Wow! Combine the customer service of Nordstroms and The Ritz-Carlton at a storage location and SHAZAM…. You have Amanda! I can’t even explain how she was the caretaker and problem solver for major issues with my movers. I couldn’t be there, and I know it’s easy to say “I’ll take care of it!” Because when I called back she had been a strange ninja and superstar and kindly reminded me “I told you I’d take care of you!” What’s amazing is we have never met, yet in a few phone calls she developed a trusting relationship. I’m sure anyone could answer the phone and perform only the menial tasks required, or you can be a superstar like Amanda. I can’t wait to actually meet her. One of the few climate controlled facilities in the area. You use a provided code to enter and exit the property, which provides security for your stored belongings. The building is clean, well lit, and air-conditioned. Carts are provided to assist you with moving your items in and out. It is easy to sign up on line, but I would suggest a phone call first to discuss needs.

I had a great experience getting a storage unit today at this location. staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Went over everything in detail. walk me around the property showed me exactly how to get in and out of the unit and where the unit is.. Celia is great takes her job very seriously. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. Very clean and easy to get in and out of.

We had things of value and extreme importance in the stuff you all took out of our unit and will not return to us. We was paid up for the month and was not due to pay again until the 7th. We never recieved any notice from anyone stating that you were doing this. We will need to be reimbursed for this. Very unprofessional and disappointing.....

I went to the website to book a storage unit for all my stuff cuz I was having to move out of my house and Amanda was wonderful I tried to do the online Reservation and book it and everything and pay for it but I had trouble doing that so I called Amanda back and she told me to go ahead and come on in, but I had to be there by 5:40 she said Im not supposed to that but for you I would do that and I told her I really appreciated that very much cuz I had no idea what I was doing online trying to do this But Amanda was wonderful . I went here after work, short notice. The lady at the front that helped me was extremely awesome! She answered all my questions I had and took as much time as needed, and even still showed me the unit even though It was almost closing time by the time I got there! I was looking for a storage space that I would feel safe going to and a clean place to put my belongings and I’m glad I came across this one! The price is also very reasonable! I will recommend this location to anyone who asks!!

We’ve had a storage unit at this location for years, but have been toying around with the idea of changing to a different size unit. Celia, who runs the place, was super friendly and informative in helping us determine our options. The climate controlled building is immaculate inside the units and in the common areas. Great place! I have been storing my furniture at the Public Storage located at 199 Missouri Ave. N., in Largo, FL for the past few years and it was a great experience because I have recently purchased another house and moved my furniture out and it was all in excellent condition. Upon moving out, I initially spoke to Eric and then to the manager Celia and they were great, making it an easy transition. Couldnt be happier.

I have my unit at the Seminole location but stopped in here to check about possibly transferring. Ladies in the office were super friendly and looked like they were having fun. Great atmosphere here. They kindly asked me for a review and couldn’t say no! 5 stars for sure.

Ria the GM is amazing. I rented a 10x20 unit for double jet ski trailer but when arrived the door was 8’ and my trailer was 8.5. ria was very helpful and worked with corporate to issue a refund. She goes about and beyond whereas other local storage places can’t be bothered to help or answer questions. I recommend this place because of Ria.

Update: 10/2/19 Went to cancel my storage unit that I have had for 4 months I believe and was told that I still had to pay for the month of October even if I no longer need it. After looking through many storage units online I found this one. I was able to set everything up online it was easy and quick . I went down the next day to finalize the details and make my first payment. Celia and Bhreanna were there when I arrived and they not only showed me my unit but they made the process on everything very easy and painless. Within 30 min I was finished and ready to go. If your looking for a great storage place this is the place to go.

Nic and the crew at Public Storage in Largo are great. Clean storage units, halls, and even the bathrooms. Price per sq. ft. was better than most other facilities. Air conditioning is set low enough its comfortable and the humidity is low. The wire cage over each unit and good head space gives great air circulation. They provide carts and the doors, elevators, and halls are wide enough for almost anything in your house (I had to take motor off a table saw to get through a doorway). Finally, you need a PERSONAL code to enter and exit the lot which is part of great security. I highly recommend this facility.

Nicole is a blessing in disguise! Was having a extremely bad morning. I stopped in to make a payment and a few kind words from her along with her excellent customer service quickly turned my frown into a smile. You never know what kind a day one is having. Moving is stressful But Celia in the front office made it easier. She was friendly when we were frazzled and went the extra mile to see if getting a larger unit would be more cost effective. The facility is extremely clean and there are plenty of dollys to make the move quick.

We came from Canada to clean out my sisters storage unit. We were extremely pleased at the customer service from Jessica.... She was courteous, friendly and pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful in suggesting where there might be a thrift shop for donations. Your facility was immaculate and well maintained. During our cleaning out the storage unit we saw Jessica several times mopping the floors and doing general cleaning. Very happy with the unit itself no evidence of vermin and all inside was clean. Would definitely recommend to my fellow snowbirds.

I have had a climate controlled unit for over a year and needed to change to a smaller unit. Alfredo showed me a unit that was available and the perfect size. He went over all information for the new unit and made the change easy. Hands down best experience no one likes moving and when your older its even harder this rental was painless and I absolutely love easy, From booking the rental online for my father Jessica had us into the right size space. She also explained to us about possibly transferring into another unit smaller in the future after we unload some of our belongings highly recommend this location its very clean and its A/C... I reserved two units a couple of days before I needed them. On that day the movers and I got stuck on the freeway and we had issues arriving at the storage location before 6pm. I called the facility several times to let them know that I would be about 20 minutes late. I had to leave messages. No one picked up the phone. That made me uneasy because if the office would have been closed I would have to pay for hotel etc. for the movers. I received a call back around 5pm and I explained the situation to Vicki. She told me that she would have to get in touch with her supervisor. She then called me back and told me that she was allowed to stay longer. That put me at ease. We arrived 20 minutes after 6pm and just in case I reserved a third unit because we were not sure if everything would fit into two units. Vicki went home after all contracts were signed and we unloaded the truck. We were able to get everything into two units. Early the next day I went to the office to cancel the third unit with Jessica. That was not easy! Jessica explained to me that she couldnt cancel the unit because it was the next business day. I asked her how I could cancel the unit on the same day because there was no one at the office. She insisted that it was company policy. I asked her to please get in touch with her supervisor. The next day she called me and had good news. That made me happy after being very unhappy with Jessica telling me about company policy. Vicki went out of her way to satisfy the customer. Jessica did so also after some convincing.
