Extremely disappointed with my experience! Vanessa never contacted me to update me on the progress of my vehicle. After a month, when my vehicle was “ready” for pick-up we noticed the paint job on the door was not matched to the rest of the vehicle. The bumper was not re-installed correctly and there was still damage to the back cargo door. When I shared my frustration all I got was a “sorry”. It’s as if Vanessa didn’t care that my vehicle was being returned to me with OBVIOUS errors on their part. She blamed the fact that the vehicle was finished the evening before and they weren’t able to see the mistakes. Your responsibility is to give the vehicle the final walk- through to ensure it’s completed prior to returning it to the customer- I shouldn’t be the one catching these error on the day I’m suppose to drive off with my vehicle!

It was the easiest experience i have ever had buying a new vehicle. Everyone was helpful and kind. If you go there, ask for Woody, he knows his business and is the nicest guy ever. Also Jesse, he made sure he knew my wants and he made sure i walked out of there with the car i loved. Just a great experience overall.

I was very happy with the speed at which everything was taken care of. They were ready for me as soon as I got there. My rental car was waiting for me, they got me in-and-out in less than 20 minutes. I cant wait to get my car back!

Company was able to repair the body damage done to my vehicle however they left the inside of my vehicle in a poor manner very dirty from top to bottom they broke my gas pedal and put glue on it and didnt tell me that they broke it and hope that I wouldnt notice which I did the day after pick up the paint job that was done on my car was very poor a week later Im still waiting on the paint to be repaired again. my car had a speaker in the bottom of a trunk and Im now having problems with because of the damage. They called or text everyday communicating about my service but overall I was very disappointed.

Great service! I was in my first car accident and my insurance company had my car sent here. Tory was really great walking me through the entire process & letting me know what to expect. He kept me updated throughout and was available when I needed him. Unfortunately my car couldnt be saved so I cant review the work but if anyone asks me where to send their vehicle, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Chapman Collision.

All in all it was good. Steven did his job. MY only complaint is that my jeep had to be driven from Chapman to another repair shop in north las vegas. No one bothered to phone or text to ask my permission or let me know what was going on. I found out after the fact. I dont particularly like someone else driving my vehicle. The other problem is they told me it was parked inside but the layers of dust inside and out make that questionable.

When body repair done and car was ready, they did not wash the entire car...only repaired side. Interior not cleaned... scuffs and dust had to be cleaned after I came home.

One of the best and most thorough shops Ive been to. The paint work they did was exceptional as well as the repairs. I showed up mid way through the repair stage and talked to some of the mechanics working on my vehicle. Had 2 paint issues on my wifes Grand Cherokee. The turn around time was amazing and the Jeep good as new. Couldnt not even tell where the paint issue was. The staff was very friendly and kind.

I had my truck repaired here after someone plowed into me when they ran a red light. Needless to say I was in a high anxiety state and still had a concussion when I came to sign paperwork for the repairs. I collected what I could out of my truck as I only had my hands and what I could stuff in my purse.Although the repairs were made in a timely manner and the repair was done well (except my ac has never run right since I picked it up and the service guy said it’s an issue with the year of my truck and not the accident, but it worked perfectly fine before so I guess that’s quite a coincidence. But I’ll give the collision center the benefit of the doubt since we are dealing with insurance companies) But the reason for 1 star is that after I picked my truck up I noticed several items were stolen from my vehicle. Of the items left behind that I could not carry, someone went through and took what they wanted.I still recommend this place for actual repairs, just PLEASE TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU LEAVE IT THERE!!!!
