We went here for help with our back bumper that had popped off. They were extremely kind and helpful! They worked fast and were able to pop our bumper back on. Incredibly good value and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

I would love to give 5 stars, there paint quality was supreme after a few attempts with bumper. Meme? the Autobody customer coordinator tried to tell me that I had to take my vehicle into Jagaur on my own Dime and have them fix my camera on my mirror. Odd it was working just fine before I dropped it off. After some research and investigation the mirror was fine, its my front camera! It has become completely inoperable after Updated Auto took off my bumper and painted it. I was promised followup and the shop was going to order the camera (all good) -- Right ? Wrong! -- After my third attempt traveling from another state I finally had them release my vehicle despite the camera issue. This was a mistake. The Autobody customer coordinator has ghosted me, she went dark, no answers despite 5 emails asking for a followup! 3 weeks later its clear I have been scammed defrauded out of a part the costs over $1000! On top of that the shop was responsible for this shortcoming! I do not recommend this shop because of dishonest unfulfilled commitments and promises.

They will have you wait 30 mins in line then it takes 15 mins to sign in for a dog and to top it all off, theyll make you wait another 15 to 20 mins for a staff member to come and get your dog. What a big fat wait of time. They get paid to be there and Im paying to be there, go figure.

Broke my camera on my car, took no ownership and never fixed it. The company has now completely ghosted me.

Excellent service! I had such a positive experience with Updated Auto. Unfortunately I ended up having to have my car serviced there twice. Once due an accident and second time for a huge scratch from something. I tried to repair it myself but that didn’t work out. The first visit I was sent by an insurance company due to being hit head on and Updated Auto really did a great job so it was a no brainer to go back to them to repair my door. Excellent customer service, front desk and staff very friendly, personable and professional, excellent work. My door looks brand new. I dropped it off and two days later it was ready. And they put some type of air freshener in my car that had my garage smelling good for days. I definitely recommend them if you need your high end luxury vehicle repaired. I’m hoping I don’t need them again anytime soon but if I do I would definitely have Updated Auto repair my Range Rover again.

These people are so kind! The owner opened my car door for me as i dropped my car off and he offered to help me get my kids carseats moved over once i was picking my car back up. They also offered to help get my rental picked up for me, they called the rental company and everything! They really went above and beyond which meant so much! Anyone can fix a car but these kind gestures are what makes all the difference!!

Updated Body & Paint did absolutely excellent work on my Range Rover.It looks as good, if not better than new.The service was impeccable and Randy was excellent on keeping me informed through the entire process.I was extremely satisfied with the entire process.Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this place. Very professional environment with nice owner and staff. Purchased a Lexus ES 350 here but found out later amplifier and radio was not functional. They offered to replace it all, no charge. Joel was nice and took care of me the whole way through. Will be recommending everyone to updated auto.

The cleanest best bodyshop in town

These guys sell cars on the side apparently but they advertise cars they dont actually have or want to sell. Was ready to buy the vehicle only to be told that the boss took it to California for two weeks putting untold amounts of miles on a vehicle they are trying to sell??? They also lied about the mileage on the vehicle as the Carfax didnt match what they were claiming. Guy told me hed contact me when the vehicle was returned, but no longer interested at this point. Never heard from them again. Not professional. Complete waste of time.

Dropped my car off on an insurance claim, when I got it back I was extremely pleased with the results. Quality work. They even cleaned it before they gave it back to me, not talking a quick hose down, but a thorough interior/exterior cleaning.

I wish I could rate this shop based on their service, but unfortunately cant. I went in today to get an estimate to see how much it would be to repair my car, and at first was greeted by the friendly receptionist and by Randy. I was then handed off to another lady (Liz?)who asked me a few questions. I told her I was looking at estimates since I might have to pay out of pocket. She then said that if Ive already looked at estimates then theres no point in her writing me one since I should already have an idea of what it may cost to repair. Then she tried to justify her not writing it by saying that she could low ball a price to get my job, but then it would be more.I work in service too, and I dont turn away customers just because they have other estimates. I give them estimates for what they need, and also let them know what we offer and how we compare.Doing a repair is more than just getting a price, its about feeling comfortable with the company enough to trust them with your car. But just being brushed off because you dont feel that you need to write up an estimate shows poor customer service. Maybe I just caught her in a bad day, but that shouldnt be an excuse for the lack of service I received.

I recently had my car (2011 Mercedes S550) worked on it by Updated Auto . What a great people!!! Excellent body and mechanical work also the price was very reasonable. The place looks very clean and organized with quality people with a excellent customer service.These shop was recommended by my insurance company. After i saw the negative review i was bit skeptical but i gave it a try. Just want to say they exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend anyone who needs body and mechanical work done on there car by honest and professional people.

Just picked up my MK6 and what a awesome job! Had my bumper replaced and painted by Updated Auto. Their professionalism and work compelled me to write a review, considering a lot of people will look at them before spending money. I came to the Updated Auto to fix a problem in my car brakes pads and rotors. Those people were very friendly and trustworthy, and they took care of my car, as well as, they gave me advice about how to avoid future mechanical problems in my car. They fixed my car problem on time as they promised me. In addition, if they need to replace something in your car, they always ask you if you agree to do that and they give an estimate of the cost. Therefore, I highly recommend anyone who wants to fix his/her car or do any auto body work to come to the updated auto because I had the best experience with those people.

The reason for the 5 Star rating? Each time I/we walked away saying, We may not like to have accidents to fix, but these people know what they are doing, do it fast, keep us informed, and their pricing is the best we have encountered (we have very high deductibles on purpose so we general pay for every repair ourselves). Just got my baby back. After being in the shop for 35 days, despite the two week delay by the other guys insurance company, my car is back and working great.My car was sideswiped August 15, 2015by a van. My entire side of the car required work, and the insurance company kept delaying. Finally I was able to get my car into the shop. I chose Updated Auto because of the many positive reviews.My front bumper and sideview mirror were broken. the side was smashed in. After taking the bumper off, there was additional damage found. They worked with the insurance company and were able to get all the repairs done. The end result: my car looks like it did the day it came off the truck when I originally bought it.A big thank you to Randy and all the people at Updated Auto. I have another car that needs work done, and my usual place cannot do the work. However, Updated Auto can do the work and they are now my bodyshop of choice.

This was by far the worst body shop i ever went to.. If you get referred to go their from Lexus jaguar or range rover please do not go... They are totally disrespectful and they are liars... Angel was the worst he did not keep me informed... My car was there for a month with out him calling me keeping me informed.. I had to call them and wait on hold to ask a question about my car...the only damage was a hood and a windsheid and they charged my insurance over 4000$ and they still did not complete the job..im hoping the owner reimburse me my money..

They did excellent work on three of our most expensive vehicles a Ferrari, Lamborghini and Bentley.

My toyota got in to a big accident, my rear bumper was all damaged. This being my first real major accident i didnt know who to really trust, i worked right down the street so i took it into this updated being kind of reluctant at first. however the staff and management of the body shop put me at ease right away. I spoke to the owner himself this being really werid because now a days you really dont see that kind of personal service. Kyle wrote the estimate and took care of the car rental and insureance clam for me on the spot. i didnt realy have do anywork which was a real relief. When i got the car back, it looked like there was no damage what so ever, and they even fixed the rear view mirror which i didnt even tell them about, for free!!!...wow... This was a nice little surprise, i strongly suggest this body shop if you want that personal touch.
