I find the staff very helpful and winning to answer questions. Curious about a new product, the nice man opened the product and showed me how it works! I love shopping here.

I always had good experiences with this place. They are so nice personality, helping me to find my stuffs, so patient. Their prices is so reasonable and comparable with another place. I’m from Utah and this is my priority choice to come get my nails supplies in Las Vegas. High recommend and definitely will be back👍.

This place is literally nail heaven. They have EVERYTHING, brushes, stickers, tips, drill bits, gel polish, containers for everything, barbicide, crystals, every color of acrylic powder you can think of, they have brands like young nails, kiara sky, and nail revolution! I was honestly blown away. Really great store. Didn’t know it existed but I’m glad I do now and will totally be back if I need nail supplies !

Love the place and one of the guys was so nice, he gave me the retainer for my hand trainer because they dont sell it. The store is amazing, a lot of products. I need to go back!

The lady was very nice. But I see how they treat the Different culture. They are very expensive no sales no deals Taxes is 6.00 on 1 item. Will not come to the store again.

Ive been coming here for sometime now and my first experience was great! I have had some judge me by how I look but once they see Im spending money they started being nice. I love the prices and all they have to offer. I use a lot of their acrylic which can be used as dip or regular acrylic. Its only 17 minutes from my house so its very convenient. I do recommend coming here especially with last minute needs.

This is my favorite nail supply store in town, from what I’ve experienced, this store size is a good size, they have a lot of nail products, everyone is friendly to me so far. I’ve been to other places and there isn’t a much variety as here. I moved away but whenever I come back in town this is the nail supply I go to. Thank you! :)

The lady owner is nice and sweet. The old man, sorry to forget his name, one of the staff is really kind and helpful so I ended up buying some extra items much more than I really need but felt very happy. I put 5 stars because of their excellent customer services. I personally feel that the other two male owners are vain and lazy. I am one of regular clients so I realized they used to be nice but not now once their business became good enough.If the lady is not there the younger one keeps sitting and looking at his cell phone and gets annoyed whenever clients ask for something. The older one on the same page,supposed every client is knowledgeable so he is very indifferent and easy to get annoyed.My new licensed nail technician fellows and nail students only step into the store if the lady is there.

Clean, neat, organized, they carry everything to do nails, and every pro brand, with good pricing and friendly helpfull service. I enjoy shopping here. They also have convenient up front parking.

Has amazing supplies but they try to cheat you out your money ! The man tried to cheat me out my money, pay close attention. I had no help at all, they do not greet you when you come in. I will not be coming back here again.

This was honestly a terrible experience. Here are my reasons.1. The store is about 90% dip powders with some acrylics and very little gel selection.2. The store was very dirty, most stuff was covered in dust.3. A lot of the products looked beaten up/damaged.4. The gels I did manage to find had loose gel on the outside of the containers, which caused my fingers to get sticky.5. I used a sanitizer they had out, which ended up making my hands smell like 50 year old aloe vera mixed with urine.

When I first come to visit this store, just open thier business they are so friendly and helpful. This past couple of my visit, they all getting rude to client.They are not happy if you ask a question. Poor customer service! You are not the only nail supply! VERY VERY RUDE TO CLIENT!

So far I have only called and the woman who answered wasn’t very customer friendly at all she had an attitude in her voice and gave me short dry answers. Hopefully my experience going in will be better.

The sign on the door says they close at 7pm & online says the close at 7pm. I got there right before 6:30 & they were closing, I asked a guy if they were closed he said yea & I said “but it says 7 & he rudely just shrugged his shoulders & turned away.

Terrible customer service, I bought a nail polish and was in trouble and unsuccessful and went back to change it and they said that everything was perfectly right with the nail polish, I will definitely never buy anything bad place

Was introduced to this place by a fellow Nail Tech student from Euphoria. The store was still in the process of opening and yet...the service was and still remains amazing. The guys are always so happy to see us. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we brought the rest of our class and the freshman class with us the next time. Our teachers and classmates had a real good time and the prices were manageable for students. I recommend this place on a daily basis. Thanks Viet!!

I came here buy supply all the time even I know price higher than California ( I can order from California and free shipping for me ) . The reason I bought here because I want to support local business. Last time I bought almost $2,700 . I bought new set gel color and they said they had enough for set but really not . And they owned me 1 cáse of alcohol also. They said they would call me 2 day later but I waited until 10 day later they didn’t call so I called them . Guess what they answered “ I don’t have yet so I don’t call, I don’t know ....So rude when answered.like that. ” what kind of this customer service.Well I think they don’t want business . Good luck

I was in the parking lot of Viet nails at 5:50 pm this Sunday, ready to buy $500+ worth of supplies but they didn’t want any more customers .. google business hours say 6pm closing. I’m taking my business somewhere else from now on

They cheating on the price..becareful ..and they give you the old products...i saw with my own eyes they switch the products that i bought it. Not really recommend to come to this store.. Direct beauty is better even thou their price little bite higher but they are honest.
