The lady who helped us was so kind and helpful. She was very informative and was super sweet to us. We could’ve gone to any store but her customer service is enough to have us coming back to shop.

I would have to agree with the other reviews; Ivy is very professional and has excellent customer service. She answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. She gave me samples for myself and husband so we can test the products before purchasing. I am not a NV resident but would order my stuff from her. Aritaum products are really good!

Absolutely love the customer service of Ivy!!!! She is the best and knows what products are best for your skin type. She has been so helpful with my skincare routine. I have tried high end products like Khiels and never got results like I did with these Korean products.Literally it is magic in every bottle. My skin is naturally glowing and dewy with no makeup. People at work are shocked to hear when I say I’m with my natural face. The prices at the store are extremely fair and worth every penny!

Cute little Korean cosmetics/skincare shop in Las Vegas that offers brands like Laneige, Sulwhasoo, among others. Their prices are comparable to many others. If you are in the area and are looking to experiment with cosmetics and Korean skincare, check this place out.

The lady here was very nice and she gave me her full attention from the second I walked in up until I made my purchase. I love it!

I bought a sheet mask pack of ten, and a really nice lady with pink hair was so helpful and gave me and my friend a few other things to help with our skin. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

I really enjoy this shop! I went last weekend on a somewhat late Saturday evening. The lady there was very informative and helped me choose my first cushion (ended up being the perfect shade). Its an IOPE Air Cushion Cover- 31 if you were wondering. I also bought $90 worth of other products, such as the Laneige Sleeping mask, Face sheets, and makeup. At the end, she gave me an incredible amount of samples that I still havent used up yet, ha ha. The products are a little expensive, so be wary. The store is also small, so there isnt a large variety of products. Overall, would definitely come back again!
