Horrible!!! They supposedly ordered a part for me in August, took my payment then quit communicating with me. Wouldnt answer my calls so had to go in and now they refuse to give a refund. I called business where part was ordered from and they have no record of the transaction. Ive called police to report potential fraud.

I called a few days ago and asked if they were buying appliances right now. The guy I spoke to said yes. I told him I had a freezer I wanted to sell to them and he said to bring it on by and he would make me an offer. We brought it to them this morning which was a hassle--getting a trailer and friends to help load it as its a large chest freezer. The guy hardly looked at it and said no, we arent buying right now. We told him we spoke on the phone this week and he said, huh thats weird. Ended up taking it to good will. Its upsetting to be told one thing and then another later.

Highly unethical and poorly run establishment. Paid for a part for one of my apartments and was told they would show up the following day at two pm. They never showed up and would not answer the phone so I went in person to see what was going on. A young kid was the only one available to speak to! This young man called the technician and rescheduled for the following day and again they never showed up!! Can’t believe they are still in business!!!

Installed a defective Ice Maker which we paid for and it never worked . Now nobody answers the phone or responds to numerous calls in any manner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They should not be in business!!

Came out to my home when he said he would for my fridge, he had to order part said it would be here in 2-3day. He called to let us know he would be here to install when part came in, came did the job. Professional, quick and polite..would recommend.

I wish I wouldve read the reviews about this place before calling them. I needed my dishwasher repaired and I took it to Lopez Center. After dropping it off, for weeks I never got a call back, I called MULTIPLE times and no one would ever pick up, I tried going and there was only a very young inexperienced kid handling everything. I got the run around about why my dishwasher was not ready and kept getting a next week response. This went on for literal MONTHS. One day a man SURPRISINGLY answered the phone and said he was the only one who fixed dishwashers and he had been out, I explained to him the terrible experience we had and he said the kid didnt know how to fix dishwashers so whatever he tried doing he didnt do it right so he was going to reorder the part the kid messed up and he was going to take care of it next week. This went on for a couple more weeks. EVENTUALLY they said our dishwasher was ready, we picked it up, they inconveniently only take cash (its one thing after another with this place, its a total joke.) We went home to install it and get some cash, but to our surprise the dishwasher DID NOT WORK!. We called had to call someone from el paso to come and check it out. Needless to say THEY SHOULD BE PAYING US. We then had to pay an absurd fee for a different place to drive to Las Cruces and troubleshoot the dishwasher. This certified technician said whoever tried to fix the dishwasher absolutely messed it up. He even tried calling GE and they said that it was an absolute mess. This was an over one thousand dollar dishwasher. Not only did Lopez Expert Appliance Center take forever, offer HORRIBLE customer service, but they even ruined the dishwasher to the point that the GE technicians said I was better off buying a new one vs buying all four parts they had ruined. Im sad to say it absolutely amazes me how this place is still in business. Its embarrassing how terrible they are at it.In response to his response, LOL! What should we pay you for? Babysitting our dishwasher for months? Can’t believe you take the time to answer Google reviews but can’t answer your customers phone calls. SMH. Having to write this full disclosure on you unprofessionalism is everything but “convenient.”

Purchased my second set of washer/dryer and was delivered the next day at the time promised. Had an issue with the washer the same day it was delivered so I called to let them know and within 30 minutes of my call they returned to my home and fixed the problem. Now its working as good as new!! Staff and tech are also very friendly!!

Very unprofessional. Ariel (the owner and only tech it seems) never answers his phone or returns calls. He also never comes by when he says he will. He will give you a time and date and then never show up, but also wont bother calling or even answering his phone when youre trying to get answers. For 2 whole months, he kept bringing me refrigerators that never would work. Had to continuously throw out groceries. Hundredths worth of groceries straight to the trash. The only reason I had to deal with him was because he was the person called through the rental company Im renting from. For those 2 months, I tried so hard to be patient and nice and understanding. But when someone is highly unprofessional and not understanding with his customers, its so hard to be patient. I had to end up buying a brand new fridge for this place (that I got reimbursed for) because Ariel was of NO help whatsoever. He couldnt seem to fix ANY fridges he kept bringing. Him not answering or returning calls and not showing up when he says he will is the reason Im leaving this review. I get that sometimes old fridges cant be fixed, but the least he couldve done was be professional and empathetic. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Have come to our house to fix our dyer on 9/6/2020. The next day I called coz the dyer problem continued. After a week somebody came to check again. He found out what part he changed (new) fell off again. He promised to come back a week after to get a new part/s again. No one came. I called after a week and was promised that they are still waiting for the part/s. They will just call when they get it. Another two weeks passed nobody called to update me. I called again. And was told that the parts are in they will just have somebody come to my house to change the part. It’s been almost 2 months nobody have come and change the part/s. Called today and was told somebody will come either at 2 or 4 30 pm. It’s almost 5 pm and nobody came and the store is closed. What kind of customer service is this? I will call tomorrow to just get my money back. I will not refer this place AGAIN!!11/5/2020Finally got fixed this day after calling them again.

Absolutely horrible service. Lopez Appliance was called to repair a dishwasher and the repair didnt even last a day. Numerous calls were made and NONE were answered until we called froma a different number. Since then, he promised to be out next week, then next week, then next week, and still nothing.This company is TERRIBLE. We are filing is Las Cruces Small Claims Court tomorrow and since he chose to take advantage of an 84 year old woman, we will be adding defrauding an elderly person which triples damages.You had plenty of opportunity to fix this issue and have failed miserably.

Called Lopez for dishwasher repair, technician showed up as expected after having to reschedule once, no problem. Had to order a part which took a couple of weeks to get, again, no problem. He came to install the part, dishwasher went thru partial cycle and quit. Called them and he came back, said another part was needed but only cost $14 and would take a couple of days to come in, that was two weeks ago. Technician was very nice through all this and seemed very professional, which is why I am so puzzled at the lack of communication. After repeated calls, asking for an update, have gotten no return call. Nobody is even answering the phone! I even went by the store and left a note asking for a call, still nothing. Meanwhile, no dishwasher.

We ordered a stacked washer dryer unit: it was installed but didn’t work. After calling them it took a few weeks to come and “fix” it. But it still had issues. The water still doesn’t come out and the dryer doesn’t dry.. it’s just sitting in our house. They said they ordered parts and would come out to instal them but that was in April and we are now almost in October.... very untrustworthy and not reliable. Such a bad experience with this company and the customer service makes you feel bad when they treat you like your bothering them just to try and make sure what you purchased works. They say you get a warranty but I have yet to see it. Also one thing we paid cash for our unit the guy was acting in a hurry and I was asking him some questions when we bought it. Literally as soon as his hand touched the cash he darted out of my house and I never saw him again!!! What a sad way to represent yourself and very poorly ran business.

Do not bring your appliances here to get repaired ? They charge to look at what ever you bring in and then never repair it and claim they can not get the parts. And when I picked up my microwave they never even opened it to see what was wrong with it. Horrible business. Don’t waste your money!!!! If I could put less then one star I would have 😡

Just got my new, to me, washer delivered yesterday. I purchased it Thursday right at closing. It was free delivery & install with a 90 day warranty and repairs after with invoice. When I went to look at the washers, they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions. I had a lot of questions and was very specific regarding the size and type of washer that I needed. They were never condescending or trying to just make a sale. I love my new washer! Wouldnt trade it for 10 of the new HE washers with cash on top! It was a bit dirty when I got it. Nothing 409 wouldnt clean up. While cleaning I discovered it had been painted and why. I like it better without the paint, which I took off. 😁 Thank you so much for my new washer, Ive kept it very busy!

Got a great deal on a relatively new Kenmore washer and dryer. I paid cash and got an even better deal. I purchased the appliances in the morning and they were delivered and installed that afternoon at no extra charge (install took him 10 minutes max). Purchase came with 90-day warranty and servicing by the shop beyond the warranty period as long as you have the invoice. They even buy back the appliances if they are still in good shape. This is the way to go folks! Could not be happier with my purchase and the customer service.

The service provided by the “technician” was unacceptable, when called to have them/technician come back to fix the initial problem. The hired receptionist/secretary was unable to get a technician, or the owner call back to discuss our concern. Was told that they would be at our home on Monday (work done on Friday, called the following day Saturday) and only received a call on Monday stated a technician would be at our home on Tuesday at 11:30 am. Asked for the owner to call us, the secretary stated that she could only leave a message but could not guarantee he would call back. Asked for the Owner’s name she stated she did not know the owners name other than Mr. Lopez (name of business)….The reliability, quality of service, and quality of work is questionable.. We are hoping that this will turn around and that the work will be done, and that the owner will call us and show that he truly cares about his company and the work being performed.

They will NEVER.....EVER FOLLOW UP. paid in full for an ice maker, and yes they did have to order it. Total of $301 bucks for parts and labor. 1st time the part came in, got installed....still no ice...called they came and said the water line was not connected correctly when the ice maker was installed.........a day later.....still no ice........called again......they took out and said it was defective...................MONEY PAID...NOW FOLLOW UP IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS NOW.....Every time we call, they cant get in touch with the tech, operator said she would give him the message......NOTHING!!!! Ended up buying a new Fridge......Save your money and dont use this company.......Was great with the previous owners and we used them for years when it was Balderas......NOW ITS HORRIBLE.

Ive been a customer for years, buying two sets of washer and dryers from them. No problems at all. I purchased a chest freezer from them a week ago and the repairman has been here EVERY DAY SINCE. First, the delivery guy turned it on its end so it didnt get cold. Came out one day to look at it, the next to repair it. Then, there was ice all along the seal. Came out one day to look at it, the next to fix it (even though all they did was attempt to glue it). Today, there is MORE ice along the seal. I will never be using them again!!!! Totally disgusted.It is now October 14th and I STILL dont have a working freezer.... Waiting on the part for a month... Havent found a new one

Extremely disappointed! I scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday for Friday afternoon between 4:30-5:00pm. At 5:10, after a technician hadnt shown up and I hadnt been contacted, I called Lopez Appliance and was told that the technician couldnt make it and I would have to be rescheduled for the following week. Though similar issues had happened in the past, I remained loyal and continued to use their services but this customer service is unacceptable.

I called this business because my refridgerator quit cooling. Did not get from him. He came to Deming to look at it and said right away what was wrong with it. Had to order part but was here the next day after part came in. Was working then fan quit. He came out right away and fixed the fan. 1st time it was the defrosting part. It has not quit since. He was very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about the refridgerator. I am very happy with his work. The time frame he got it done. Very reasonable since Deming is 60 miles from Cruces and he made 3 trips. I will definately call again if I need help. His office girl was a very sweet girl and enjoyed talking.with her seemed very concerned.

I called Las Cruces Appliance Repair for a refrigerator light that shorted out, and they are the guys who came out, so they may be the same company. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice. Had to wait for a part that was a bit expensive, but the technician was fast and friendly, and showed up when scheduled. No problems or complaints here.

Unfortunately this repair company did not perform as needed. An induction cooktop was delivered to them with the instruction to see what needed to be done to fix the appliance. After 5 days had passed without any contact from them, I called them to ask the status of my appliance. I was informed at that point that they could not find the parts to repair the cooktop. It is unfortunate that they did not feel the importance of actually contact me after they had found out (if they had even tried to find parts) so that I could have picked up the unit sooner and delivered it to another appliance repair shop.

Never use this place for a repair of your home appliance they took a down payment on a part of $80.00 and the fridge part that was working just fine....wouldnt refund me my money back. I was even willing to give them the 35.00 house call mIney they asked for they still wouldnt refund me NO MONEY BACK AT ALL!! Very bad service and defective appliances. I asked them to come and check a defective refrigerator that I bought there which they had already supposedly fixed one week after I bought it, and the response I got was I dont know when they can go out there and check it, it could be days, weeks or months I have no idea. Thats the response I got. 👎 They werent willing to work with me even if I bought the refrigerator from them.

Very bad service from the owner, he does not answer calls or messages. I am to pick up two refrigerators that he had in my house, he told me that it would happen on Friday morning or Saturday afternoon, he left me waiting and he did not even go to communicate with I dont know what it is to give your word.
