I first met the Indian Springs Marina team at the 2020 boat show. I visited several dealers with my desired size and style boats. Of all the dealers visited, Steve V. of Indian Springs was the most patient and generous with his time and expertise. Steve and the Robalo boat line up made a great impression. One year later I called Indian Springs, I was ready to buy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lou V. and he too was very generous with his time and experience. We had a wonderfully informative conversation and there was not a hint of pressure to buy. Finally, I visited the marina to spec out my boat and sign paperwork. During the visit I met and worked with Jenn V. and this was another phenomenal experience. She walked me through the boat build with no pressure to add items I did not desire. She was informative, knowledgeable and a true professional. My boat arrives late spring and I am so happy to have made this 18 month purchasing journey with the family owned Indian Springs Marina. No regrets, no concerns, just pure excitement thanks to their unmatched top-tier customer experience.

We picked up our new 246 Cayman today after a year of researching this boat and saving. This family run dealership provides the best service every time. We have purchased two boats from them and highly recommend as they have a customer for life! Mike is an expert to speak with about all the options we wanted installed, went with two power poles and trolling motor. Jen handled our purchase and took us out for the sea trial, explained everything thoroughly and true expert on the water. Mary handled all of our paperwork and registrations answering all of our questions. You can tell they care about their customers, know a lot about their boats and provide the customer service levels we all expect. They take the time! Thank you

We Bought a 2021 21’ Chaparral Bowrider recently from Indian Springs Marina. This family owned and operated business delivered World Class customer service. They were technically excellent, had top quality inventory and offered a competitive price. Their other benefits and service was “icing” on the cake, outstanding storage & retrieval, gasoline convenience and Marina operations & people. We highly recommend them as a Total high quality Marina business.

Great service and support! Bought my Robalo 246 6 years ago from this family owned dealership and have continued to go for service - always a flawless experience and high quality work. Recently utilized the High and Dry service and was very convenient - show up, never waited more than 5 minutes for Mike or Jaime to put my boat in, and great selection of restaurants and fishing in the area. Best summary I can give is I would buy the same boat from the same place.

This was the best Boat buying experience we have ever had from start to finish. They were just not interested is selling you a boat, but just as interested in suggesting the right boat for your family, thats more important than you think. Our boat was delivered exactly when they said it would be and when it was prepped, one of their people took us on a shake down cruise and showed us as much as we good absorb. They went over the most critical points several time and suggested we took notes. If you want to be treated like family and not just a customer, this is the place to buy.

We just bought a boat here a month ago. Jamie has been so hospitable and welcoming, I can’t say enough about how awesome he is. We unfortunately won’t be staying too much longer as we live so far south, but have considered staying and enduring the drive just because of him. The only downside to this marina is that you can’t bring any outside contractors in to work or look at your boat, you have to use what they offer.

Best new boat buying experience I have ever had. Great low pressure, relaxed sales atmosphere, great service in showing the different boats and options and explaining boat differences by Mike, great delivery and boat startup by Jen. Mary, the matriarch of the family business is a true professional in the industry, she can be a little to the point, but is very warm at heart and reminds me of my mom. Excellent family run marina/ boat dealer. Very helpful in arranging additional boat upgrades and installation. They also included 2 month free high and dry service with my new boat purchase. They are very busy, so if you’re serious, my strong recommendation is to do your homework before showing up.

We bought a chaparral here in 2017, then kept her in the high and dry for about 18 months after. The boat purchase process was smooth. Everyone was very responsive. The high and dry, and service after the sale were terrible. The facility is nice, and would be great i staffed by people who understood customer service. No follow-up to questions with you calling back multiple times. Snarky comments from the lift driver. The staff and ownership treat you like theyre doing you a favor to take your money. I chose to buy something other than a chaparral for my next boat, partly so I didnt have to deal with these guys.

FINAL UPDATE - They TOTALLY abandoned me after all the love trust gifts and recommendations - this is how I got treated.I am actually not mad - I am sad and heart broken because I genuinely LOVED the family and treated with UTMOST LOVE AND RESPECT.It all went wrong after I was constantly ignored and ALL I DID WAS CC MY ATTORNEY - after that THEY LITERALLY ABANDONED me and refused to warranty my boat.It was clear - its THEIR way or highway.CONCLUSION - Heartless - ruthless Lying Cheating, scam company.PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE LOVELY APPEARANCE -IT IS FAKE -THEY DONT CARE.Here is the sequence as I changed my reviews again and again. from 5 star to ONE and then 5 and now finally ONE star.Further to my review below - Jen took my call late one evening to help answer a question - Funny enough - After all the below - I still have love and respect for them - I am hoping my problems get resolved, meanwhile I am still driving with a missing stud.Treated them like my family and beyond.... huge amounts of love and I was truly proud of the great success this family has...... sadly, theyre just too busy to truly care. Once they have your money.... youre at the bottom of the line. Brand new $80,000 boat with hull, anchor, studs, den etc. and other problems... after 4 wks there, 3 visits, bottles wine, patience and respect.I still have problems... they wont pay for their mistakes by sending someone to your house... the gel coat repair was an abortion..... studs still remain broken.I give up..... back to Charlie at Hurricane who sent someone to my house, picked up my boat and for a $20,000 boat bent over backwards..... if this family doesnt improve the after care service.... theyre in trouble.Very sad because I loved them all very much and even recommended people to them. Not any more. The 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢. I normally dont care leaving bad reviews... this one genuinely breaks my heart..... it shouldnt be like this.Greed is bad..... its not all about collecting checks and making bank fatter!!!.... they missed the plot.

During the purchase of my Robalo 246 Cayman the sales lady was kind of nice, while we walked around and they showed us our boat. They have a young Lady and a young man there that were very nice courteous and professional. But most of their staff were down right rude including our sales person after the purchase was made. The old man I think his name was Lou yelled at me when I stopped in un announced to see if my boat was being prepped and the additional equipment was being installed. He asked me WHAT DO YOU NEED? I then replied THE BOAT I PURCHASED or MY MONEY BACK! He then got Jen my sales person who was also rude at that time and said I can’t give you a date or time when it will be ready. I was furious. Wishing I would not have paid them my hard earned money, a couple of days later I stopped in on a Thursday about noon because their not open on a Wednesday and her brother told me they would have my boat finished that day I could pick it up around 4 o’clock so I returned at 4:45 and they still have not mounted my trolling motor again I was furious from being mislead, and my sales person didn’t care or understand why she acted clueless. My boat was finally finished on Friday the next day which was two weeks after my purchase date. Needless to say this was the worst purchase experience of my life, this is boat number 12 purchase for me and definitely my last from this place, they treat you like a piece of dirt after they have your money and then drag their feet prepping your boat to get you out of there. Their rude ignorant and under staffed, basically only care about the sale because they’ll never see me or my boat again, Robalo Boats will also be notified because they do represent Robalo and Chaparral very poorlyThat old saying, the two happiest days of a boat owner is the day you buy it and the day you sell it, well Indian Springs Marina stole the first day from me.

So we purchased a boat from Indian springs marina one year ago. We dealt mostly with Jen. This purchase was ok. Had problems and they worked through them. Our disappointment came from deciding a year later to trade our boat in on a larger model. We went to the show and talked through what we would like to do. I made it clear I was serious. I was told they are really busy so they would contact me after the show. We also visited a competitor at the show but really loved the Chapperall brand. Oh well...we never heard back..the other dealer took us serious and was all over the sale. I wanted to give ISM time to respond but after several weeks we decided to act on buying from the dealer that was communicating. Im so sorry to write this because I really like Jen and her family. I have been reading these reviews and am dumbfounded by the negative ones. I have been buying boats ranging from 14 to 30+ feet for 45 years and have never had the kind of service provided by these people. I call or come to the marina and they know me by name and have always been fantastic. Their prices and quality service are the best Ive encountered. When I came the first time to look at boats, Mike pulled the boat down and gave me a complete rundown, I asked if we could do a seatrial and he said it would be an hour to get the boat ready as it had never been run as it just arrived. An hour later, we were on the water did a sea trial and were sold. We negotiated a price and I bought the boat. When I came back a few days later to get the boat after a bimini was made, Ashley finished my seacheckout and went over the boat systems again. If I have need of service Jenn looks after me and always treats me with respect. I have returned for service and a couple of issues, one mine, Mike looked at it immediately resolved it and the other issue was a failed trailer jack that was covered under warranty and Jenn handled that no problems. If youre looking for a quality boat with fantastic sales and service, this is where you need to come.

I wrote a review for Indian Springs Marina two years ago when I purchased my Robalo 247 and said how fantastic the buying experience was with everyone in the family pitching in (during the holidays no less) to make it great. But as always, when you purchase something, the question becomes how will the company service and support be AFTER the sale. I am here now to say that two years later, their service and support could not be better, and they have reaffirmed that my decision to purchase with Indian Springs Marina was the right choice.Jenn especially took the lead here in ensuring that our warranty from the manufacturer was upheld and the small items that often are neglected, as well as the larger ones, have all been resolved in a fast and efficient manner. And, props also need to go to the Robalo company as well on this one!Bottom line - An awesome experience all around from this family owned business. What a great deal for them right!!! Well, wanted us to sign a purchase contract BEFORE even getting a sea trial. We contacted them to come see the boat again and asked if it could be cleaned for our visit because it was dirty and in storage the first time we had seen it. Jen said come back next week and it will be ready. we drove 1 hour to get there only to discover it was still dirty. When we looked at it there was a 1 foot long crack in the fiberglass on the TTop. We showed that to Jen (I think thats her name) who is one of the owners and she said we can fix that. Then she left us and we did not see her again. We called back later(no one answered the phone) and left a message saying that if the factory would replace the fiberglass top we would be interested in buying the boat. A week went by and no return call. Then I called Jen and she said she had not heard back from the factory yet. I said OK well call us when you know because we like that boat. NEVER GOT A RETURN CALL! This was three months ago and they still have the 262 for sale. Thats right---all this time has gone by and NO CONTACT from Indian Springs Marina. We have the funds in place to pay in full for this boat but they just dont care about selling boats. Communication from them is poor. We just bought a Wellcraft 302 Scarab from them and the entire family was a joy to work with. From Mike who sold us the boat to Jenn who worked out the details to Mary who handled the closing all went smooth. One note for people that are complaining about a boat they wanted to buy or a contract you had to sign, they are in the boat sales business, not the boat ride business. IF YOU LIKE THE BOAT- PUT MONEY DOWN ON IT AND YOULL GO FOR A RIDE, Maybe with Jenn, Mike or Josh! Weve been boating for more than 30 years and have bought alot of toys in our time, by far the most hassle free and easy transaction we have had. People complaining about Lou- STOP- the man is running a business, this is not a public park, kids play zone or an amusement park- its a marina where just about everything in it moves and can kill you. If you are getting service they pull your boat- let em have it and come and get it when its done, getting gas-get it and go- wann fish???? Go to the gulf. Can he be short, sure, hes got expectations for how he wants things to go- he was great to us- even kidded with my husband a little bit and my husband can be a jerk! If you are serious and want to buy a boat or want service, call them and let them know- they sell HUNDREDS of boats a year and have an impressive hanger/showroom- go see it IF YOU WANT TO BUY A BOAT- if you want to tire kick and boo hoo because the factory put a Yamaha on your Robalo and you wanted a Tohatsu, Im sure theyll order it for you, just sign a deal and put money down, theres no rule against doing that at a boat show.......Come to think of it, thats how we bought the Scarab! Good Job Vincis thanks for taking care of us!.

I called on Friday I really liked the R200 Robalo I saw at the Tampa bay boat show, I spoke to a lady salesperson and this is what happend.I started to explain to her that my credit score was not in the 700 and I had never purchase a new boat and she said buying a new boat with bad credit was kind of difficult I never told her I had bad credit in fact I have awesome credit history until today, just some blemishes i have there that should not be there, anyways, this lady sounded like she had no interest in our conversation, she wasnt rude but wasent nice eather sounded like she wanted to hang up, what she fell to hear is that i was going to by this boat with my son who is active military with excellent credit and could get a loan from Navy federal credit union. After we hang up I called Sunray Marine and got to speak to another lady salesperson name Michelle, I had the same conversation with her and without hearing about my son being in the Military and all the details she started to give me option and tried to help me so that I could start my process into buying my boat. It was like night and day.One thing is for sure, I will never do bussines with Indian Spring Marine.

Coming from an old employee standpoint. Storage fees are way to high, and they talk to and treat their people like garbage. The way no human being should ever be spoken to.
