Feeling bad. I only used it for less than 30 minutes only 1 day. The color is turned. I went to the store to find a service. For four days, I couldnt return it. Repairing the package is at your own expense. Ask me how to use it. Light colors cannot be worn with dark clothes, and jeans cannot be worn. Cant wear new clothes. This is the case when carrying a bag. Cant do that. I wonder if you dont say it in advance when you sale bag? There is staining, you say so much. This small yellow boy is very easy to dye. The most important service after 4 days of dyeing is very poor. For four days, I have to pay for it myself. The service is very poor. From the manager to the sales to the maintenance department, no one will takecare your feelings. Shirk responsibility, we will sell it to you. After-sales and service have nothing to do with us.
SA Tam at Chanel -Wow- non personable, cold, and not helpful or accommodating.Loyal Chanel customer and client as well as my party.Yeah..no. Sorry, I would love to support people’s jobs during COVID-19. But this store may need to rework its customer service engagement.The first time I’ve experienced an SA like this for Chanel.. ever.
Didn’t even have to walk in to give this place a bad review! i’m a big fan of Chanel, everything from their handbags to their makeup/skincare. as soon as i stumbled up upon the store i was excited to walk in and see what they have in the store but was given attitude at the front door by a elderly man in glasses. a potential customer and he made the bold decision to look down and up at me and shake his head no? don’t bother trying to walk in unless you’re dressed top to bottom or have some sort of brand clothing on you. whoever manages this place, please do your job of making sure customer service applies outside and inside the store.
Worst ever !!! Salespeople in the boutique are rude and arrogant. The guy put the bag in front of me and did not say a word for the whole time I was shopping. They call themselves “client advisor” lol. No, you are not guys. You need to go to sell fast food. I was so excited to buy my first Chanel bag. I left that store and felt ugly. Not buying Chanel.

22-minute phone call while they tried to locate my customer profile, without which they would not speak to me about product. Finally promised a callback that never came. A top-tier customer service experience all around.
I was on a waiting list for a classic and popular bag, the SA got it for me very fast. Then I found dirty spots on that bag and the exchange went smooth. Overall great service!
I visited this boutique last week after receiving horrible customer service at the CHANEL boutique at the Bellagio. I was looking for a pair of sunglasses from the S/S collection that was sold out online. Peter went above and beyond to locate the style number and was able to locate one pair at a boutique in NYC. Because of the time difference, the NYC boutique was closed so he promised to call me the next day to confirm they had them in stock. Not only did he call me but I received free shipping and received them within days after arriving home. Excellent customer service!! I would give 10 stars if I could.
Horrible customer service! They basically judge you on your appearance if you deserve to be approached or helped! Will NEVER PURCHASE from this boutique. Neiman Marcus sales associates are much nicer, so I purchased my Chanel from them.
Just landed and had to stop by the Vegas store it was great being here and bought myself 3 new handbags you cant go wrong with Chanel the service was amazing the staff wasnt too pushy just perfect.

As the previous reviewer!! It was the most unpleasant experience. They basically judge its book by its cover. Theyre was at least 5 or 6 SA available when my husband and I walked in and no one approached us ! I did have my CAVIAR WOC, I should have probably carried my CAVIAR JUMBO and maybe someone would have approached us !! I have never felt so humiliated in a CHANEL BOUTIQUE..... they were so rude !!!! I was just trying to add another handbag to my collection.

Purchased item from this location on 12/22/2015 with the expectation of having it shipped and delivered to me by Christmas. I was promised that it would be shipped overnight and delivered by 12/23/2015. It is now 1/1/2016 and I have yet received the package. The person in shipping give me reasons for the delay that doesnt make any sense to me and that I just dont believe. They refuse to call me to keep me updated with the status of the delivery. Be very weary of having item shipped from this specific Chanel. People in charge of shipping appears to be unreliable, and untruthful.
