A bit of a story, but I drove down from Beaverton Oregon to Las Vegas for a vacation. along they way, I heard a rock hit my windshield. Looked at glass and didn’t see anything. On Saturday, July 3rd, I went out to get in my car and noticed a huge crack.Reached out to The Best Auto Glass on a Saturday before a holiday weekend and not only did they work with me, but Crystal, the owner went out of her way to keep me informed of the progress and issues with my insurance company. In the end we got everything worked out and I don’t have to drive home with a cracked windshield.They did an awesome job on my Mustang. Crystal was hugely helpful in dealing with my insurance and being patient with them. She kept working with their excessive long hold times on the phone and bringing me in to conversations when needed. Needless to say I was very impressed by her professionalism and willingness to see it through for me, her customer.The installer was professional and very careful with his work around my specialty paint. He did an awesome job and was enjoyable to talk with. He completed this work in 100+ degree weather, outside.I highly recommend them for the work on windshield replacement. I have had many replaced in the past in my Home town and I have never had this level of service from any of the companies there.I cannot thank Crystal enough for her help getting through this with my insurance and seeing it through including a follow up visit to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Her work as an owner shows the pride she takes in her company and the workmanship they do.

I did lots of research on here and on google to find a business to fix my windshield crack that has been there for a year. I decided to contact Crystal two days ago and got a reply right away. She’s amazing at communicating with her customers and very very adaptable and ready to accommodate them. She was punctual and the crack is pretty much gone!! What an awesome experience! Turned a nightmare into a big sigh of relief. Day 1 in a 7 day road trip to Utah and my 2 month old Tesla Model Y gets a nasty rock chip the size of a baby tarantula! It was Sunday in Las Vegas and nobody was open, then like a voice of an angel, Crystal picked up the phone! I was offered the option to take the car to her or for the equivalent price of a hotel margarita she could come to the hotel parking garage and do the repair on site. She did an amazing job IN THE DARK! And she really is an expert in her field, including how to handle insurance claims and glass replacements. When it comes to auto glass repair, look no further in Vegas.My vehicle took a nasty rock hit that left what felt like an unrepairable creator. I had one other company look at the damage and suggest a replacement, but later contacted this team who believed it was still repairable. They were able to squeeze in an appointment the same day as the quote, and did not disappoint with the repair. At the end the windshield was still salvageable with only the impact point left as a noticeable mark (to be expected given the damage).The level of knowledge of both windshields and insurance claims for them was top notch. The price was very reasonable, and offered mobility of location if necessary. To top it all off, the kindness and customer service was off the charts.Simply put, I can’t imagine wanting anything more from my windshield repair. Will use again for any other windshield repair/replacement needs.

I had a chip in my windshield and a small crack that was beginning to run. After the repair - the crack disappeared and there is only a very small spot where the chip was (barley noticeable). I had a bird fly into the windshield of my 2017 Jeep Wrangler while driving down the highway (How many points is that?).I found Vegas Auto Glass Experts and received a quote. Price was right, they worked around my schedule and did a great job installing the new windshield. Nels took care of the procedure and was really a stand up guy.Not only do I recommend them, since the jeep has a vertical windshield that loves rocks and other debris, I’m sure I will be calling them again in the future.

I was absolutely panicking when I found two of my windows smashed in after work on a Monday night and spent all day Tuesday trying to find the best and cheapest place to replace them. A rock hit my windshield on the way to las vegas from California and cracked it half way across the glass. I was reading reviews online and it was horror story after horror story about bad glass shops.Luckily I found VEGAS Auto Glass Experts before I nearly gave up and decided to get it done back in Cali.They are one of the few glass shops in Vegas that are recognized by insurance companies as a preferred vendor meaning the insurance companies stand behind their workmanship for life! So I learned something and I made a great choice!They were able to do it mobile for only a $25 dollar fee. I had my glass replaced at the MGM casino parking garage the installer called on his way3 hours after my original call, I unlocked the car and went back to my room and got a call 45 mins later from the office to collect my payment! Flawless business. Professional and efficient! 10 stars for them. Worth every penny! Thanks!
