This place is a total rip-off joke. I told them after the repairs of our car that to moldings were not attached properly. So what they did was super glue one of them instead of snapping it on properly and the other one he went to the other side of the car and bent that one to match the bent one on the wrecked side. They didnt even try to cover up the tool marks that they used to bend the one on the not wrecked side
From the time I scheduled the appointment for them to see the damages to my car to my picking up my car the customer service was impeccable. They were consistent in their updates, providing me with texts and phone calls. They never let me “wonder” what was happening. They exceeded my expectations vs meeting them. I am an executive within the casino industry opening casinos all over the world and training customer service. They have amazing customer service and follow through. My car was completed an entire day ahead of schedule. I will always use them as an example of great customer service when training casinos!!!

Worst experience ever!!! Something is still wrong with the front end of our vehicle and that’s how that retuned it to us after an accident where another vehicle hit us in the middle of our expedition going 55-60 MPH which joilted the entire vehicle. Clearly there is something still wrong with our vehicle and Service King is not taking responsibility when it is their problem. When my family is injured due driving around in an unsafe vehicle due to Service King’s ineptness, I’ll be sure everyone knows who to go after!!!

I had an excellent experience at the Service King located on Azure Rd. in northwest Las Vegas. They were very professional, provided outstanding customer service and the quality of their work was far above average. In addition, their office area is large and open, not cramped and full of customers waiting to be helped. The staff is knowledgeable, competent and helpful. Finally, they provided updates regarding all aspects of the work, and completed the work ahead of schedule! All together, an excellent experience.

I did not get my part painted at this location. Initially because it was an aftermarket part I was told.they would not warranty the paint. I was quoted 450 for my bumper. Was asked the Vin # but was told then to come back some other time and make an appointment. Ill just go to LMS paint where walk ins are welcome and the last time they painted my aftermarket parts they did give me a warranty for the paint job

So I wrote a pretty nice review in the past once I had initially got my car back from Service King in August/September. Their service center overlooked damage from an accident that I only noticed when it became a problem in January. I took my car back to Service Kings to show them promptly. They had the service tech who actually fixed it, look back at it. I said hey this was overlooked from the accident, I thought this was fixed. He said very matter-of-factly that it was not his problem and that I had to call State Farm to handle it. He refused to say he overlooked it, but did say explicitly that he didnt even look in that area to begin with. The problem was there when the car got in the accident, how do you overlook damage? He told me it was my fault that it wasnt pointed out sooner and since I didnt have 100% proof, its not their problem. I understand where theyre coming from, but at what point does the customer have to sit there and say why is it my job to look at, find, and document ALL damage? I worked with State Farm only to have them got told by the service center that they didnt believe that the damage was from the accident because I couldnt prove it. So both parties were denying any fault in overlooking any damage. So now I have a $1,300 repair that unless I fix, will only get worse.
They were very accommodating in getting my front bumper fixed. Kept me up of what was going on every day via phone conversation or text. They even washed my car& vaccum the interior. I was very delighted.
Not bad at first but not getting a return call made me go elsewhere.
They were courteous, did a great job, kept me inform what was going on and quick. The work was beautifully done. I would use them again.
My car looks fabulous! The paint matches. The service team was polite and explained everything that needed to happen on my end to complete the work. My car was ready a few days earlier than first stated, making me even more satisfied.

Recently had repair work on the rear quarter panel of my car. The service was completed on the promised schedule. The repair is seamless. The service staff was polite and professional. Definitely recommend that you consider Service King if you need any body work for your car.
My vehicle looked great when I picked it up. Estimate for repairs was around $5500 which insurance paid. They had the car for 3 weeks which was 1 week sooner then expected. I asked them to clean the passenger headlight to match the new one on the drivers side which which they forgot to do. I spoke to Juan a few times prior and he assured me they would do this and I would pay an additional $58 which was fine but didn’t happen. Everything else looked fine. After 2 weeks I started to notice my bumper departing From the body on the right quarter panel. I moved out of state and insurance sent me to a recommended dealer. Needless to say it’s still not fixed right. I had 2 corrective repairs and within a day it still comes apart. The insurance adjuster came And noticed they put a reconstructed bumper on my car instead of a new one on my Toyota Camry. The difference in cost was within $50 bucks. Adjuster also noticed they didn’t place my radiator protector back on the vehicle correctly and it wasn’t even secured. It Just popped off. The adjuster paid me by check to let it be. Needless to say! They rushed my service job and ordered refurbished parts instead of new ones which led me to have issues almost immediately. My bumper to this day still comes apart. I will be moving closer to a service king in Georgetown, TX within the next 6 weeks and will see if they will correct this.
The shop loby was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The person who did the estimate recognized damage I hadnt noticed and assured me it would look great after the repairs. I was very happy with the results and the text updates were very helpful.
This company is the place to go for great service and knowledgeable employees. My car is a 2008 Cadilac CTS and they matched the paint exactly. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them!
I was kept up to date on everything. We a part that came in was damaged they called me and let me know they were sending it back for a new one. It one set may due date back one day.

This place might do great collision repair, but the customer service experience was frustrating. I walked in this morning around 7:40 to get an estimate for a minor repair to my vehicle. There was one customer in the lobby talking to the receptionist. Some employees were in a meeting room adjacent to the lobby and a few others were in the estimators area. Several walked by me without acknowledgement. After about 10 minutes the receptionist greeted me and asked for my last name. I told her was there for an estimate only, not to drop off a car. She then asked one of the estimators to take a look at my car. I heard him ask her for what insurance company to which she replied it was customer pay. That is not correct - I am using my insurance to pay for the repairs. Regardless, I sat for another 10 minutes while the estimator did something else and then got up and left. I drove up the street to Jim Marsh auto body where I was greeted immediately and had an estimator looking at my car within minutes of arrival.
Over priced. added work on to estimate I didnt request. Got 2 other estimates elsewhere 1200.00 less! Wouldnt use them ever.
OmgJust picked up my car from having a collision on the back driver side of my vehicle. They were wonderful through the whole process es kept me update, finished before expect went above and beyond in repairs. Customer service respectful and very knowledgeable. Like Im over happy with the end product of there service. Like thank you service kings. Most definitely recommend them.
Was involved in a miner fender bender in January. Service King did a great job of repairing the damage. However had to go back three different times because of issues with my blind spot monitoring system not working which was not an issue before my visit. Staff was great. But big inconvenience to go back three times to fix something that was not originally damaged.
In October my cars sun roof was shattered, I took it to a auto shop to get repaired, they never got all the glass out and the mechanicals of the system were still damaged. I was referred to service king by USAA, and family after. They not only had the whole sun roof replaced, they also removed every piece of glass. The people there were very friendly and understanding. In all the repair took less than a week. I highly recommend these people.

From the time I checked in with Stormy at the front desk I received a warm welcome. Christopher Wade was my service advisor and he came out and greeted me with a smile and provided the upmost respect and quality customer service throughout the whole time. I heard from Christopher daily with updates and status as they pertain to my vehicle. I have absolutely no complaint and I am thoroughly satisfied with how much care & concern the two of them had for me and my vehicle. My experience was customer service at its finest!

PHENOMENAL place. No hassle, No drama, no BS! I had a cracked open headlight, a dented in side panel, and a wrecked bumper that my dealership REFUSED to replace! I decided to give these guys a shot since they were right down the street and I was taken care of and setup with an appointment to drop my car off within five minutes (And they fixed everything INCLUDING the bumper my dealership was denying!). I wasnt jerked around like I was at my dealership. Everyone was extremely professional and laid everything out for you right on the table so to speak, so you knew first hand that there was going to be no funny business or work arounds. I felt valued and they put my mind at ease immediately that my car was going to be in the best hands possible. They asked for 5-7 days and had it done within 4. Looks brand new and I could never tell the car was ever damaged! I got personal updates from the associate overseeing my cars repairs and he was around for any questions at any time. I would take my car here and any future cars here for repairs every single time. They wont jerk you around like your dealership might!

Yall this place is great! I came in to have my back bumper replaced and it was easy as pie. The other persons insurance paid for everything so Im not sure about cost, but service wise, efficiency, communication, and just over all kindness was spot on. They even cleaned my car for me!!There were issues with the rental car and the other partys insurance but they resolved it as quickly and diligently as they could. I know it was annoying and everyone had to go above and beyond the usual efforts but they made it their priority to iron it all out for me. On the day it was ready, Stormy waited ten minutes after closing for me to come pick it up. She was very kind. Its also super convenient that their business is so close to the car rental company and that they have a partnership.I also needed a oil change but they politely mentioned they dont do those services but pointed me to a really great shop in walking distance. Over all I am happy with my experience.

This Service King is one of the best places in town to take your car for repairs after an accident. Danny Hernandez and the rest of the team are professional, trustworthy, and compassionate people. Its hard to beat the quality of their work and their customer service. My car went in for repairs when a dumpster damaged my rear right fender, and its back again because of a hit and run. This is the only place I will bring my cars to when they need body or paint work done. I highly recommend this particular Service King for any sort of body or paint work.

After plenty of phone calls and left messages, the Service Advisor has yet to call me back about vehicle status. This is over a period of a couple of weeks.Edited 1/4/18 for more information: Today, I was called by the Service Advisor. Although logistics didnt run smooth, I was offered an apology and continued support. I feel like it was a genuine apology and adjust my review accordingly.
5 stars is too few. I was in an accident on February 6th and I had my vehicle in the lot on the 7th. Just picked up my vehicle on the 21st (8 days sooner than the original plan) and I am thrilled with the level of care that they have shown. They replaced the entire truck bed, rear bumper, passenger tail light, tire, and wheel. I cant even tell there was ever an incident. They even took the time to put my bed liner and cover on the new truck bed (something I did not expect.) The items I had in the bed of the truck were neatly placed in the cab and the cab was freshly vacuumed and clean. Dillon D was in charge of my repairs and he made sure that my truck was returned in pristine condition. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs repairs. Bottom line, there is a reason they call themselves Service King.

Very shady business working in cahoots with my insurance to undermine the safe repair and return of my 2018 vehicle. Somehow the estimate for extensive rear end damage came in under $1400 and only $500 for paint and labor. Yeah right. They are planning to do some kind of sham patchwork and hope that Im an idiot. Getting my car out of there and to certified experts!!! My brother just had a small sideswipe on his 2017 scion repaired there for $1K. I know body shops charge a lot and usually people are looking for the best rates, but I would have to be a damn fool to think that they are safely repairing my new car for that price. Never using this scam of a business. Dillon Dessantis is the incompetent tech behind this scheme. Pathetic.
Hello we are helping a very needy family for Christmas, and my husband was trying to paint a rocking chair for the child and its just to cold and was not working out. I went over to Service King who has repaired my cars and paint them before and asked the Manager if they could help me get this little chair painted. The manager spoke up in there meeting and told me to leave it. That they would paint it for me. I am so very grateful to the manager and others there for their compassion for this family and forme. Brought my vehicle here with the window sticking and it came out in non working order (will not go up or down after leaving). They said it was because of the insurance company would not authorize work to be done and the insurance company says it was because of their recommendation. Either way customers beware. You should find a better collision shop that takes better care of there customers.
I have nice cars and I have a beater. Their attention to detail and desire to go the extra mile sometimes depends on how much they like your car.When I took my lesser car (in good shape) they were much less careful with the paint matching and unlike my nicer car that they worked on, they were not inclined to correct the minor dings near the damaged areas.Watch out for their estimates. If you dont involve insurance, they estimates are often close to double. I dont know why. We have walked away from having work done by then because of their sky high estimates for non insurance work.My last time there, they quoted me $1,800 for the work and then did it for $750 when insurance was on board. Their either shockingly bad at estimates or theyre trying to pull some shenanigans.
As a insurance agent for 10 plus years working with multiple collision shops this by far has the worst customer service. They were no help and was willing to leave my vehicle worse than what it was before. Horrible.
