The dress I fell in love with and said yes to. Is a completely different style then what I had in my head.But I said yes to the dress!

Warning to any bride… These are “off the rack” without an in-house seamstress for consultation. The ladies here are very sweet, but they are not dress makers. The seamstress they recommend is very nice and reasonably priced. She however can only do so much. MAKE SURE you feel totally happy with the dress as-is. I was trying to save money, but wish I would have bought new.

I absolutely loved this store. They are so attentive to their brides. When we walked in it absolutely felt so personal. We had just left another bridal store that felt very mass production. Like just get people in and out as fast as possible. But this store felt like they absolutely cared 100 percent about us and our experience.

Huge shout out to my consultant ARI!!! She was amazing! When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted right away by ALL the ladies at the front and then Ari introduced herself and made me and my sisters feel so welcomed into the shop. Ari was very attentive to what I wanted and we went dress shopping right away, and in several minutes picked out a couple dresses to try on. Within 20 minutes I fell in love with the first dress Lori and Ari picked out and it was the first dress I tried on. Went here on Saturday for their week long $95 dress sale, tried on 8 dresses & ended up buying 2. My girl who was helping me was super sweet & accommodating. Everyone there is really pleasant. It was my first time getting fitted & trying on dresses so I didnt really know what to expect other than what Ive seen on Say Yes To The Dress. Overall my experience there was really great & quite fun. I go back in February for my alterations. I definitely recommend this place to all brides to be.

This was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses after researching locations around me. I wanted to have a great experience but I left feeling meh about it all.While the dresses selected for me were beautiful and there was one I really liked, when I asked the stylist if there was a 24-hour holding fee (as I had 2 other appointments the next day and people had flown into town to go dress shopping with me) she told me yes there was but that it would be a mistake if I left without the dress today because the next day I would just be picturing myself in this one.. She then continued to tell me it didnt matter if people flew in and that I had scheduled other dress appointments - if this was the dress I wanted it didnt matter and they should all understand. Then kept using a weird metaphor about how we cant create our own dream man but can our dress blah blah blah. Besides this she was also very passive aggressive towards my guests (specifically my mother who was going to be paying for the dress in question..)Not only did I feel pressured to buy a dress that I was now unsure of because the stylist was making me feel pressured and uncomfortable now about buying it; she was also not very attentive while I was putting the dresses on or standing on the podium. Never tucked in any of the tags/hanger strings, leaving me to do it - then never helping fan out the train of the dress while I was standing on the podium leaving my guests to take on the duty.Afterwards I decided to pay the $100 24-hour hold fee so I could still go to my appointments the next day - When I went up front to pay I could tell my stylist was not happy with my decision and that the front desk people were also aware. The receptionist who took my payment was very unfriendly towards us. We were asking questions and she would not look at us and gave us very short unhelpful answers.I wanted to leave the store thinking I felt beautiful like a bride should and have a great time, but instead I left feeling uneasy, uncomfortable and no longer interested in coming back.

The staff was very helpful and demonstrated great customer service skills, however the quality of the dresses and the overall experience was a disappointment. If you are looking for classy elegant wedding gowns, this is NOT the place to go. This is basically a Ross for wedding dresses as all the dresses are bought as is and are discounted from retail price. You get what you pay for...

I had such an amazing experience at Brilliant Bridal! Paiton was personally the one who greeted me and helped me find my beautiful dress! She went above and beyond to make the whole thing stress free and easy. All of the girls there are amazing! I bought my dress for just under $100 and had it altered, ironed, and ready in two days for my last minute wedding! I didnt think it was possible, but everyone worked together to make the impossible happen and even helped me into my dress before my wedding! They deserve more than just five stars. If I could give them more, I would. Highly recommend them and their seamstress/ alterations crew (Dana and her husband). I am so thankful for their help and willingness to make it happen, all with a smile on their faces!

The customer service I received from Chelsea and this whole staff was amazing! I felt like they genuinely cared and would even give their opinion when you asked for advice. I have been to other bridal shops and felt more like a burden but not here. I have been in this shop twice and asked for Chelsea each time. The 2nd time I walked in the door she was already all set with my favorite dress from last time. I did finally say yes to a dress! If you are on the fence about going into this shop, I recommend to do it, you wont regret it, they care about you and can answer all the questions you have and will go above and beyond for you. 10/10 Stars! I went to Brilliant Bridal after my appointment at Davids Bridal and I ended up going with the dress I found at Brilliant Bridal! The price was more than right, I paid 95$ for the dress of my dreams! Knowing it went to breast cancer awareness was a huge plus but when the amazing women helped me put the dress on, everyone including myself cried! It was a beautiful experience, everyone at Brilliant Bridal were really helpful and understanding of our budget and even though my budget was 1000$, the dress was PERFECT. This is a review on my overall experience with Brilliant Bridal. I hope other brides will learn from my lesson. I know how expensive weddings can be, so Id like to take the time to help out other ladies. I would have loved to give a great review however about a week after my visit something happened that caused my overall experience to go from positive to very negative.My stylist during my visit was absolutely fantastic and she was very patient throughout the entire process. She was attentive, listened to what I was looking for, and always pulled exactly what I had described. She didnt waste my time trying on dresses that she knew I would not like. I did end up purchasing and walking out with my perfect dress.Everything was perfectly fine up until after my visit I went onto the Brilliant Bridal website and discovered that they were having a 25% off sale while I was there on the week of January 11 through January 18. Upon learning about this awesome sale, I immediately contacted my stylist to see if they could honor that 25% discount because I was not told about it and all that was needed was to input a code when making an appointment online. Unfortunately, she said there was nothing she could do. When I called back to speak to the manager, I was told the manager was not in so I left my name and phone number in hopes that we could have a conversation. The manager, Laurie, reached out to me via email asking what my concern was, so I explained to her that I didnt think it was right that she could not honor the discount that would have been applied so easily if I was just made aware of it. Laurie couldnt even be bothered to talk to me and chose to only email me instead. She basically informed me that they could not honor the 25% discount because they do not offer refunds, however they could offer 25% off a veil and complimentary steam. Mind you, 25% off a $1400 dress versus 25% off a $300 veil is a significant difference.I am very disappointed that Brilliant Bridal refused to make this right, I really trusted they would have taken care of me as a customer. Unfortunately they did not and there is a huge discrepancy between how the stylists care about the customers and how the managers dont even care to communicate with them.To future brides looking to make an appointment with Brilliant Bridal, make sure you check out their website and their blog before doing anything because if you dont, no one will bring potential savings to your attention, and no one is willing to make things right after the fact when everyone has been paid and tipped out.

I went to Brilliant Bridal and got my wedding dress yesterday! I was so happy with their service. They accommodated making sure my sisters and Mom could come to the shopping. Kat helped me try on so many dresses and narrow it down to the one I loved. Originally $1,400, I paid just over $700. Super happy, can’t wait to do the fitting!

I went shopping post pandemic reopening. Everyone was very careful and kept their distance. They conveyed the guidelines on the phone before I entered. The place looked clean. Everyone was friendly and made my experience easy. I was brought into a spacious private room with additional seats for a bridal party if needed. I was asked about my style, likes and dislikes. Unfortunately Im very indecisive but my stylist was knowledgeable so she was able to help pinpoint where to start. I also liked that she respected my budget and didnt push anything on me that I didnt want to try. I tried on various dresses where she gave me ideas on what could be changed instead of just complimenting me which I valued. I was able to find my original idea of the dress I wanted for good price. First of all, this was the first few days of our state allowing the public to shop in non essential businesses- Brilliant bridal shop. My upcoming wedding is May 30th. I have been panicked about trying to find a wedding dress. Cece and the gals at Brilliant Bridal were awesome! I made an appointment, came in and right away explained what I was looking for. The dresses were all $95.00 beautiful, and brand new wedding gowns of all sizes. The amazing part was that Cece picked out 3 dresses for me to try on and the first one I tried on was “the one”. I said yes to the dress! Not only was I in and out within an hour but they had scheduled a seamstress come in the next day to do my alterations. Amazing service! Y’ALL. This place was AMAZING. I went while my family and I were on vacation in Vegas. I had absolutely NO idea what I wanted, and was just going to try on a few dresses and see if I could narrow down my style and get some opinions from my family. I really didn’t expect my first shopping trip to be very successful. And then Kat stepped in. When I say she’s an angel, I MEAN IT. She was so FUN, knowledgeable, and 100% focused on me and my dress. She let me pull a huge variety of dresses, and made the process far less complicated than I was anticipating. By far the best experience I could hope for during the current pandemic! The staff was all wearing masks and very clean! Athena was my stylist and was very helpful and patient! I had two different appointments and Athena and the staff were very understanding to my situation! Katherine helped me find the perfect dress! I was so nervous and afraid about finding a dress that would fit (I’m a plus size bride) she was absolutely amazing. From the minute I called, customer service was superb. Phone etiquette is very important, and those ladies have it down. Kat is who I had my the pleasure of being scheduled with, and she is the sweetest woman on the planet. My expectations were low only because of COVID-19, and living in California, shops are closed so I went in there with an open mind. It’s been a tough year for me, so I honestly only knew that I wanted lace. With that being said, there were so many different ideas I had, but was completely unsure. This is my very first time trying dresses on, so who knows right? Well, Kat is very knowledgeable and offers options to allow your creative juices to flow. She was able to help find dresses that would fit my body. I am 5’9, 129 lbs and an A cup, and knew I’d need help with fitting the top. She is overall incredible at her job, and I wish they worked on commission, she deserves a raise. It’s very hard to find employees like her, who are just rock stars at their job. I hope she gets promoted!The next day, I started having second thoughts; it all happened so fast, I doubted how easy it was, along with the price. Could I find something better? Less expensive? They were happy to take me back the next day, without even as much as a sigh. They emailed me promptly within minutes sending me other comparable dresses and scheduled me the next day to come in. The manager was so supportive, helping me work through my emotions, and concerns. The entire experience was beautiful and I am so happy I came here! Inside the shop is very clean and comfortable environment. The dresses they had were very nice, but very little selection, especially if you are a size 6 and under. The manger (Lori) was very nice and able to find a few dresses in my price range and was even willing to decrease the price on someof them. But sales person helping me was cold and pushy on the dresses, I told her I tried on a few dresses at other shops and had a few favorites from those. To that she responded with a few was too many and I needed to pick just one and gave me a lecture about getting confused when trying on dresses and about how she knew brides so while. I don’t know about you but that instantly made me not want to buy anything here. I understand you want to be honest with your clients to help them, but that was just rude. Then person directly helping me literally made me strip in front of them and didn’t even give me a choice to have my mother help me with my dress instead. Out of all the places I have gone to, I have never been to a shop that the employee watched as you got undressed. Maybe that’s just how this place is, but I felt very uncomfortable and violated. The manger brought me a dress that was a size 10 to have me try on but the employee told me she didn’t even want to put me in it because I was too small. Even though the manger said she could adjust it for me. In conclusion, I didn’t end up liking any of the dresses here, but even if I did I didn’t want to buy a dress here after that experience.

My indecisive daughter, who cant even decide what to eat, fell in love with the very first dress she tried on! Miracles do happen! The staff was amazing. Louise talked with my daughter to get an idea of where to start and then picked the perfect dress on the first try. It was on sale too! Her grandmother was there and told them she would give a 10 star review. I had to explain to her that it only goes up to 5 stars :) I would post a pic but am under strict instructions by my daughter not to let it leak out on the internet. she want it to be a surprise. Wonderful experience at Brilliant Bridal. I love the dressing rooms, they are private and clean. I had Riley helping me out and loved working with her. I must have tried on at least 25 dresses and finally found the one at 26! Riley smiled through it all and kept asking questions to help hone in on what I wanted. Love the calmness (I went on a Sunday so this may have helped) of the staff and store. Great overall experience.

I visited Brilliant Bridal last Saturday when their memorial weekend sale started and the experience exceeded my expectations! When I got there, my stylist Natalie already had this big welcoming smile on her face and she guided me to their waiting area. She asked me how my proposal went and how the wedding was going to be to get to know me better. She asked what kind of dresses that I was looking for. Throughout the whole time, she was very excited and engaging. We then started looking at the dress collection. Honestly I was slightly worried that I would not be able to find a dress that day since there werent many dresses in my size available. However, Natalie and Laurie, the store manager, assured me that with alterations, dresses in size 4 and 6 could also fit me. What I really like about Brilliant Bridal is that they did not just leave me and my friend look through the dresses our own, they took note of my style and preferences and made suggestions of dresses that were available and would match with what I was looking for. With Natalies help, I tried on 7 dresses. All the dresses were made with amazing materials and in great conditions. Natalie was so helpful and delightful to talk to. She gave me advice on the alterations of the dresses and rushed out to bring more accessories in for the dresses. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams: a simple fit and flare with delicate details from Mon Cheri. Honestly I did not expect to get a dress from their $95 deal since Im size 2 so I assume my options would be limited. But with the amazing assistance from Natalie and Laurie, nothing was impossible! Great little shop. Denice was amazing... love that they have fully private changing rooms. I tried on so many dresses and never felt pressure to buy one. I didn’t find my dresses but they helped me narrow down what I liked and didn’t like.

I did not purchase my dress from this store, but I had an absolutely great experience here. I would definitely recommend this store for people who are looking for a dress that is lower than $1000! The staff is warm and welcoming, and makes you feel totally comfortable. This store is worth your time!

I stopped in. They were very friendly at first, even said we are the cheapest in town. I tried on 3 dresses and I didn’t like any that she pulled. She said she would go look For Others. She came back, very short and said sorry. That’s all we had for your price range. And told us to try somewhere else.

I came in a bit afraid I wouldnt find a dress, however Natalie helped put me at ease quickly. She helped me pick out a few good choices, but she ended up picking out my dream dress. I knew when she pulled it out it was the one. She helped walk me through my options and set me up with Dema in alterations who helped my dress fit me more completely. The whole experience was fantastic

Donna was so wonderful! She made me feel so comfortable during both of my visits with her, and offered great advice and opinions. She made sure I left with something I loved. I definitely would recommend as everyone was great!

The staff at Brilliant Bridal were excellent. The seamstress they use was terrible. Kept us waiting over an hour one day for a fitting, my dress wasnt ready the day for pick up, and the hem was uneven, falling apart and there was a hole. Brilliant Bridal were great to us but they should really look into getting a new seamstress. I wish I could give them more stars.

First off the best place ever!!! I found my dream dress with the wonderful help of Donna!!! She was absolutely amazing!! Made me feel like family! Treated us with warm and welcoming hospitality! She took her time and made me feel so comfortable and was honest with a mothers touch! She wanted to make sure I felt as beautiful as I looked!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well!!! I dont have enough good things to say about this place. Kat helped me say yes to my dream dress and she was more than helpful. I came from Canada to find my dream dress and did I ever. After another appointment at a bridal shop not showing up, they allowed me to have another appointment to make sure i found my dream dress. This is the spot for beautiful dresses at a great price.

I had such a positive experience here! Breanna was very patient and took the time to get to know what styles I liked. She also made sure I tried on at least a couple dresses that I might not have picked so I wouldnt miss out on at least trying on different styles. I did not feel any pressure to bring home a dress that day and felt comfortable. I ended up taking home the first dress I tried on! The price was very reasonable and well within my budget.I just so happened to be shopping with my sister. She found the perfect dress for herself too, and it was a completely different style!

After a horrible trip to a shop in the town i live, i made the 2.5 hour drive to Las Vegas to dress shop. This store was the 1st place I had an appointment at. Of course i was apprehensive about being there, and my anxiety was horrible after the nightmare I dealt with a few days prior at a different store. Haley was the associate that helped me at Brilliant Bridal, and she made my experience so much more comfortable, fun, relaxed,and she was extremely helpful. She paid attention to every detail, and listened to everything i said about likes and dislikes. After leaving to go to another shop she suggested, I came back to Brilliant Bridal and purchased my dress. I am over the moon happy, and actually looking forward to wearing the dress for my wedding. Haley definitely went above and beyond. I honestly cant thank her enough!! If you could work with anyone in the store... go to her!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brilliant Bridal. I picked out about 5 dresses and not one was over $600.00. The service was great and the girl who helped me was so sweet and helpful through the process. I literally liked all my dresses and she helped me find the one I really loved by gauging my first reactions. I highly recommend them!

I came from out of town not really expecting to buy a dress but more to see what style I liked. Hannah was so amazing and she actually helped me find my dress. I truly felt like I bonded with her and she helped me find my perfect dress for my big day. Hannah made me feel very comfortable and very reassured because I never tried dresses on like this before and she made sure I never felt uncomfortable. I was also a little worried because I am not small at all but they had quite a few plus sized dresses. I would reccomend them a million times over. I didnt have to wait for my dress and I got to walk out knowing I had a dress that fit and was one of a kind. These guys are incredible and most definitely didnt break the bank. I loved everything about this store and I felt like my big day got just a little bit better and less stressful

I wasnt the typical bride shopping for wedding dresses, I actually was dreading it because I didnt think I could find something I loved in my price range. Donna at Brilliant Bridal instantly put me at ease and made it a fun experience. She was very kind and personable and made the whole process simple and easy. Im so glad I came here first! This is the best place to buy a wedding dress! They make you feel so special and beautiful! Natalie was so amazing at listening to what I liked and finding me options that not only fit my style but some I may have not considered on my own. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They dont work on commission, so they wont convince you to buy a dress that you dont absolutely love. Donna was so helpful and so honest. I found my dream dress and it didnt break the bank! Skip the big chain stores and go to Brilliant Bridal first.

Brilliant Bridal is the first place that Ive gone to for dress shopping. I follow them on Instagram and their dresses are always so beautiful and reasonably priced! I scheduled an appointment at the Las Vegas Bridal Convention which was super easy and convenient. My appointment was with Denice. She was so sweet, helpful and encouraging. She really took the time to get to know me as a bride and helped me pick out a few different styles. Unfortunately I did not end up leaving with a dress after my appointment but I am confident that if I am persistent and keep checking back with Brilliant Bridal that I will find a dress that I love! Denice told me to check in every few weeks because they constantly get their new shipments in. Thankfully I am still a year out from my wedding and have a little bit of extra time :)

I worked with Alice and she was amazing! Honestly, I didnt find a dress there but her customer service was out of this world! She was considerate of what I liked and dislikes about gowns, conscious of my budget and took a genuine interest in my shopping experience. And even though I didnt find my dress, it was a great experience! Highly recommend!!

I was truly impressed with Brilliant Bridal. Id been to two other shops and found dresses I liked, but none I truly loved. My stylist Haley was very patient and worked with me trying on all sorts of styles until she had a good grasp on what I liked and disliked, and she easily answered all the questions I had as well as some I didnt even think to ask! I probably tried on 15 dresses, but she wouldnt let me get discouraged. Every step was a step towards the right one, and as luck would have it the very last dress of the appointment was my perfect dress! As a bonus, it was easily in my price range, even with the minimal alterations it needs!I greatly recommend Brilliant Bridal for all brides. The staff, selection, and service is a cut above the rest!

Donna was absolutely amazing. She was so prepared to help me and oh so patient. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted, but no certainty. All of the dresses my mom, sister and I picked out, I was not pleased with. Donna went and found quite a few dresses that was similar to what I was looking for and she ended up nailing it 100%. I tried on maybe a total of 7 dresses. She was aware of my budget even though that wasnt set either, but she ended up finding my dress for an amazing price. Alice is amazing! I am not a girly girl by any means, & I wasnt very vocal about what I wanted. However she was extremely patient, & found me the perfect dress! She made my freaking year! They didn’t have a great selection of dresses but I ended up coming to get dress that I like. The customer service while finding the dress was on and off. Sometimes you walk in and everyone was wonderful and sometimes you would have it where someone was not as friendly. They worked with me on the price of the dress and I thought I was getting a deal however where they get you is the alterations. You almost pay the price of the dress again just to get your dress altered. When I got my dress back there were issues with the breast cups, the buttons, wrinkles in the front, and the back of my dress was completely altered ruined and change from the original style. I originally bought my dress with another friend who is also having issues with The alterations of her dress. She paid more than I paid for my alterations and her dress doesn’t fit around the breast areas even though she’s taking it back twice. Now that I know what I know I will just get my dress custom-made then dealing with Alterations. That way I will not be going back-and-forth trying to argue with someone to fix my dress. I am getting married in a few weeks and I have a dress that doesn’t work. I don’t have the money or the time to find another dress. I no longer have confidence that my dress can be fixed at this place. They might make it even worse. I’m working with the manager right now but I feel as this might be a waste of time as well. Again I am getting married very soon. I could’ve put the price of the dress the alterations in the money that they want me to spend on the dress to fix it again towards a beautiful custom made dress somewhere else. I guess you could say it’s a lesson learned.

Alice is FANTASTIC! I visited another bridal store in town with a booked appointment but when I showed them a photo of what I had in mind, my stylist said No, we dont carry that style and didnt offer to try on anything, she said I can look around and she left. I walked out of there quickly & upset.So then I made an appointment with Brilliant Bridal. The one on one personal assistance that Alice provided will never be forgotten, for she has lifted so much off my shoulders. The beautiful gown I left which was Alices pick. She actually listened to me.Thank you!!!

I had the best experience at Brilliant bridal and even left with the dress of my dreams! I previously had another appointment at David’s bridal and was so disappointed with the overall experience. I was one of five brides for my consultent, and did not feel special at all on what was suppose to be an important/memorable day. Hayley was my consultant here, she was so amazing and personable which truly made my appointment everything I’d ever dreamed. She was even the one who picked out the dress I said yes too! She listened to what I wanted, liked, disliked, and worked with me to help me find the one! Every bride-to-be deserves a consultant like her. I couldn’t recommend this place more!! Beautiful affordable dresses and amazing staff, what more could a bride want?!
