I recently had my car worked on. Rich the guy in the front called me and explained what my car needed and was able to get it all done that day, and for a reasonable price. I also felt like he was honest and not taking advantage of me . My car feels like new and I think Devon the mechanic did a great job. Rich even called me the next day to thank me for my business. You just dont get that kind of customer service these days and it was impressed. I think Ill be using them from now on.

Pulled into Vegas a few days ago on a cross country trip from the South East. When my family and I pulled into the hotel parking garage I noticed my rear brakes were making noise. Long story short, my car was fixed on time(the same day within 2 hrs) and on budget. It’s very clear that these guys care about what they do and they we’re willing to do whatever it took to earn my business. Very professional and detail oriented.

This was the worst car experience of my life. The wrong shims where put on, brake was pressing on only a portion of the pad, not the whole pad creating an aweful screaching sound, I made 4 visits to give them the opportunity to fix there work or parts. The 5th time I finally took to Lextech in Henderson 5star. I will never take my car here again, very nice people, unfortunately totally incompetent. Still waiting on them to refund me.

These guys are awesome. I had meineke off of Buffalo quoted me $1000 for front and rear brakes. These fellas did my front and rear brakes, replaced my battery, replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the injectors, flushed the coolant and rotated my tires for $1200 lol. They even cleared all the lights off of my dash and fixed problems I never even mentioned to them!! Beyond impressed. Will be using them as go-to mechanic from now on and have recommended my family here as well.

I came in to get my brakes checked after calling around to different places. I am new to this area so I was a bit skeptical because some mechanics are better at marketing than actually fixing cars from my experience. I am planning on going on a 1500 mile road trip this weekend so I wanted to make sure I didnt overpay but also thinking about safety. They took my car for a short drive and then began the inspection while I waited outside. About 20 to 30 minutes later I got the results of the inspection. I was told my brakes were fine and didnt need any work done. They gave me an estimate of how many more miles I had on the brakes which was about 30k miles. I asked if they could rotate my tires and they sure since the tires were already off. They brought it back to the front and gave me my paperwork. They were honest and professional all the way. I would say they live up to their name Brake Masters and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. They also do other maintenance service such as oil changes and A/C service so I wont forget them next time that is due.

Had a 2 o clock appointment to be told it won’t be done until CLOSING TIME. The service manager Rich is a liar when it comes to price and time. Do not recommend this location.

Great service and super honest!!! Will be back.As a female knows nothing about cars I always fear to deal with car issue myself. But husband is out of town and I feel like my break may need to be changed. People say shop might want to try to sell you things are expensive and unnecessary. I was worried the quote after the inspection will be hundreds if not over one thousand. Turns out not only the inspection was for free, manager said my break pads still have 60% of life no need to be changed. Only changed two filthy filther for $45 and rotated my tire for FREE!! No more fear ladies! I will be back!! Thank you.

One of the first things that stood out to me was that they were friendly. They were patient when I gave them some unnecessary (t.m.i) history on my cars maintenance. They did their inspection on my car, and told me what was needed. I told them, no, thank you. I just want the flush. They said, ok. We just wanted to let you know. I told them, just put it on the notes so I can maybe think about it later. I like that they respected that. I do plan on returning to this location.I personally dont want to put too much money into that car because of its mileage and history. Frankly, Im surprised the car has lasted this long. Its is our back up car.

This place. I wish I could give it a zero. If you get any service done. Clear you schedule you will be there all day. They kept my cat over night and still couldnt find the problem. They fixed something I didnt even need fixed and charged me 400.00. Im still having the same problem they just took my money

Taking my car here was the worst mistake. My car was in perfect running condition before I took it into this place for an oil change. I had taken it here before and it was during one of those times that they recommended I change the front shocks & struts because of the high mileage in my car. I didn’t have the money then so I returned this past week when I had finally saved enough for it. From the moment I drove off the parking lot I knew something was wrong with my car, it shook and made noises when I turned and the engine light came on. I took it back the next day and was told they couldn’t figure out what had happened and that I should take my car to the dealership and have them figure it out. The dealership has said that the parts they added to my car are not compatible and it’s going to cost me 8k to run further diagnostics to try to figure out what else this place did to my car because my car is now inoperable. Words can’t express how angry and disappointed I am with this place. I hope my experience will help people understand the incompetence of this shop.

Outstanding experience. They have my business.I had an alignment done on my truck. I asked to see the specs before and after since I put a lift on the truck I was curious. I had called ahead so I was out of there in well under two hours. Since I worked as a mechanic many years ago, I know this is perfectly acceptable and I am very happy with the service.Richard gave me a follow up call on Friday the day after my trucks service due to my unique situatuation. He was concerned that things hadnt worked out. It worked out great and better than I had hoped.When tires are worn a certain way they tend to pull the vehicle one way ot the other. I knew from my experience that this would happen, so it was no surprise because I fully understand what tire wear is the culprit. The specs on the alignment were perfect. I havent done an alignment since December 1988, so my memory is a little fuzzy.Just to be clear, my tires need to be replaced.The alignment is perfect.The guys and the service was great. We even got to joke around a little. Since I am an adult, I appeciate that. Another reviewer without a sense of humor feels otherwise. I believe that I I was there at the same time as that reviewer and now you have two opinions. I was entertained. The other reviewer was offended.I am very glad to have found an honest shop and had a great experience there. When I get new tires I can return within 90 days to have the alignment checked again for free. Mentioning Discount Tires had referred me enabled a discount for me. This is no guarantee, but I have found that being polite and patient opens the door to possibilities.This a great shop with great people and my experience will guarantee my return.I wanted to comment on another review.All parts are not created equal. Buying cheap is not always the best idea. Shops do markup the prices because that is what a business does.A fan clutch is entirely necessary to air conditioning. Without it, the air conditioning will not work as it should. Any competent mechanic takes notice of things like belts, leaks and a fan clutch because these are integral to the performance of the A/C. It isnt the mechanics fault that parts wear out or fail. Do you really expect them to provide the parts and labor for free? If they tell you sonething needs serviced, it is because it needs to be done. Car Shield suggests that all cars break down. That is a lie. However, poorly maintained cars do break down. I have driven close to a half million miles and never had a break down that wasnt caused by me or someone else (ex wife). I did wear out a starter while delivering pizza, but it had been complaining noisily for two weeks before it stopped working. It was my fault for ignoring it.

Took my car in today for rear tire breakpads needing to be replaced and break fluid too. Cost me 275 dollars and change. I cried. The people at the office are really nice though. Very friendly and respectful. Took a little over an our for them to check out my car to diagnose the problem and about 2 hours extra before I got my car. Idk anything about cars but for those of you who do, is there a place cheaper to do break pads....for future references lol. But I went to Break Masters because they were recommended by an employee at discount tires whom I buy my tires from.Hopefully all is well with my tire and breakpads for the rest of my life. *sigh*

Came here twice the first time they treated me nicely second time not so much there were women there they treated the women nicely not so much myself they never value anyones time the first time they did ok work for a fair amount of money but they lie about how long things take them and most of the time no one was working on my car except when I complain to them about it they should pay me for all my time wasted and they should treat everyone good not sure how they have such good rating they definitely dont deserve. Made a appointment two days ago for today and they acted like I never made a appointment. It takes them a hour to do a oil change thats what they told me themselves plus unlimited waiting time you can go to Valvoline which is what I did and in less then a hour with a wait your in and out

I had my SUV here getting coolant flushed and brake inspection. Office was during visit for me front desk was good and work done was good why Im angry is I have chrome rims and the center piece was missing when I got home that covers the the bolts. I called over to brake masters and they promised they didnt have and never touched the tires. Now days later I get a phone call and its hey we found it actually and Im thinking well dah you did take the tires off I watched you. So of course I already spent $90 to order a new one from the factory and Im out this money for there quality of a inspection of work and also didnt know it was in there meaning this location is not organized. So thank you for making me charge this $90 plus interest on my credit card that I cant return. I appreciate this expense that should not of happened.

I was able to have the breaks and rotors fixed on my Subaru the same day and significantly less expensive than other quotes. Tori at the front desk was an ABSOLUTE gem. She made the experience a breeze and was such a joy during a chore that usually really sucks! I won’t go anywhere else now.

All I needed was an oil change. So, I started reading reviews for BM on Rock Springs and I thought, why not!?. Drove up and saw all spots were full, which is always a good sign. But, thought it would be too long of a wait for just an O.C. Walked in and chopped it up with Joe (Store Manager), and he promised to get me out in time to pick up my Son. While waiting in the customer lobby, I got to see how Joe and Nester flow. Great communication and respectful all around - another great sign. I’m personally impressed with their honesty and service. I knew there was an issue with the car, and Nester called it out exactly - no BS up sell on anything else I knew I didn’t need. They definitely earn their 5-Star reviews, and you, as a customer, deserve this type of auto service! I’m a loyal client, and I’ll be back.

I wanted to get new brakes for my vehicle after buying a trailer. I took it to an independent mechanic who did a bad job and left my rear brakes vibrating and making noises, something that my vehicle NEVER did before. I went to Busy Buggy Auto and all they did was change my front brakes without properly investigation the issue. Plus it felt like they were out to make more money and didnt really care. Then I decided to do a little research and found Brake Masters. Brake Masters took their time to evaluate the issue and came to a conclusion as to what happened. They said it was my rear drums and that it looked as if the independent mechanic drove the vehicle with the emergency brakes on which caused the drums to warp. Long story short they changed my rear drums and my vehicle is now back to normal. No noises and its braking smooth. The same mechanic that fixed my brakes even went out of his way to hitch our trailer to our vehicle for us in the rain. It was raining hard that day. Overall I am pleased with their service. I went to Brake Masters #221 convinced that I had break issues, I was wrong. These guys inspected my car and concluded it was my tires. No charge. They easily could have taken advantage of my ignorance, but instead they helped me through a confusing time.

Getting ready to go to work my car was making a metal screeching grinding noise I drove it a block to Brake master . After putting it on the lift he came back to show me a pebble had lodge in and was causing the noise. He calmed me down and made me feel like the most important person there. I truly recommend the guys there for any service needed they now a customer for life.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lets face it, theres a ton of automotive repair / brake joints in Vegas, so I was skeptical. But Tony (Manager) & his Team really took care of me! I brought in my mothers Cadillac in that was experiencing a very slight buffering. It was only noticable at higher speeds, and was previously misdiagnosed at another brake specialist. They simply said they couldnt find a problem. But, it continued to drive my mom crazy. Tony personally took me on a road test, put the car up on the rack, and quickly diagnosed a slightly warped front right rotor. They replaced the front rotors, inspected the rear, and my mom was back on the road in short order, with no more issues! We are making Brake Masters our family go-to for all future brake work! What a pleasant experience! Wonderful Customer service - they expressed gratitude for the work several times, explained and educated me about the problem and what needed to be done, and did an excellent job.

Went for an alignment customer service was good the only downfall is dirt from hands all over the handle exterior and anywhere inside they touched. You could feel the dirt from their hands on the wheel and gear selector even got a smudge in the headliner. The price was great service was great just would suggest gloves?

I have had the pleasure on two separate occasions to be recipient of honest, fast, and friendly service. Both times there was something very minor with my car that was tripping sensors. Tony and his team quickly determined the problem and found solutions that didn’t cost me a dime. It is so hard to find GOOD people that want to help and do it with integrity. I highly recommend this shop. They know what they are doing and you can be sure that whatever they charge is fair.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I went there thinking my front brake pads were shot and maybe more. They removed all four tires and analyzed the potential problem. They showed me all my pads were at 50% and the rotors were fine. I had simply heated up the rotors coming down the mountain stuck behind a bunch of brake riders!BM could have EASILY replaced at least my front pads, but they told me my car was fine!I brought them a large pizza for their trouble and thanked them.I WILL ABSOLUTELY USE THEM WHEN I NEED THEIR SERVICES AND YOU SHOULD, TOO!

Its not often that I go somewhere that impresses me enough to write a review. Tony and his shop are top notch. I sincerely believe that Tony actually cares about his customers and their vehicle safety. They offer so many services, but at no time did I feel pressure to buy anything I didnt need, nor any pressure for upgrades. I cant say enough about what a great experience this was, but I think the fact that I came back the next day with our other vehicle says it all .

I walked in here because I always eat at the In-n-Out on the corner. I suspected I needed new pads. I talked to Ernie (hope Im spelling that correctly) and he told me he would be happy to take a look at no charge. I handed over the keys and was quoted with a couple different possibilities, at modest prices.I popped out for a smoke, came back in and chatted for a few minutes, and just like that, Ernie was telling me my brakes were fine. Showed me everything and told me the details. He didnt try to upsell me. Im really quite amazed at the honesty here. Ill be sure to come here when my brakes really do need to be fixed.Great service. Great staff. Efficient work. Nice area. Nice prices.

Bad, bad, bad. People dont even realize theyre getting taken advantage of here which is so sad. I came in for an A/C recharge & was told it would be $130. Sounds good so far, right? Then he said I needed the fan clutch fixed (which we already knew) but I CAME IN for the A/C! He said I needed the fan clutch fixed in order to fix the A/C which is NOT true, so instead of just recharging the A/C for $130 he said its going to be $400 (YES, seriously) I was like ummm he-- no that is not what we came in here for?! How about being HONEST & giving me the option to recharge the A/C & come back to do the fan clutch later, instead of telling me to make an appointment so you can do BOTH repairs & get more money out of me?! He even looked up the part I needed at $100 which is WAY overpriced for that part since we found it for $30 NEW. And when I called the next day just to clarify the total again for BOTH the A/C & fan clutch he said $180, which is NOT the total price!!! This guy either really sucks at communicating with people or hes super shady. Be careful & make sure you get a detailed summary of all the charges BEFORE you pay!

This place used to be amazing. I have no idea what happened, but theyve really gone downhill. Not going back. Better and friendly place across the street helped solve a quick and simple temperature gauge issue.

Came in to get my front CV axles changed out on my Mazda 6, they let me bring in the parts to be installed and had it done within the suggested time. Came back a few days later thinking my breaks were messing up on me and they told me they were okay and even checked the car out again for free. These guys arent crooks just honest people trying to make a living in a profession consumed by snakes. Give these guys a chance! Ill be back to have them install my new suspension and alignment in a few months. Never had customer service this great from an auto shop, the man at the front desk was the most understanding guy and was also doing work in some vehicles when there werent any new customers . All and all without out a doubt the best place Ive been to repair my car ever.

Needed to check brakes, had a coupon, so I gave them a try. Most excellent decision! No appointment, but stopped and was immediately greeted by Tony, a very friendly manager. They pulled car in and checked all brakes, he then invited me to visually see the state of affairs. Showed me, as I suspected rears should be rebuilt AND said fronts were just fine. Did not try to up sell me me and honored coupon I had. I found no fault with this company or my visit.

Every year I come here for everything my gosh darn blasted car throws at me and they are fantastic! My go to place never try and push sells and help with planning out work. He even gets one of the guys to give you a ride home till the car is done and pick you back up! My go to place. Definitely trust worthy!

I took my truck here for an alignment a while back then made the mistake of assuming it was done right. After not paying attention to my tires for too long it turns out their alignment had ruined the front tires on a new set with uneven wear all the way through the tread. In a perfect world they would fix it and replace the front tires. No compensation for the tires. And because I didnt realize within 90 days that their alignment was defective, they were going to make me pay full price again for them to fix their previous work. I ended up taking it to A Arrow Alignment and had a great experience there. They took the time to show me how the front tires were fighting each other to death and got everything straightened out.

AMAZING! No seriously, They went above & beyond! At first the price was higher than expected but the manager Tony gave me a package deal that allowed me to still get the breaks& Rotors I needed replaced but at a price i was able to afford! They also went above and beyond fixing my blinker & even looked into my tires for me! While I was waiting my phone died. All I asked for was a note pad to keep me busy & not only did they provide that BUT they let me use their charger! I overheard Tony tellling one of his Employees that he used to work for a manager who didn’t opporate correctly & he knew of better ways to do things.... &Thats what made him/his customer service the way it has become today!
