They dont seem to want your business. Before applying for a new construction loan I visited the store in person and dropped off a copy of the plans asking for a quote for lumber, truss, windows and doors. Never received it even after following up. I had received quotes from other business so that was sufficient to begin loan process. Once loan closed, I submitted a copy of plans online (July 15, 2021) and was contacted the next day that plans were received and I would get a quote shortly. I followed up twice and when I never received a quote, I mentioned my disappointment on their website contact page. The next day (8/25), I was contacted again by email and was told that if I would resend my plans they would get this done for me. I did, but again my request was ignored.

Not a single male employee was wearing a mask. All the women had one on.

You want to talk about expensive! I had a BOM (bill of materials) I had them quote and it was more than double that of Home Depot. Double people. Im not joking. I didnt get the feeling that they even cared either. When i asked them if that was the best they could do, they simply said those are our prices. Im not sure how a place like this is even open with prices like that.
