Issue with glasses not doctor. Husband was told needed expensive lenses because of prescription but prescription was input wrong on computer.nobody questioned a change of 6 in just 2 years. When glasses came in they were totally wrong. Manager told us had a keep more expensive lenses for periferal vision. This was never mentioned when he ordered them. Ordered a new correct lens. 11 days later my husband called to see if glasses were ready yet and manager said yes we tried to call you yesterday. We show no missed calls on our cell phones. When my husband picked up his glasses and started home (we live 5 minutes from this Walmart), he noticed several scratches on the brand new lenses. The lady at Walmart vision tried to clean them and agreed they were scratched. We decided to cancel the order and get a refund fir the glasses. We were told the manager was as at lunch and would have to come back 45 minutes later we returned 45 minutes later and were given a full refund but told it could take up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on out credit card. The Manager returned while our refund was processed and totally ignored us. Not so much as a sorry what can we do to correct this. So finally 36 days after the glasses were originally ordered we have a refund.

. I needed to change my contacts due to dry eyes. The doctor was so attentive and and took his time to share his knowledge about my condition. I walked out of there truly satisfied and highly reccomend booking your next appointment there.

Excellent service, as others have noted - everything is explained well, & they check & recheck for fit & quality. The opthalmologist was friendly & professional, the optometrists the same, & support staff was good as well. Also, the costs here are much better (without sacrificing quality) than other places in town, & no hard-sell at all.
