This store is amazing and Alex is possibly the best sales person I have ever met. Although I was poorly dressed, unclear what I was looking for and possibly even a bit tipsy I received excellent service. Friendly staff and I was made to feel right at home. No judgement, no pressure, just good questions, helpful suggestions and patience. They showed me pictures from an iPad when I struggled to make a decision and even modeled an item when I was on the fence. Happy wife, wonderful memories. Alex even emailed me the following week to make sure everything for well and I was completely satisfied! The price of quality is worth it just for the people and the way they treat you.

I went looking for a nice and sexy nightgown to wear for my new husband (we are on our honeymoon after all). On the surface the selection is beautiful. However, they are WAY over priced even for Vegas. If I wanted to pay $500 for something that is going to just rip apart, Id fund the paper budget of an office. As if that wasnt bad enough, I was greeted with quite a nasty look due to my choice in comfort clothing. I didnt stay long. I left without intent to return because she had me feeling very bad about myself. I run a cake business and most of my customers are women who are getting married soon. They request that suggest some places such as yours for the same reason I walked in to your store today. Not only will I send them elsewhere, but I will HIGHLY advise against going to your store.

I went in there to buy something and did but when I went to return it the because I found one i liked better at Barneys NY in the Venetian they refused to give me my money back I had the receipt and never worse it it was in perfect condition

Paid $750 for a bathing suite came home it didnt fit right so I bought another bathing suite and when I came to return it the women working was very rude to me told me no returns and turned her back on me. Beware of this place
