A+ BAKERY! The cakes that have been coming out of this Bakery, Id say within the past few months, are absolutely beautiful. Theyve always been pretty good, but lately, theyre absolutely stunning. There is no difference between the cake that you purchase and the stock photo. Flawless. To whoever is decorating the cakes there, keep up the good work! Im unsure if its someone that has perfected their skill or if there is a new person in the bakery....either way, something has changed, and you can absolutely see it.

Clean well stocked. Cashier missed her nice pill for the day. Deli clerk outstanding. Very friendly.

Always love Publix. They serve good food and do it in a timely manner (sandwiches) unless you get an old order person to make your sub. Some of them are fast but most are slow.

Not the newest Publix but the manager has to be commended for having a very professional and courteous staff!

Its a good store employees not very helpful. I drive a little further and go to the Bel Air bluff store where they have helpful employees. And everybodys very nice. Thats clean but this store not so much.

Good place to do a small shopping. I found a lot of items cheaper in other places. It would be nice if the international isle had a better variety and that the entire isle was just for that. Also the meats are super expensive. Nice cakes and Great customer service though.

I will pay respects where it is due in this regard I cant say that Publix or there competor will be the One-Stop shop to go but I find to find your product(s), simply put if you like convenience and you dont care about price then go to Publix (sometimes they have better deals on certain items), if you want loads and loads of items in one store theyre competitively priced you can just simply go to Walmart(keep in mind because of the deals that Publix has sometimes will have better prices on certain items on certain times). And this is what makes it so complicated when choosing a store to shop.

People are very helpful. The cashier was so upbeat and happy. Shes young and has two long brown braids.

Had most things I was looking for. Goods were fresh had reasonable prices. Staff were helpful and polite ect.

This is my neighborhood Publix. The workers are always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is a pleasure to do business with. I did not give 5 stars because on more than a few occasions, I went to get a rotisserie chicken to find they did not have the advertised one or they did not have any out. Other than than, no complaints.

Although I typically shop here, (because I live so close), I am not always pleased with the quantity of merchandise available. Sale items are not restocked in a timely manner, so, it usually ends up in an additional trip, which us not always convenient. Store personnel are usually helpful & friendly. They are also more than happy to assist you to your car with your purchases.

Im interested to know how Im supposed to actually review a publix in Florida, I will say that it had good groceries and people talk well about Publix so... ?

The bakery did a stellar job on my sons birthday cake. It looked just like the photo.....and, we all know how rare that is when it comes to theme cakes.

I only shop at this Publix.Courteous staff, very clean, always get help when I need it.I shopped at another Publix on East Bay across from Verizon... Horrible staff!But I am loyal to this location.

Publix is always the right place for your grocery shopping. Fresh, friendly, clean, with helpful staff to get you to your desired item.

I use different Publix Super Markets throughout the area and am always satisfied with the selection. Sad to see that this specific store has begun using self check-out. I believe this decreases the positive experience between customers and the fine staff at these stores.

Would have rated it 5 stars, but some employees do not wear their masks properly. It is a great store with great selection, very clean, courteous employees. However I think management needs to show employees how to properly wear a mask to prevent the spread of covid-19. See my website for more information... This is a very small Publix, smallest Ive ever been in. Theres several in the area that are dramatically bigger, which a ton more stuff and room and not far (seriously, just go to Largo Mall). Its fine in a pinch, though.

Went there for a COVID vaccination. They had a table by the front door where you signed in, filled out a quick allergy form. They had all the other things already filled out for me. Just walked over to the pharmacy and 20 minutes later (had to wait 15 minutes for possible allergic reactions) I was on my way home.Easy and painless.I did buy a coke for the drive back, place was very clean and the cashier was very nice.One thing, they did have self-checkout, yeah, not doing that Publix. If I want to do self-checkout, I will go to Walmart and save a few bucks. I am willing to pay extra when I go to Publix for clean stores and polite employees.

I have been shopping at this location for 20 years. Not too long ago I was at the deli counter waiting next in line. But I went unnoticed for several minutes. I raised my hand to get someone to acknowledge me.I was recieved in a rude way. I left the counter. Yes slightly embarrassed due to no fault of mine.After arriving home I decided to call the store manager. He said he was reviewing the video tape. Apparently another worker reported the incident. I was looking for my feelings to be acknowledged.This very nice man said he would get my deli Turkey and chicken tenders. He would bring the items to my home! He did again refusing payment. Say what you will but that was above and beyond. I wont forget this and remain loyal to my Publix.Carol.

Terrible experience. Cashier was rude & argumentative when I questioned what I thought was a BOGO free item. Service counter employee was also rude & cocky when she pointed out that the item was not included, despite being the same brand, size, price & on the same shelf in between included items. I wish I had taken a pic of the shelf to post here. Then when I returned to the checkout lane my cart had been pushed into the walkway with some items in it & other items still strewn along the checkout counter.I cant say I will never shop at Publix again, but it will not be at this location.

It was very nice to shop there to find everything you need but the only problem I have with publix us that they are to expenses in order for you to get everything you want and need you will have to bring about $500.00 to pay for everything you get it is not my every day shopping place

Fast not over crowded

Had a very good experience with this Publix. They were out of bagles on the shelves and the refrigerated ones too. So I asked if they had any in back and the employees instantly went back and brought me out exactly what I was looking for! They were very clean and great customer service. Has public restrooms, handicap restrooms, parking and accessibility entrance. I will definitely be coming back to this one verses the one by Hone Depot off Ulmerton. By far my favorite Publix now.

I am a big fan of Publix, but this is far down on my list. Even though it is close to home, I rarely go there. I waited at customer service for 20 minutes behind someone buying multiple money orders. Only one employee behind desk trying her best. Several managers walking around and saw the problem but did nothing. The general manager was just standing around. When I did finally get my turn I asked to speak to him. He said he didnt come help because he didnt know how to operate most of the things in customer service. Why is he even a manager and why couldnt he call someone else to help out? When I expressed this, he was flippant and arrogant. I have never given a bad review of a Publix before, but it was truly bad. Since that interaction, I avoid the store even though it is my closest location.

Stopped in for a few supplies. They were just taking out a batch of spicy hot chicken wings. Served with a smile. Everything else was readily available too!. Gotta love Publix.

I went there to get my covid-19 vaccine. It was easy and fast. And of course I had to do a little shopping because I cant stop myself when Im at Publix.

Couldnt find large drink mix with palmagranet iced tea mix. I asked a store clerk he said he didnt work for the store he just does a couple things! So when i went back to look for ot again i finally found some but only a very small size container 1qt. I needed a lot more than that for family. Priced high also...i left and went to walmart.

Employees were great. I would give this store a 5 if it wasnt for the fact that I got a farther away parking spot and came out with my cart full only to get almost toy car, when a locking mechanism stopped the cart dead. I literally couldnt move it! Thank goodness a nice young man came over to help me and guarded my groceries until I could go to my car and move it to where my cart was. They need to warn people about that!!

Went there for my vaccine, well run by Publix, while there I picked up some flowers. No issues with the moderna vaccine.

Letting people shop, browse touch, cough, sneeze with not one employee asking to cover her face with mask is not controlling covid. She could be a spreader that is why we can not control this disease. It was good enough for everyone else to be inconvenienced but not her. Disgusting.
