We had a horrible experience here. 0/10 would not recommend. We ordered two dresses, crowns, and veils with a down payment of $220.00. We get there today to try on the dresses. One was a size 8, we ordered a 16!! And one was completely the wrong style! We were already cutting it too close to the date so we decided that maybe it would be best to go elsewhere. Even though it was their mistake they said we couldn’t get our deposit refunded. “you look like you have money so just go somewhere else. But we won’t give you a refund.”Completely unprofessional. Horrible service.We went down the street to the swap meet and the man in there felt bad after I vented to him so he gave us a great discount on a beautiful dress.Edit** we ordered a dress with the Virgin Mary on the front but received a dress with flowers on it. So no, they did NOT order the exact dress I wanted. Instead gave us an option to choose one of their styles they had in-store which where completely dull.

Very happy with the service, customer service was excellent and I was very happy with my daughter dress. She went out her way to accommodate to me and my daughters needs. The alterations were flawless and unnoticeable. All together very happy with the service here.

I had first went in and pick out my dress($1600)and pick out my things but when I called to tell her I didn’t want the things because it didn’t fit my budget so then later on when I went to try on she said she would fix the staps because they were to big and when I finally went to pick up she gave it to me in a Bundle wrapped in plastic not even a bag and didn’t even fix my straps was so upset do not recommend

I don’t normally give reviews but I have to for Eleganza Bridal!! Lupita has been by far the best. She is always smiling and offering to help me with any questions that I have. They make time to meet with you and will go out of their way to make you happy. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you so much for making our special moments even better!!

Went here and found my daughters prom dress and her corsage. ALL of the dresses were beautiful, and she had varieties of all shapes, colors, and etc. EVERYONE who worked there was very friendly and helpful esp I guess the shops owner. Ordered her prom dress paid a deposit and it came back pretty fast. I would most definitely use this shop again and would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a dress from them. EXCELLENT customer service. Forgot to mention also they have dresses and tuxedos for all occasions.

Thank you soooo much for such awesome and quick service! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know that needs a dress. I got engaged at 11:00am, went to the first bridal shop I saw. Tried on the first and only dress I picked up, and that was the one. Bought the dress at 1:30pm, they called in the seamstress to come in to make adjustments asap, and my dress was ready by 3:00pm in time for my wedding at 5:30pm. They did a great job and my dress was perfect. Thank you guy and dolls for making my suprise big day go smoothly!

Beautiful dresses but it needs a little tiding up ... unorganized & dusty especially the dresses up front (window) ... if someone wanted to purchase one immediately & it was the perfect size ... you couldnt bcz youd have to spend EXTRA MONEY on dry cleaning plus who knows if theyd give you an EXTRA DISCOUNT ... the dresses especially the big ones would cost at least $150 to dry clean ... their like a wedding dress ... I know for a fact!And its sad to say ... no one bothered to help me ... so decided to look for a dress elsewhere 😔NO PURCHASE WAS MADE AT THIS STORE ... WE ONLY BROWSED AT THIS STORE ... NO IDEA WHERE THE OWNER THINKS I TRIED TO RETURN ANYTHING & POSTED PICTURES! THATS HILARIOUS!!!!!THE OWNER HAS ME MIXED UP WITH SOMEONE ELSE ... DONT THINK SHE UNDERSTOOD MY REVIEW ... LOL

I needed a last min dress every store i went to couldnt accommodate the short notice went Right in was greeted and found my dream dress right in shop window was my size needed it taking out and adjusting got it down asap even helped me on my special day to make it perfect thank you so much i will definitely recommend the greatest place in Vegas :)
