I just love this place. I have been buying batteries here for years. Service is always wonderful, they are helpful over the phone and they have batteries in stock that no one else in Vegas have (I found that out today looking for a battery for my wifes phone). They always test the batteries before they go out the door as well. All in all a great small business with great customer service. What else can one ask for?

WOW. So I just called this store literally 2 minutes ago, and a lady answers the phone in a quick and bland voice Battery Source. And I said hi I was referred to you by my cell phone store they said you could help me out with replacing a battery on my phone.There was a small pause, followed by a deep sigh and the words make and model. Incredibly rudely.I asked to speak to someone else, and she replied (more rudely) Yeah. Im the only one here.So I hung up the phone. Theyll NEVER get my business. Ever.

I wanted to share my experience with you. It was on NYE 2018. My watch battery had died. I needed my watch for work later that day. I went to a watch battery shop to find they were not open. I assumed all places that provided this service would be closed and then decided to try purchasing the battery and doing the replacement myself. I found this shop and explained my situation to Jackie over the phone. She told me to bring my watch and they would happy to do the replacement for me. I eagerly sped down to the store and Jackie took one look at my watch and said we don’t do digital watches. I said that’s okay I will try to do the replacement myself (YouTube will help me). I asked where I could buy those tiny screwdrivers needed to take the back off of the watch. Jackie was more than willing to let me borrow their tools to do the battery replacement. After struggling for a bit, I relented as I couldn’t get the screws out. That’s when George came over and gave it a try. I guess in the past they had some trouble with replacing a battery in a digital watch hence the NO DIGITAL WATCH REPLACEMENT policy. But since I was going to have to buy a new watch anyway since this wasn’t going to work without a battery, George was gave it a go. And he was successful!! I was thrilled. This old BabyG watch has been with me for years and I really wanted to keep using it for years to come. These two made my day. I was impressed that they were willing to 1. lend me their tools 2. Go above and beyond and break their no digital watch policy and help me anyway. This type of customer service is rare these days!! Go see them for any of your battery needs. They are awesome!

Michele was very helpful with replacing my Samsung phone battery. And her 2 dogs are so cute and friendly. Will return. Batteries carry a 90 day warranty. At least for my Battery.

I do not understand of these reviews...at all!!!!!!dont go here. I paid $40 and didnt work, and turns out it was used. and they said no refund! ridiculous!!!! so I ordered from online and paid $8 and worked perfectly! dont buy from here..but if you have no choice no time for waiting online shipping...then make sure its never been opened..lady will try to fake it. make sure dont let her open unless you check it for 100% the sticker will tell you whether its been opened or nottheyre a big liarI pointed out that its been opened and she was insisting that it was never opened she just now open while shes walking towards front, I said,,why would you? why didnt you open one in front of me? then my boyfriend was like...its okay. Im sure they wont lie about this....so I kinda trusted my boyfriend...but I was right! theyre selling used one and charging you $40 which could be brand new original battery price!!!!!

Ive been there a couple times now and I always call first to make sure they have exactly what I need. Only once they didnt have the battery I needed but they ordered it. It arrived within days and the prices are great. I got the battery for my motorcycle there (05 honda vtx 1300) and Its been the longest lasting battery Ive had for my motorcycle so far 3 years. Ive even forgotten to turn off the ignition and drained it many times but has taken a recharge every time. So I am going to say excellent quality batteries and affordable. Definitely my 1st choice for specialty batteries

Service seemed agitated sold me the wrong batteries for 4 times the price. Biggest waste of 140$ iv ever spent . Would definitely recommend amazon as they take returns where these guy just peddle people who are on time restraints.

Great resource venue if you need powerful batteries

Some of the best customer service I have experienced in years! I listened to employees helping other customers and noticed everyone received detailed assistance with identifying the correct problem (some customers discovered it was not their battery that was the problem) and then Jackie took the time to explain the policies related to my purchase, test the battery in my laptop, give it a few minutes to ensure it was working appropriately before completing the sale. Bonus points for actually checking my identification when I used my credit card! I will recomend this business to all of my collegues and friends.

I wanted to take a moment and thank Miss Jackie at “The Battery Source” located at 5015 W. Sahara. Not only was Miss Jackie knowledgeable but she was kind and very patient. She took extra time with me to trouble shoot my situation and helped me come up with options for solving my issues. I felt as though she genuinely cared about my situation and not just about making a sale. Her diligence in problem solving benefited me greatly. I highly recommend seeing either Miss Jackie or her daughter Michelle every time you need any type of battery as they have every size, shape, and volt available right there on location. Finding a business that actually cares about their customers is rare in social climate and “The Battery Source” is one of those rare gems worth giving your business too.

Horrible service.. they sold me a bad battery and tried saying it was my phone, so I ended up getting a new phone with my warranty and when it came I put the battery in, the phone would not turn on (it was the battery) came back in to see what they could do for me and the manager was very rude, she didnt want to help me with anything proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could. She was so rude we got into an altercation where she cussed me out and called me ugly. Im a pregnant woman and she went to say wow who would knock you up. No type of professionalism with their business.

This company definitely deserves the good reviews, they have some pretty rare batteries and I recommend them.

Here working from Michigan when laptop battery went bad. Called to see if they had one was told they dont deal with the public. Needed an account which looking at other reviews seems untrue. Maybe just dont like non locals when they saw my area code on ID .After seeing some of their reviews Im actually glad

I called and asked if they had any Eneloop batteries, since they are A) a battery store and B) have them as the profile image on their Google Business profile. Woman I spoke with seemed kinda indignant at the sound of them, and when I asked what rechargeable AA batteries were in stock, I was given a list that didnt include Eneloops. Glad I didnt drive over based on the profile.
