I have never had a problem with this store, I go in there with my elderly mom and if she needs to go in with someone else Shawn always looks out for her, he is very caring never has he tried to overcharge me or my mother. The costumes service is good. He will also help my mom making sure she doesnt spend money that is not necessary.
