I noticed the cashier double charged me for a can of Sprite so I brought it to her attention by asking her why she charged me for two cans of Sprite. She quickly apologized in a rude sarcastic manner making her eyes open wide followed with a long stare making me feel uncomfortable and awkward so I said its ok and kept staring at me and then she said It sounded like you had a attitude because I had an attitude. which didnt make sense. I then said I hope you have a better day. She then replied You always say that. When she said that I knew she wasnt right in the head because before this morning Ive never talked to that crazy women in my life. I might of sounded concerned as anyone should after getting over charged. However I didnt disrespect her in any way. She made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. All in all she is in customer service and represents your store. I will not return to that location in the future. Sad because my family loves your soft serve ice cream.

Cashier was rude, She gave me a bag and told me to put my own stuff in the bag.

Slow service, no sense of urgency. Long line and only one cashier. Give yourself plenty of time to get where you need to be if you come here in the morning.

Went this store late on friday night to get gas and sign up for the rewards card the girl working that night named Pearl was very nice and helped me get signed up quickly .

Was in there December 6th 11:40 pm.. the black womans attitude was 100% hostile. Along with the manager who did nothing about this woman laughing in my face when I told her her attitude and customer service skills were poor. If you can not preform to your best abilities attitude wise FIND A DIFFERENT JOB. Every person she talked to she had a straight attitude. Miserable being.

If I could give no stars I would I would never be returning Fernando is very rude and his customer service is worse I have had he argue with the customers and he charged my card after I told him not to then proceeded to argue with me he is not customer friendly I would never return and I made a complaint with corporate I hope they find better staff because I feel really sorry for the customers he has no right to talk to them and me that way!

Clean Gas Station with $.03/ga Rewards ProgramWe moved to Florida about 9 months ago. I am a creature of habit and prefer to fill my vehicles up with the same fuel all the time. I found Thorntons Gas Stations to be clean, modern and affordable. They are usually a little cheaper than the local competitors.Tip - join the rewards program. You only have to enter your telephone number at the pump to save $.03/ga every time you fill up. Its easy and lowers the gas price even further.There are other locations throughout the Tampa Bay area and I have visited several and found them to be consistent. I always pay at the pump and have only went in the store once or twice.

I’ve lived here since April. Never had bad service and I never had to wait for anyone to wait on me They have always been in a pleasant mood even when a customer had just been rude to them for no apparent reason.

I have repeatedly requested this store orders more of my brand of cigarettes over the past year. They blow me off every time. If you have a customer in constantly complaining because you are constantly out of their brand of cigarettes wouldnt you just order more and solve the problem? Supply and demand people! And I smoke brand-name cigarettes its not like Im asking for some off-brand that nobody smokes to be ordered. Very aggravated with this situation and all of the employees Ive spoken to act like they could care less.

Worst experience i ever had in my 46 years of my life. I have never been treated and disrespected in any convenient store the way i have in this thorntons store. Two of the fountain drinks just spit out water and so i tried tasting the other fountain drinks to see if it was good to consume. Then when i went to check out(pay) the cashier charged me three times for the fountain drink Telling me thats what her boss told her do in a rude very rude way. I will never ever in my life go to any Thorntons or recommend to anybody a Thorntons ever again. This was by far the worst experience I ever had in any convenience store in my life. I gave it a one-star rating because that was my only option if I had to I would have gave it no stars.

Ok I doubt anyone important will read this but here goes anyways.. I have been to this Thortons a few times over the years. And I have to tell you one thing is the food is good the prices are pretty decent.. but you know yall need to get some new management in that store I mean there I guess assistant manager I have sat there and watched her yell at other employees like they are crap. And I dont think that is right. If that was me I wouldnt work for her. And its like when she has to run register she acts like shes to busy to help out with customers. Yall really need to get in there and check her out heck send in some secret shoppers or something. Cause shes running off good employees and customers

Last six times I have gone here they have ripped me off. Prices always ring wrong. Cashier actually had major attitude saying customers change signs. They overcharged me again today. Last time they charged me for two gallons of milk instead of one. Managers always try to give cash back less the taxes. Very very unprofessional.

Worst experience Ive had in along time with Thorntons was filling up my Toyota Tundra (e85 flex fuel) and had gas spill all down the side of my truck due to there pump not shutting down so not only was I left to pay for $3 worth of gas, the e85 flex fuel also ate the clear coat right off my truck (BRAND NEW TRUCK 2017) NOW AT THIS POINT IM 38 HOT HEADED REPORTED ALL TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY AND HE WAS GONNA PASS ON TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER WHO WAS COMING IN THE NEXT MORNING. NEXT DAY COMES AROUND NO RESPONSE SO I CALL UP THERE AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT IT, SO I THEN CALL THORNTONS CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE JUST TO GET ANOTHER RUN A ROUND NOW THERE TRYING TO TELL ME THERE NOT AT FAULT THAT THERE HAD TO BE PREVIOUS DAMAGE WHICH THERE CLEARLY WAS NOT AND NOW THEY DONT WANT TO STEP UP AND TAKE ACTION. LAWYERING UP NOW AND USING RACETRACK FOR GAS ECT ALSO ALOT BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER PRICES.

Washing window fluide is always very dirty and stinky, most of the time there is no water.I buy gas every day, if is like that one more time I will stop going there. GeorgeP.S. restrooms never clean, very poor employees,,,,sucks
