This store is one of my faves. Whenever I walk in they always greet me with kindness, ask if I need any help with anything. And they have kind and helpful employees that remember you. All around great store!

These companies wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing? Because customer service sucks! I walked into this location no one said anything to me....cool! Got my game went to the register. I then watched one employee have a 10 minute conversation with a customer while the other walked by me three times scanning and putting away games. No one tried to upsell me on my game purchase which I was looking to do. I couldve just purchased from Amazon! I really hate they closed the Addison Plaza location...I wish I could find where the location those employees went to.

Whats the point of pre-ordering if they going to sell you a gutted copy at full price? I know they give you 48hrs hold for pre-orders but it was only next day when I went to pick up my game and they tried selling me a copy that was already open. Also keep your eye on the keypad, sometimes they sneak a warrenty add-on if youre not paying attention. Decent location, shady business practices.

Yet again my favorite gamestop location in the dmv always on clearance treasure great discounts, and employee services. Really didnt expect this but glad I visited with my wall street bet profits, funny enough.

Due To COVID Theres Isnt Anything In Stock. But Even Still Its Just An Okay Store. Need To Do Better With Trade-ins.

Ivan & Nicholas helped me out on Sunday with a purchase that was refunded back. I appreciate it...it was a misunderstanding with the procedure on refund return. If it says chip failed on receipt the money will be refunded not instant it will take place 3-5 business days.

Great staff when I visited the new location which is better location than its previous location. Lots of cool gaming/pop culture stuff to buy. I do wish things were a bit cheaper or if they price matched. If that happened I would shop here more.

I come here for all my video game needs. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. They always help me on tough decisions about what to get and what not to get. I always have great conversations with the staff and i feel very comfortable talking with them
