Doug was the best! He was always keeping me up to date, and worked hard to get me my car back as fast he possibly could. They did any amazing job as well. The mechanic was extremely pleasant as well and genuinely wanted to help me. Huge kudos to Doug and the mechanic that worked on my car I truly appreciate it. It’s like brand new again.

My brand new 2019 Model 3 was severely damaged right before the Covid 19 pandemic started by an irresponsible driver who ran a red light and slamming into my vehicle. Exoticar and Kenneth the owner quickly got to work on the vehicle. Despite being told by another local shop that it would likely 6-8 months, Kenneth was able to fully fix my vehicle, both inside and out (all airbags deployed) in just under 90 days, when considering the current state of the world and most suppliers are closed, this was remarkable. The vehicle looks AMAZING and immaculate. I cannot see where the damage once was, looks exactly like it did, a brand new car. The interior which is pure white, was without any markings or imperfections. Kenneth gave me weekly updates and kept me in the loop! Highly highly recommend Exoticar and Kenneth for all your high end vehicle repairs! 5 stars!

Best body shop in town! Excellent customer service from Doug Ward of Exoticar. Found more damages than my insurance company originally estimated, from $1,348.76 repairs to $9,772.62 and have my insurance company paid for the additional damages. Doug kept me informed of the status of my Lexus during the 37 days of repairs. He coordinated with my Insurance company, the quality, care, communication, and service are outstanding. My car looks great and clean inside and out. Excellent body work!

Great people & excellent service, from the phone & intake desk staff to the body specialist who evaluated my vehicle’s needs & coordinated with the Insurance company (Doug Ward worked on my service & account), the quality, care, communication, & service was second to none. I noticed the owner appearing often throughout my visits, checking on service & efficiency. If there’s a plus side to being involved in an accident, finding a reliable body shop that does excellent work from start to finish is it. I highly recommend.

Took my brand new Lexus here for bodywork, because Seven Hills Car Wash in Henderson Nevada damage my trunk lid. They were going to fix it but then refused to take responsibility. So I went through my insurance, Dennis was my service writer ; he did a excellent job. I took the car in on the 19 of March and got it back on Friday 23 of March; this was great turnaround time. The car look like it did before the damage and was wash and wax. This was a great job by Dennis and Exotic Car Paintworks; and a shout-out to the ladies in the front office.
I was suggested this place by Lexus dealer as one of the best autobody shops. My car was in the shop for five weeks, when I picked it up, my car was very dirty outside, and the interior was full of dust. It looked like they just left the windows down for those five weeks. Very disappointing!

Exoticar appears to me to be a scam to funnel money out of insurance companies. They quoted me for $30k+ in mostly unnecessary repairs. Actual work was under $5k. I dont think they even looked at most of the parts they quoted me to replace.
Sl 550 Just dropped off by Tow truck. Had a bad tire blowout and caused body damage. Fletcher Jones sent me to EPI. Doug was very professional and knows how to work with the insurance company. I trust hell make sure that it looks and drives as good as it did when I bought it!

The service writers lied about our car. There was paint smug on the corners and they said the front clip was brand new. When we got there, I pointed out the problem areas and refused to take the vehicle in that condition. Its a 2016 Lexus. They then called us and said they are just going to order a new bumper... But remember, he already said it was new, as a matter of fact, he said its OEM (factory original). I wouldnt recommend this body shop to anyone. In this town, you never know whos car youre working on. So I will make sure that all 8,000 employees at my hotel casino know about exotic paint works. Im the head of PR.
Amazing work and professional staff. Took my Audi S3 in for some paint work after a small fender bender. Dennis the estimator evaluated the damage and immediately saw it was worse than what the Geico estimator had suggested. He took care of contacting Geico and getting them to pay for damages. Mike C. did the work on my car and it is flawless. On top of it all, their in house detailer made my car look brand new inside and out. This is the second time Ive used EPI and I could not be happier.

Worst place ever!!!! They had my Lexus for over a month and continually lied about the works completion. My car notified me every time someone was in it and they were still that stupid to lie to my face. Dont ever take your car here! And work was a peice of crap with the parts still loose. Terrible! I brought my Lexus to Exoticar on Tuesday, February 9th. Jeff provided me with an estimate for $3,229.70 and told me it should take approximately 5 days to complete the work.On Monday the 15th, I called Jeff to find out the status and he informed me that they were waiting for payment and hadnt started the work yet. He was surprised to hear that my insurance had already issued payment last week, on Thursday I believe. So a few days were wasted and we were off to a rocky start.Fast forward to Wednesday the 24th, I received an email from Jeff saying I expect the paint work to be completed today. Ill reach out to you as soon as the detailing is completed and they bring me the key. Have a great day!On Tuesday March 1st, still waiting for that call, heres another email from Jeff - After the detailers completed the polish work they sent it back to the painters to refinish the insides of the damaged panels and the quarter lock pillar so there would be no signs of paint work being performed to the car. This step is not always necessary and cannot be predicted. Its been in that part of the shop all day. Ive been taking heat from a few clients recently as they needed their cars sooner than we could complete the work. The owner has instructed us to allow the technicians whatever time they need to complete their work as his sole concern is the product quality. Were only allowed to intervene if the client is having rental car issues that are due to our negligence. Ive explained to the painters, detailers and the mechanic that you need it back and youd appreciate any help they can offer you. I dont enjoy taking grief but its part of my position and I must hold the line until the car is ready. Thank you for being patient and thank you very much for your patronage.My response - I just hope the repairs, paintwork and touch ups look excellent. Given the amount of time it has been there, my expectations are very high. Jeff - Ill make certain the results are to your satisfaction. Thank you.Thursday, March 3rd from Jeff - The detail is nearly complete. I asked the department foreman to brush touch any scratches he sees anywhere on the car. You should hear from me by the middle of the day. See you tomorrow.Friday, March 4th, DAY 25! I finally went back to Exoticar, returned my rental that racked up around $1,250 and found my car in awful condition. They completely neglected one of my damaged wheels and one of the panels that was supposed to be repaired. The panels that they did touch were in poor shape with long noticeable scratches. In addition, there was still a big dent along the edge of my door.Following Exoticars 25 days of work, I took my car to Service King over the weekend and got a new estimate to fix the mess Exoticar left me with, along with other parts that were neglected, and the total came to $2,754.84! Thats nearly the full amount that Exoticar charged.On Monday morning, I met with Mike the owner of Exoticar and gave him an opportunity to make things right by issuing a full refund. He declined. Instead, I was offered another rental car so they could keep my car hostage again for who knows how long. Needless to say, I passed. No thank you.Learn from my mistake and do not trust these liars and crooks. If you value your time and quality work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
I had a Hertz reservation through Hertz online system on Dec 25th for 3 days.I went to this location to pick up the car, and the location was closed. I called Hertz for support and they could not provide any support at all other than saying that the location was closed for the holidays. I ended up going to another Hertz location, paid 3 times my reserved rates (The other location could not honor the reserved price), wasted a lot of time and money going back and forth. Horrible experience at Hertz and this location.
Some idiot hit me from behind at a red light, so insurance said this place only works on Porsches, so I came here, what turned out to be just a scratch I quess they hit a sensor, first they said Friday it was going to be done, then late afternoon came, had to call them and they said sorry, Monday it was supposed to be done, idiots that they are or who they hire, it wasnt done, enterprise kept bothering me like I want to keep their crappy Toyota, said the body shop never communicated with them, I had to do the calls, and call the body shop to please tell enterprise my car isnt done, RIDICULOUS....but their quick in telling you how much and of course to take your MONEY, Dont go here
