Icon suspension is made to order but TAP was able to piece my stage 2 kit together in a day and ship very fast. Most of their items to order are from the manufacturer so they have little control on availability. Glad they could help.

Ordered a set of full KING suspension. Was told at the date of purchase that I would be receiving my suspension in about 4-6 weeks. It took 9 weeks. Communication was poor and late. Every time I got an update on my order, it would be late on Friday so I wouldnt be able to communicate with them until the next week. They also said that the suspension would be shipped directly from KINGs via UPS. But the tracking number was for FedEx and in the email he said that he had shipped it. Kinda fishy. Avoid if you want your product in a timely manner.

Very responsive and quick with shipping

Ordered some ICON parts and they didnt communicate a ship date for weeks. Then when they shipped they sent it to the billing and not shipping address. NOW they are wanting me to chase down the parts and return them before the refund. Total Joke. Avoid at all costs.
