Claudia was awesome and my dress was everything. I am so glad I found this place because I was the center of attention at the gala I attended. I felt like I was a celebrity!!

I ordered a dress off line and the company sent me the wrong dress. After reading the reviews I took a chance and dashed over to Believe Boutique and to my surprise they had a dress in my size and the color I was looking for and a good price.

My daughter was to be married October 12th, 2019 and the direction for her Moms dress was in the Mauve family of color... Mom sort of waited a little too long to get her dress (30 days prior)... I guess she didnt know where to go and even considered purchasing from online but most of those dresses were going to be coming from China and well, you cant try them on first or have alteration if needed.... The bridesmaids were all set with their dresses from somewhere and were all the same but Moms dress cant be like theirs...I did a Yelp & Google search and found Believe Boutique with some great reviews... We went to the store and Claudia did not have exactly what Mom was looking for but after some catalog reviews and Claudia taking measurements, the dress was ordered and we were told 7-10 days... I think Claudia even ordered a second dress that Mom liked for backup... We got a call that the dress(es) were in and it only took about 3-4 days after all.... We went to the store and the initial dress choice was JUST PERFECT!!.... The wedding was beautiful and a very fun environment & MOM LOOKED GREAT!!!!!!I would highly suggest Believe Boutique because of the owners personal hands on care and the price of the dress was very reasonable for a smaller shop!!Rick

I just called this morning and kindly asked to speak to the manager or owner (not for a complaint as I have never worked with this store previously). I just wanted to ask them a work related question and was told no and was hung up on. Great customer service. Needless to say, I will not be calling back or recommending them to anyone if this is how people are treated off the get go.

This place was great. I love the sales representative the knowledge that she has in regards to dresses. She was very helpful and explain to me about what occasion is the right dress that, I need to wear if you need help on that. and the prices are great you could get a very elegant dresses for a very low price is better than department stores. I loved it Im going next time for sure for my special occasions👍😊

You dont have to keep looking for the perfect dress just come to this store and they will definitely have it lots of options with a very good customer service

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND. SHORT SKINNY LADY WITH DARK HAIR WAS RUDE, ASSUMES YOU DONT HAVE MONEY BY YOUR APPEARANCE and wont let you try on dresses. Whatever dress was asked for she would say we dont have your size (without checking) and this is for an average sized woman not big at all. After being frustrated we asked what dresses she did have that would fit and she said none. Total waste of time.
