Ridiculous! I made a 2 hour trip to order a new refrigerator and they told me no I couldn’t because they didn’t deliver to my area, or to the store due to “covid” but the Home Depot truck is always there. I even offered to pick it up and they said they couldn’t. I went to Lowes, someone offered help right away and Was in and out with a new fridge in 15 minutes and free delivery to my area!

I just love going to the home Depot!! They always have all the supplies for my home improvement and outdoor living needs. The staff is super friendly and willing to help out someone in need. Im just not allowed to go by myself anymore, my husband finds my excessive buying to be a bit much now 🤭

Kudos to the underappreciated parking lot handlers for not making this store look like Walmarts parking lot.

Home Depot has everything..from landscaping plants, to kitchen appliances and cabinetry. I always plan on walking around in the store to see what i need. On line is wonderful as well. Today I ordered three air purifiers. One for the rv and two for the house, because i just adopted two kittens from Humane Society. Need to be safe

Bought a echo weeder. Best buy and best weeder I own. Price was great. I come in here for everything. Prices r reasonable. Good quality of items.

Lumber department prices are very pricey and not necessarily the greatest selection of options to choose from. Kind of a disappointment.

Mainly visited the gardening center and area for outdoor tools/equipment. All employees were courteous, but we asked where something was located and got 3 different answers, none of which were correct. We finally gave up and went elsewhere. The majority of plants inside the garden center seemed highly stressed; many were already dead and dried up in the pots. It did not instill confidence among the shoppers.

Somewhat place seem disorganized. Semi empty Shelves. Very seldom one gets offer of help by staff.My opinion is that this store does not have enough employees to take care of store

Everything was in stock. The store was clean and the isles were uncluttered and easy to transverse. The check out guy was funny and very engaging. The only struggle was finding in store help and a cart. Went in on another day and was able to pay for and gwt some one to load my truck with mulch and out in 15 minutes! Amazing service!

Worst customer service. Employees just stand around talking to each and dont bother to help. If you have a smartphone, download the Home Depot app, the app has a better chance in helping than an employee. The only reason that Im giving Home Depot 3 stars is because when I went to pick up a curbside order an employee came out to help me and made sure I received my order. He was so helpful and charismatic. This location needs to hire more employees like him. Sadly, I dont know his name but I do know that he is a veteran.

All I can say that it’s great to have places like this in the town, it literally has everything... it took too long for them to make and install our blinds so we had to cancel and order from Low’s, but overall it’s a good hardware store 👍🏻

Handicap parking was a long walk. Staff and checkout was excellent. Had the nylon washers in stock and the drywall fasteners. Check out was fast and friendly.

Bought a portable Frigidaire air conditioner 10,000 Btui. Costed $400, they dont work. I returned 2 of them thinking It was not working correctly. If you plan on cooling a space above 85 degrees this thing will continue to shut off until night falls and it starts cooling off. They are worthless. Might as well get a fan cause thats all they do blow hot air for $400. Couldnt get my money back or exchange it because it was a Christmas gift. 6 months. Save ur money

This location has some great staff in spite of poor management from the top down that is the disease of so many big box corporate run companies today. It is nice to have access to such a large volume and variety of useful products

One of the smaller Home Depot Stores but, theyre not lacking anything for it.

Had plenty of staff to help with questions. Only had two cashiers one was running self service so helping 6 people at a time. Was pretty efficient although saw one couple get frustrated when looking at long line and left.

Great for home improvement supplies, tools, and installations.

Clean restrooms, well stocked store, all isles were nicely faced. Was asked 2 times by different employees if I needed help. Cashier very efficient and. Friendly. Did not see anyone outside helping customers load bulky heavy materials.

DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT DELIVERY! I tried many time to talk to a live person and all I got was a run around by a computer system, I was never able to get a live person and all the system would do is repeat the scheduled delivery date the was wrong.This is the worst experience I have had and will tell everyone I know to avoid Home Depot and go to LOWES.

They had what we needed at the price I saw online. Still too many people not caring about isle direction or 6 social distancing. All the employees were extremely helpful in finding what we needed.

Home Depot is consistently busy and short on sales staff plus good luck in finding someone to answer questions when needed. Service is so hard to find and get, always, except in garden area.

Asked two workers where the wood glue was. In unison they told me isle 8. In other words they were prompt and very friendly.

This is the worst place to go shopping!!! They have plenty of floor workers, and u see them all wandering around looking lost or standing around talking amongst themselves, forget it if u ever need their assistance! I went for a portable AC with jus my 2 toddler boys, I had to pish the shopping cart with my sons and drag the AC behind me to check out. I walked passed 2 workers and one of them offered to assist me. I finished finally checking out, and had to wait what seemed like the longest 45 minutes of my life. Youngest son if tired, and we all k ow how they get when there sleepy.... He screamed and yelled and thru stuff everywhere!! Cried and proceeded to thru his tantrum the I tire time. Cashier called for help 5 times over intercom and still we waited 45 minutes!!!! Tht will be the last time I shop HOME DEPOT

Very poor customer service waited 30 minutes for information on swamp coolers, the various employees who did not work in this area paged for assistance in the swamp cooler area but no one showed up.

We were shopping for kitchen appliances recently at the store on Telshor and an associate named Debbi was tremendously helpful in giving us the information we needed. She is an outstanding employee and a credit to your store.

Home Depot curbside pickup is convenient!

This location is one of the better Home Depots I have dealt with over the years. The staff in this store really tries to help you find what you need and they are friendly and knowledgeable. Wish I could say the same for many other Home Depot stores where my experience has been less than satisfactory. The Las Cruces store is a pleasant surprise!

They dont do a very good job taking care of their plants in the garden. It made me sad to see them dried out and dying.

Couldnt get veterans discount because IMY disability was not service related. I thank the ones who are service related. I in my opinion if you give one veteran a discount you should give all like Lowes. From now on I am going there

Drove to cruces to pick up blinds we had ordered. I called on the 2nd there said yes they are in arrived on 4 and they had sent them back🤬 $@##. We reordered the guy who help was very professional and very nice

The garden center area needs regular cleaning inside and outside and the pottery merchandise needs to be unboxed and put out on the shelves in order to sell it. Its also always understaffed. Otherwise its a fair store.

What can I say, its a hardware store. I bought what I needed and left dragging my husband with me.

We drove from Deming NM an hour away to go buy a washer and for nothing they didnt have no one to help us with the purchase of the washer very disappointed.

Going to Home Depot feels like a grade school field trip every time. Fun and work at the same time. Always seems like Im looking at the selection with a brand new set of eyes.. Especially as my projects and its respective needs change. But all-in-all its Home-making and dream-building at its finest. You should try it. Its addicting.
