I have been a customer of this Publix at Paradise Shoppes since 2003. I have seen workers come and go due to promotions. They are my friends. I enjoy going to this particular store because is smaller. They have all you find in the other stores, but l dont have to walk a lot. Very nice kept, clean. Deli food is delicious. I love their chicken wings; meaty and tasty.I go to Wal-Mart and Target some times, but for groceries, l always come back to Publix.

The employees are great. Friendly and do their job well. The store is clean and well taken care of from a maintenance standpoint.

The woman in the bakery was very kind and was very helpful. It wasnt too busy. I was able to get in and out in a short amount of time.

Similar to other Publix grocery stores in area. Great selections n friendly workers. A little less hectic as time of day we shopped was early. We love shopping at Publix!

The sandwich I got was good except the lady that made it, she seemed really mad and she made the sandwich weird. But it was still really good. Other workers when I go at other times do good jobs and are pretty nice, especially this man named Russel. He is very nice to me and makes the best sandwich I ever ate.

I always love everything about publix. Its clean, fresh, employees are so nice. I prefer to shop here over anywhere else.

The store is spacious, clean, easy to get around, and actually beautiful. We enjoyed shopping there. Also it is right next to The Home Depot.

Nothing wrong with it. But, theres a much bigger Publix across the street that has a lot more inventory and doesnt have nearly as many empty shelves. Good in a pinch though, as long as you arent too picky.

The staff are so very helpful and seem happy to be there. I had a concern raised to manager and I was addressed immediately and with genuine listing to what I was trying to convey. No place is perfect but these guys are doing great. I often wander trying to find items and really appreciate how the staff are willing to pause what they are doing to guide me or check in the back. I wish the subs were not “open face” but maybe that is just me. I am particularly happy with the butcher who has great deals as well as premium cuts when needed. I greatly appreciate their willingness to repackage meat to meet my needs in to different portions or configuration.Top tip: sushi is $5 a roll on Wednesday.Also, don’t forget the bogo tables. Buy one get one on $13 olive oil or $17 hard seltzer. That is free money folks.

Unfriendly, cared less I had been standing there for 10 minutes to pick up my order. The personal pan wasnt baked enough and didnt have the flavor of the personal pan used to have and skipped on the pepperoni. I wont be back, Ill go to one farther away that has better service and flavor.

I had 20 bags of grocerys I had the front end manger help pack but I wasnt ask a carry out like I usally do .she said have a nice day.it wasnt busy much yet it was 330 on a Wednesday afternoon.and also I was disappoint on how the fruit look in produce pears was be used and peach pears not good.the produce manger wasnt pleasant where I ask where a certain produce was.I always loved going here but other publix I been to dont act like this .if they dont want to help they shouldnt work there.this publix was a great one i give it a 1

Good selection of foods and produce I did pick up a pack of tricolored peppers and there was mold on the bottom of one The staff the check me out was very nice and pleasant

I went to the deli and bought a boars head special order sub sandwich with just pepperoni swiss jalapenos onions and green bell peppers as well as chipotle mayo and ranch. But the pepperoni had a clear plasic on the outsides of it when i took a bite. I had to take apart my sandwich and sit there for 5 minutes peeling off the plastic. Then as I took another bite there was a jalapeno stem in my sandwich. The sad part about this is that this is the second time I have had plastic on my sub.

Having a Publix across the street from a Publix is actually convenient. After finishing at The Home Depot I just went next door. Every store is laid out differently but after I looked at the signs above the aisles I was able to find what I was looking for. Short lines, quick cashiers, and friendly service.

Been shopping at this location for 25 years. The people that work there are always friendly and extremely helpful! Produce, fish and meet dept always willing to go the extra mile to get what you need even when its not out on the floor. They also never hassle me for not wearing a mask which I appreciate!

Really good place to shop it is where we get most of our shopping, and they have great customer service and the only reason I gave them, 4 out of 5 stars is just they can do stuff to make it a little better but not much, definitely recommended.

Publix has been in my world, since I was a young girl. Being a true blue Floridian. I remember the Publixs brand sodas in the 70s. Purple cans, green, orange cans. Lol. But the colors were so vivid. (Nostalgia) great seafood dept. Husband is on a first name basis with? Produce section is big and theirs a lot of selection. The people their are helpful and friendly..😀😀😀

The bakery section is amazing and the assistant ( Flouts)was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and staff! Very helpful for finding things and getting price information. Has handicap accessible parking and entrance. Public restrooms amongst many other amenities like Redbox, Change machine and some vending machine for really good prices. The pharmacy is great! From out of town and they didnt even carry my prescription so they did a one time only order for me which I appreciated very much!!! Strongly recommend to anyone looking for great food and products at great prices especially when on sale!!

This is my local Publix. While I dont agree with many corporate decisions(fighting and funding against MMJ) the shopping experience is always great.

Clean, well stocked, lighted, pleasant employees. Prices fair, easy in/out, very good selection of brand name and publix brand most items better, less fat, sodium, sugar. You can save $ on some items else where, however this is our goto store for majority of our food shopping.

Publixes are just the absolute cleanest looking grocery stores there are. Fairly expensive though. Really good deli and sandwiches. Not just good for a grocery store, but good period. Pretty consistent from store to store so this review will cover other Publixes in the area.

Try to find tampons.... they arent in the 2 aisles dedicated to medicine and other personal hygiene. They are with the picnic/paper items. And, not on the aisle sign. I guess woman should have to go on a hunt for a basic necessity. Disgusting. Do better.

Great selection and good service

While Publix state that masks are mandatory, their corporate HQ has stated that the staff are not allowed to enforce this so anyone who declines to where a mask is free to use their store and put us all at risk. Apparently Publix used to enforce it but people got very upset and police were called on a few occasions. So, rather than have what they see as bad publicity, they would rather risk our lives and not hurt anyones feelings. Ironically, them calling police on people refusing to wear masks is GOOD publicity and Id be much more likely to use their store if they were taking those steps. This kind of thing will be remembered as being on the bad side of history when we look back on this in years to come...if we survive their lack of backbone re mask enforcement.
