First I want to warn you not use the drive thru! As I have tried and got stuck behind someone doing a Covid test which can take sometime. Don’t get me wrong I think it’s awesome. The pharmacy is amazing. The store is well stocked and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Chris in the pharmacy was great and was very informative. I really appreciate all the kind service I get from everyone in this particular Walgreens
Worst experience ever - I get my prescriptions here, but never more. Had 40% off on Halloween candy and it didn’t ring up that way; then the manager said they are doing something different and spooky Oreos are not on sale…ridiculous
The tech was very rude, stated she didnt want me using good rx. What ever happened to being kind and courteous to your customers.
I just went for my Covid test in order to fly. I thought I could just show up so I went on Saturday but of course you have to have an appointment. Luckily I saw this on the website before I checked in person.Point is I needed the test that goes to the lab per the countries website but now that I needed to make an appointment the only one they had was for Monday and my flight is Tuesday morning. I made the appointment but bc it was too late to get results I also wanted to get the rapid test to show them. Well I made the bad call error of assuming I could just get both together at my appointment.I showed up hat in hand and instead of making me wrong and turning me away the Pharmacy staff were so kind and did everything they could to make sure I could get the test so I could make my flight in the morning. They didn’t have to and these days people are turning into robots so I was over the moon to find they were not and we’re compassionate and friendly.God bless you! And as another note I went inside to drop off a package and purchased a couple books and everyone inside was very sweet and kind as well!!
My favorite walgreens. the pharmacist are nice and fast but over loaded. i prefer this e location over the roosevelt location ;more selection and helpful staff
They lost track of my covid test sample and who knows if the results are even mine? They couldnt keep track of whos test was whos. They called me a day after my rapid test to say, hey weve got this covid test just sitting here and were wondering if its yours? Who knows who you can trust to do their job correctly nowadays? SMH. Glad this isnt my normal Walgreens 😅
As usual you wont please everyone, butThey cant compete with Walmart,When Walmart is out of glucosamine that I take for my knees I have to go to walgreens,, which its almost 10.00 more
I asked where something was and the nice worker walked me to it and showed other options in which I went with. Thanks
In and out real fast had all items I needed.
Like many large chain stores. . . . . Service is sacrificed. Some of the staff are pleasant but many are very impersonal and certainly don’t make one feel welcomed. I’ve noticed the diminished quality of their generic medications in recent days and now we’re searching elsewhere to get prescriptions filled. A couple of the pharmacist’ are also lacking in communicative skills as well as manners, I’ve got a feeling that if service doesn’t improve, there will be a lot of formal complaints filed against this location with their district office. A final word. . . . . Get it together Walgreens, customer’s are catching on!
Clean, friendly, helpful
The main female pharmacist is wonderful, quite a bit of turnover some are great but some ask a person with a genetic neurological disease which is progressive why I havent been taken off drugs and critical of the one doctor out of the 4 neurologist I had to see that didnt ask me if I was sure I had CMT. He actually specializes in it.
Enough is enough! I’ve had it with this pharmacy. This marks the sixth time I was told they had my prescription only to discover they did not. I had my prescriptions transferred to this store because it is much closer to where I live. I phoned ahead to make sure everything was good, and I was told yes. I showed up, and then was told at the counter that they did not have any prescriptions for me. I made sure I had the right store, and phone number which I did. So I called to have my prescriptions transferred again. Walgreens called me, and said they had my scripts ready. I showed up again, and was told they were not ready. I asked them to get them filled, and I would be back the next day to pick up. Again I was told they didn’t have them. So I gave up, and had them transferred back to my original pharmacy in St Pete. Fast forward a few months. I decided to give them another try. I called to have them transferred, and was called back saying that they had them, and were being filled. I showed up, and AGAIN was told they were not ready. I just now called after receiving a voicemail saying everything was good. The girl Jessica told me they did not have anything for me, and the records show my last scripts were in June! Despite me having a voicemail, and a record of the call from them the day before! Then she had the nerve to take a tone with me! How is this possible? How do you call me saying everything is ready multiple times only to tell me at the store you have nothing, and my scripts were never transferred? Worst pharmacy ever in my life! Everyone should be fired, and have new TRAINED professionals brought in. 0 stars.
The pharmacist Chris is really rude and arrogant called regarding a medication and he simply talks over you and does not let you explain anything at all. May be he should take a class to learn better communication skills. Thanks 😊
This Walgreens stands out as,excellent as far as front end customer service. The morning staff is very friendly and believe or not is like an old fashion general store staff. Young and Senior employees are excellent. The management in this store must be excellent. Most Walgreens staff is your typical sub par retail, but this one on is Easy Bay and Starkey is excellent
The pharmacist is the most rudest person on this Earth. Had a prescription that was to be ready on Friday morning.....Sunday morning still not filled. Slammed the drive through window closed in my face. Wow.....now how comfortable do I feel about going back. Well CVS is right across the street.
This is my favorite Walgreens to go to! I will drive out of my way to come to this Walgreens. The staff are amazing always so nice and helpful. They always are in stock of everything I need. Love this Walgreens !
Worst pharmacy ever! For months now they have continued to try an contact my old doctor from last year for my refills. I keep telling them to stop especially since my current doctor has sent them all the info regarding my scripts and there shouldnt be a problem. A tech who cant speak English also apparently cant read whats in their computer either. Going to Publix now.
This was s my favorite Walgreens and I e been to them all. Great staff and this is o e of a handful of walgreens that actually get there pricing correct and up. All the managers are very friendly and help when you need it.
After just getting out of the ER, Pharmacist Kim was incredibly polite and friendly. She had my scriot ready in less than 5 minutes and let me just sit at the drive through window since there were no other customers and she showed general concern after hearing about the ER. Some employees force a conversation with the customer, but she left the mic on and we just chatted while she got mt medicine ready. Id like her to be my pharmacist every time! (Hey walgreens give this genuine wonder woman a raise!) :)
Blonde anorexic night shift lady refused my sale of apple cider and gave me lip. Like I was cool with that but she was Rude as heck too, like if you dont like your job quit right?
If I could have I would have rated the pharmacy a big fat zero. On my 2nd time of needing a script refill, I was told NO they would NOT refill it - they said the first time was a just courtesy fill and if I didnt leave the store immediately they were going to call the Cops on me.
I had a really helpful and caring associate name Dawn who patiently helped me figure out a receipt error from a previous store. She went line by line comparing the products to the receipt. Most associates at different stores would be annoyed, but she had a sunny disposition and that helped lift my spirits after a terrible morning.Because I am about to graduate with a masters in professional writing, I highly believe in giving credit when credit is due. Sadly, most people only write reviews when they had a bad experience, but this trend should cease. Both her, and the supervisor who trained her should get a good pat on the back. I have been going to CVS for years, but after this patient help, I am seriously considering changing loyalties. Thank you, Dawn!
The worst ever experience I ever had. They left me at the drive through without welcoming or telling they saw me. Then they asked about my 23rd then left me again. Sooooooo frustrating.
Most rude, inconsiderate, and untrained pharmacy staff Ive ever seen. Im giving 2 stars SOLELY based on the rest of the store. With a hurricane approaching, I went to fill a prescription as the government tells you too. They said I had to wait until the day that the hurricane is to hit us. What I will do without my medication, I dont know.....
Had issues but they seems to have corrected everything.
They are helpful and friendly
Staff did good job
Very friendly staff
Cashiers are not friendly to change and are mocking
