of a building in the center of Moscow, the entrance is deceiving, just a metal door with an illegal exchange house, a horrible hall and a horror movie staircase, but when it reaches the fifth floor and ring the doorbell tickets to another world, clean comfortable and elegant, safe and friendly this hotel is said to be 2 stars but you are treated to 10. Wifi easy to access, TV with local channels, clean bathroom with tub. The room is small, very small but with space for a table and even space to do some lizards in the morning. The staff speaks a little English but is friendly and they do extra to make you feel good. Breakfast is included and is always 3 eggs and buterbrod, classic Russian breakfast, but very well prepared and delicious. No need to add is a great hotel, which compensates for the lack of space and variety with unparalleled attention.
