We have had a storage unit here at U-Haul for probably a year... The managing family, Dale and Gary Dixon are Wonderful People! This place is Spotless!! We had to close a business that we owned for 30 years and lost our home due to some unforeseen circumstances (cancer)... So... we needed to store a lot of stuff quickly!! They were very helpful, and an Absolute pleasure to work with!! We are moving our stuff out now and they, again, have been Extremely helpful!! Dont hesitate to do business with these Fantastic people!!! Highly recommend!!!

Dale and Gary were so helpful to me. Their good vibes made my experience of moving a lot easier -- knowing that I had a dependable, climate controlled unit to store my furniture while my home was under construction. They also keep the place very clean and orderly. And it feels good that they keep a close eye on the premises to keep everything secure. Thank you, Dale and Gary!

Super nice folks, secure & love the new sun awnings they just put in so you dont have to load / unload you items in the hot sun.

This storage facility is the best managed, The best maintained and The cleanest storage facility in FL. How do I know, we have our storage there for over ten 10 Years.We previously used another regional brand facility and it was terrible. Gary and Dale (managers/owners) will help you

Owners are nice people. Had an indoor unit for 3 years. Never had a problem and no animal activity.

Gary was very informative and helpful. Answered all our questions and gave us info in writing.

Gary the owners customer service skills suck. Extremely rude and condesending. My recommendation - find another uhaul these people dont deserve your business. They sure as hell wont get mine again.

Worse service ever, they overcharged me for mileage and when I disputed the additional charge the old white lady there got nasty with me and stated I did use the truck to drive 30 miles when I live no more than 6 miles from the location and used only 5 miles to move my things. Had to call corporate and also the better business bureau. Dont waste your time or money at this location, they are incompetent and their service and equipment at this location is obsolete.

Great storage facility. Was there to help a client move into a large unit there. Super clean and the biggest I ever seen !

I rented a truck for half a day. Everything about the experience was excellent. The owners were very friendly and pleasant. Prices were exactly as posted. They met every expectation I could have had.

Absolutely never store your things anywhere else but this place. Ive been renting storage units and trucks from them for the last few years and they are the most wonderful, caring, and accomodating business owners I have ever met.

Okay. Clean. Nice people running the place. Had to spend $18 for the special uhaul lock for the storage unit. You are not allowed to use your own lock. Boo

Back in June I rented a unit on the end of the building to store me belongings. I had acquired a bunch of my fathers stuff as he passed away. I put it in the unit so I could sort through it and see what I wanted to keep. I have not been able to do this at all. After a couple weeks there we came by and there were wasps all over the side of the building where my unit is,, under the Uhaul sign which was about 15 feet from the unit, and inside my unit. I am EXTREMELY allergic to them so I was unable to use the unit.I notified the office and they said they’d take care of it. They called be back a different day saying it was all clear. I went up there some time after that call and still there were nests with wasps everywhere. (Every single conversation is on record with them as well) so I contacted them, they gave me half off the rent (which I took even though I honestly was not able to use my unit once that month). The rent is just shy of $300 a month. They let me know again the wasps were taken care of. I took their word and paid them for August. That same day I discovered the wasps were all over the place STILL. So I asked for the money back as it’s now August 25 and I have not been able to access my unit since early July. I only asked for August back but they said no. I would like the other half of my rent from June of $150 and August $299.

Great service, fast and courteous. Have ordered boxes for pickup twice and both times they were quick and efficient in retrieving them.

Clean, well maintained and the owners were amazingly kind and helpful. Highly recommend this storage place.

Very friendly and helpful couple that lives there and runs the place. They gave me lots of bottled water when I was moving stuff into my storage unit on a hot day.

Pretty quick and painless,got the box truck I needed returned after use the guy came out and looked it over and sent me on my way. I didnt even have to go back in the store.
