Very knowledgeable, honest, and whatever he didnt have he told me who did have it. i got caught up trying to get parts they dont make anymore so he told me to give him a couple days, he texted me as soon as he found some parts. got me back up and running within the week if anyone has a gp or gpr this is who you need to take it to. Anyways thanks Rob for being on top of your game and honest with me i appreciate all the info and money saved, keep doing what your doing hard to find shops like this anymore.

Excellent jet ski repair place. Bob and his staff are very knowledgeable, easy to work with, do high quality work, and stand by their jobs. I own a jet ski rental place and they’ve done dozens of jobs for me ranging from simple stuff like steering cables to more difficult stuff like pump rebuilds to figuring out electronic issues and I’ve had no complaints. I like working with these guys. They care. They’re professional. And they charge me fair rates. They’ve even gone out of their way to locate hard to find parts in record time. Highly recommend.

Impressed by Banshee Power sports! A little tough to find but worth it! He stuck to his quote showed me what he repaired and even tweaked a few extra things to make sure it was done right! They were honest and very skilled - getting me in and out in a day and back on the water that night!

Let’s just first say he was the only person to say YES I work with older models I had a 1994 & 1996 seadoo jet skis he was very honest with everything that was going on also got the job gone in good timing very reasonable pricing as well I would recommend him 100x excellent customer service as well Great communication keeps you updated

Being a relative new owner to a pre-owned Jet Ski that has been sitting for a couple months in the Florida winter, I knew it needed a battery replacement before hitting the water again for Spring in order to be safe out there. On Friday evening I purchased the battery and set off to do it myself. I was only able to remove the battery before I realized the task at hand was too much for a rookie considering I now noticed I had a few extra wires hanging that I didnt recall coming off the battery (usb charger, battery tender, etc.)-- oops...I called this shop after a quick Google search and was told to simply bring it by and he would do it for me (on a Saturday morning mind you). I did exactly so and was met by Bobby and his nephew. Both were more than helpful to overlook my ski and connect the battery quickly. Only took them a few minutes while I stood-by and we chatted. I was out on the water that same afternoon. I am grateful to have found a shop that not only has a family dynamic but also one where the owner goes beyond for customers and enjoys what he does in and out of work. Thanks again for the friendly assistance and no non-sense approach on doing business-- Ill see you in a few weeks for maintenance on the ski.

I took my two Seadoos to Rob off the recommendation of a friend. My intercoolers were going bad and the dealer wanted a CRAZY price. I contacted Rob told him the issues I was having and he said he would take a look. I had him change both intercoolers and he also took care of some other minor issues once he dove in the skis. the next day I tested the both skis and they preformed at peak performance. SIDE NOTE: In a past life I was a helicopter mechanic and I hold a very high degree of perfection when doing maintenance on my equipment. I am also very suspect to anyone touching anything mechanical, but Rob did a fantastic job. His shop was clean and organized which says a lot about the type of mechanic he is. He is very professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. His prices were great, I give a full 5 STAR. I will use his mechanical expertise for all my watercraft needs.

I ran into an issue with my reverse cable on my waverunner. I gave Rob at banshee a call . I explained my issue, he told me it could possibly be frozen and what to do to fix it. I gave it a shot but wasnt able to get it to work . Rob told me to bring it in first thing and he will look at it and un freeze it for no charge. Unfortunately it turned out to be broke, he showed me the broken cable. A quick call produced a new cable and do to my hour drive he was able to squeeze me in . A short time later it was repaired and I was on my drive back home. Rob is highly recommended by myself. He is extremely honest and not just after a persons money. He is thorough and takes time to go over repairs with you.

Needed a new jet pump assembly installed in my 07 gti seadoo. Had it dropped off by 10 and it was done same day by 3pm. It’s worked like new on the few days I’ve had it out. Nice people and enjoy what they do.

This review unfortunately is off of the fact that the guy cant be reached. Spoke with him months back and set up a time to drop my ski on a Saturday morning. I dont believe they are open on Saturday but was told to bring the ski. Finding the place was tough but was able to do so. Knocked on the door and no answer. Waited for about 20 minutes after calling multiple times before leaving. Wasted Saturday morning.Months later I was given a recommendation for this place again. I decided to give it a other try. Owner responded once. And then never again after that after some messages. They may do good work but this is no way to get new customers to buy in to a small business. Would have liked yo give it a try but oh well. Will find another.

First time getting service as a new pwc owner. Had no idea what to expect and could have easily been taken advantage of...cost was far less then anticipated compared to the local sea doo dealer near me. Owner Rob is real good guy and Explained allot to me and gave advice/pointers about care of pwc. Will definitely use for future service.

Coming from up north and owning jet skis since I was a teenager. Moving to Florida and trying to find a reputable mechanic for my wave runners I though it would be a nightmare and it was for a moment. Then I came across Banshee power sports. Bob is beyond an amazing mechanic he pushes it to the limit and never gives up until he finds the issue. Not only is he the best mechanic I have came across since I have been here for the last 5 years and I have used quite a few. He is beyond fair with pricing. You can trust him to the fullest with your ski trustworthy reliable and fair. Also I have to say his staff is amazing they make it worth the wait..Yes now with this pandemic going on and things having to be ordered and mailed through UPS etc. Your wait might be a little longer and yes he cant get the phone ASAP (which is a good thing BECAUSE HE IS BUSY FIXING EVERYONES SKI) but that is not the norm when life was pre covd. So be patient. All things that are the best are worth waiting for. So is BOB AND HIS TEAM AT BANSHEE POWER SPORTS.PS. I have to say also I was there one day over heard 3 guys talking and all they could say was I hope this guy keeps working on skis till the day I die because I wont go anywhere else the other 2 guys replied thats the truth. I have taken two jet skis as well as gotten two sets of carburetors rebuilt from a Yamaha jet boat all older two-stroke stuff he got it fixed correctly the first time never had any issues. Very knowledgeable and well show you everything that was replaced would recommend 100%

He is authorized by SBT and has the latest software to plug into your machine and give you full diagnostics of your machines ECU as well as program keys and anything else your machine needs. Even though Im a mechanic myself, the friendship, knowledge and skill he has is second to none. Hes recovered both of my skis seats and made them look new again. Bob had my ski for over two weeks it was making noise at idle he charged me $700 and it is making the same noise he is now saying it is due to the idle and the throttle cable sounds fishy

Fantastic workmanship and service. Banshee Power Sports completely rebuilt my ski from top to bottom, everything new! New SBT ENGINE, new Blacktip Jetsports Elite Traction mats, Blacktip Jetsports Elite seat cover, rebuilt jet pump, replaced all bearings, services cables. ETC.
