Due to low windshield stock supplies nationwide as a result of Covid, they were able to find an excellent used windshield for my Nissan Frontier for far less money👍👍

This place Advertises mobile service anD when I inquired about it.... all of the sudden they don’t offer mobile services. Very unprofessional. I’ll hire someone else who has better reviews and I’m sure will tint better than these guys. As a local business owner... I would never lie to potential clients about a service we offer.

What should have been a 35-40 min job it took them 2 1/2 hours and didnt bother to tell us that the glass wasnt ready and they had to go pick it up

Got our front windshield replaced here and they broke a piece on the side of my truck and never told us and as I was driving on the freeway it flew off and we then noticed all they did was try and glue it back together. We went back multiple times trying to talk to a manager which for some reason is NEVER there and the people that are there are very rude and have horrible attitudes.. they basically laugh in your face. We have never heard back from them after all of the messages and it’s been almost a year already.. I don’t know how any company thinks this is acceptable and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone..

I had my front window replaced a little over a year ago,and have gone back many times trying to get it fixed and kept getting a run a round from everyone, I thought my window was done good,went home didnt wash it foralmost a week just to be sure although they said 3 days,,it does not rain much in Vegas but once it did the it leaked into my car over the driver side visor and got the carpet wet to,this happens every time it rains,now because it has been over a year they wont fix it and its notfair because they were the ones giving me the run-around,i shouldnt have to pay another $185 because you cant cant fix a mistake you did

I highly recommend Kings Auto Glass, my car got broken into last night and they came and fixed everything the next day at great price. Keep up the good work!

They did come but they were 2.5 hrs late. Every time I called they did the whole, “We got stuck in traffic. We’ll be there in 15.” Then when they got here they brought the wrong glass so instead of being without my car for 30 min, it ended up being 3 hrs. I get that things happen, but let me know so I can adjust my day.

There the best workers and pluse the best thing about that is that the work fast and clean so I would recommend then a hundred time more then the other people that put car windows

Prejudice service, as soon as they saw my Puerto Rican key chain on the keys that were handed to them instantly the service downgraded. This family business should be ashamed of themselves after what my husband and I went through with them. I went in to get all my windows tinted - they told me it would take 2 hours. 3 hours passed and I had called to see if they were ready and the son - and son is what I refer to him because neither of them were professional enough to introduce themselves. So the son tells me 20 mins you can come by following his instructions I make my way to get my car and they were STILL working on it and I was waiting for almost another hour. Bubbles appeared and the mother tells me in Spanish because she said she doesnt speak any English at all if the bubbles dont go down in three days come back I proceed to check out my car and noticed that the windshield wasnt tinted as I asked. Which I mentioned to there rude son who didnt even acknowledge if he heard me or not. She seems frustrated, I tell her add it please. So now I gotta waste another 30 minutes and wait in my mothers car luckily because their waiting room is a joke. They left a mess when they were done, strips of the material they use to tint the windows were left all inside my car, I went to pay with my card and the lady shakes her head no and says she doesnt take the card...um okay, so I pay in cash. Three days go by and the tints are all bubbly, my husband and I stop by to show them and the mother proceeds to say shell fix it but now shes speaking English perfectly fine and understands it well now that my husband is talking to her with authority. So I ask I thought you didnt speak English and then replies in Spanish a little bit Okay lady youre playing games and I dont like it at all - I tell my husband how I feel, he is also frustrated because he was referred by his job & when we mention her husband Christians name now she is acting like there isnt no one by that name. I tell my husband lets get our money back and let them take the tints off because this is ridiculous now. My husband went the next day to get the tints removed they arent happy to see us, the wife already has an attitude because my husband is taking pictures of the tints. She starts to mock my husband by speaking in Spanish in a Puerto Rican dialect - assuming he is Puerto Rican when he isnt, hes actually Cuban which sounds similar. My husband was beyond frustrated at this point and embarrassed as well. Not only did they did a horrible service putting the tints on they did even worse job taking them off by cutting my window side panel! Not only did we get our money back, we also got money for the damage they caused. They should just shut down and find something else to do where they dont have to deal with customers because there service deserves 0 stars. (review was written by my wife)

They are not professional, I wanted a glass to be replaced and the day I called I asked them for a price and told them that if they put it at me what time they came to my house and they told me how at 5:00 in the afternoon they passed 5 and nothing ever came, the next day they call me lady will still want the glass and I told her yesterday I was waiting for them and she tells me is that we didnt find the glass yesterday (but they never called me to tell me) and I said ok come on put it on and he says ok right now I call him in 1 hour to see if I got it, hours went by and nothing that calls me then I call him back and he says oh leave Czech if they got it in the minutes he sends me text if I got it I arrive in 40 minutes and Im fine here I wait for it and I never get there or never notice me they are nothing professional never take their cars there 😡😡😡
