Service is great, supply issues like most but they have great in-house stock. Since I live out of town I request testing before taking appliances home. A great service for those of us who do not live in Las Cruces. They are my go to appliance supplier.

Needed a dishwasher, really nice inside, David greeted my wife and me very nice did not have the dishwasher we wanted but did order one, worth waiting for they were cheaper than best buy, this is where I will buy from!!!

I bought a dishwasher from them two years ago. I also purchased extended warranty provided by CPS. When a part went bad recently I started a process for repair that could’ve potentially taken quite some time to get it all checked out, approved, and repaired. But everyone worked with me to get it fixed quickly, and I was very impressed with each person I interacted with. Within 11 days it was all fixed with no cost to me whatsoever. I will definitely buy my next appliance from Builders Source.

Our refrigerator went out we went to Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy. All said they did not have any in stock and 7 to 10 days to order. told them we could not wait. None would sell us the floor model. Builders source went out of their way to get us a refrigerator same day. Excellent customer service

My husband and I needed a fridge and a washer and dryer for our new house, and we couldnt wait weeks for the big box stores to get inventory. Builders Source came through right away with beautiful LG appliances at great prices. Our sales rep, Frank, was a real pleasure to work with. He helped us find exactly what we needed, kept us informed, and made sure we were squared away for delivery (even after we had to change things up more than once). Delivery and installation was easy. The guys were courteous and professional (wore masks for everyones safety). The appliances work great. Next time, well be going straight to Builders Source.

We went into Builders Source to look at replacing all our appliances. I was not looking forward to it because Id had bad experiences in other places (that shall remain nameless) in the past. But Builders Source, and David Leyva specifically, made this experience the best! There was a great variety of products and no pressure whatsoever. When we had questions, David was there to help. Walked in for a BBQ...(But, we also came out with a new range).Their show floor is amazing and somewhat overwhelming. There are so many choices. Nowhere else in LC can you see so many appliances, across all price ranges that are beautifully displayed so you can easily envision them in your home (not just lined up haphazardly sitting on a concrete floor).Steven met with us and thoughtfully went through our features wish list to help up narrow down the choices. Great appliances and great service

Trying to place an order for a quote I got a few days ago when I called salesperson was with a customer and would return my call. 4 hours later still no call. Guess they dont want my business.

Dont take a chance!!.. They destroyed my refrigerator (just seemed to be running a little excessively).. Said they could get it running perfectly. They replaced a part and killed the refrigerator. A second service tech looked at the refrigerator and said I dont know whats wrong with it.. you better call a manager.. So Im out a hefty service charge, $200 in spoiled food and going through a lot of aggravation.Dont take a chance!!..

What is beyond amazing!! We are building a home with all new appliances and working with Frank Mugrauer who is amazing at customer service. I have purchased many things over the years and have never had better customer service, detailed explanations when I ask technical questions and can do attitude as good as we have had at Builder Source Appliance Gallery. Worked with Steven, he was amazing. We had a crazy time with Home Depot and they delayed our applicance delivery so we went to builders appliances and we were not disappointed. They even lent us a stove to use while our appliances were being shipped. Our stuff was delivered within a week and they installed it. Great prices. Cheaper than Home Depot/ Lowe’s, and better customer service.

We chose BuildersSource for its selection, but we were especially sold on the service. David came to our home to be sure our dream appliances wouldn’t become nightmares. Installers did excellent work, and it’s a relief to have their service department to take care of any problems. Big boxers don’t do that.

Professional and friendly service....they are great

The appliances are ok quality, but if something goes wrong with it their service dept is on El Paso and they do not return calls. We started calling early in the morning, finally connected with someone in the afternoon and by then all early appts had been given, so we have to wait 4 days for our cooktop to be repaired! We will shop somewhere with better service.
